I
rarely
post
reviews
and
if
I
do
I
would
prefer
to
post
something
positive.
I
have
not
been
back
to
this
office
for
a
couple
of
years
but
I
scheduled
an
appointment
due
to
personal
reasons.
To
begin,
when
I
originally
scheduled
an
appointment
it
was
a
few
weeks
out
which
is
normal.
Two
days
prior
to
my
appointment
I
contacted
the
office
due
to
having
a
possible
miscarriage
over
the
weekend.
I
was
informed
by
the
staff
that
I
did
not
need
to
come
in.
Thankfully
I
decided
to
come
in
to
my
appointment
to
be
informed
the
miscarriage
was
incomplete
and
tissue
still
needs
to
be
removed.
I
was
sent
downstairs
to
have
blood
work
done
as
well.
I
went
downstairs
to
the
lab
and
the
phlebotomist
closed
the
doors
in-front
of
me
and
said
she
is
now
on
lunch
and
I
will
need
to
wait
for
her
to
come
back.
I
strongly
agree
with
people
taking
a
lunch
and
a
break
but
I
was
already
waiting
for
2
hours
on
top
of
this
to
see
the
Doctor.
I
did
not
feel
a
need
to
complain
after
my
first
visit
because
I
do
understand
that
sometimes
things
happen
and
scheduling
gets
behind
but
after
my
second
appointment
this
just
seems
to
be
the
normal
everyday
for
this
office.
I
was
scheduled
for
a
second
appointment
the
following
week
which
was
yesterday.
My
appointment
was
at
10am
and
I
did
not
have
my
ultrasound
until
after
11am
and
did
not
see
the
doctor
until
12:40pm.
I
was
informed
that
at
this
point
I
do
need
to
have
a
D&C
and
the
manager
will
contact
me
by
the
end
of
the
day.
It's
Saturday
and
I
am
still
waiting
to
receive
a
call.
Besides
the
wait
time
patients
have
to
endure
and
overlap
in
scheduling
to
the
point
no
seating
is
available
in
the
lobby,
I
believe
this
entire
office
has
gone
down
hill.
Everything
is
setup
backwards,
there
is
little
to
no
transparency,
the
staff
need
proper
training,
and
there
should
be
some
consideration
for
follow
up
as
well
as
people's
time.
