Dr Rachael is truly one of the most caring and supportive people I have ever met. I have seen her for several different issues during my journey of pregnancy & postpartum. I had major discomfort due to SI pain and pelvic varicosities in pregnancy and felt like no provider was hearing me. Dr. Rachael went above and beyond to help me feel better and find me as many resources as possible. She will be my first phone call for any future issues or pregnancies!!

Dr. Rachael was a life saver when I started seeing her postpartum. I didn’t realize all of what the pelvic floor is and how it can affect so many areas of healthy functioning. She taught me so much, gave me helpful exercises (both physical and mental), and gave me confidence that I could heal and thrive! Every woman should have a PT like her! Thanks, Dr. Rachael!

If you are on the fence about whether or not to take the plunge and see Dr. Rachael for PT, just do it! She is incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, and genuinely cares for all of her patients. I really appreciated the 1:1 attention that she gave me as a patient. I never thought that I would look forward to pelvic floor therapy, but every session was great.

Dr Rachel is one of a kind, inspiring, well knowledgeable woman that you must see for your well being. She brought so much more awareness to my body and that alone felt healing. On top of the workouts she gives and using her healing hands on you - you feel completely at ease and safe with her. I will recommend her to all my friends who are mothers and are planning to be. Well worth it.

Highly recommend seeing Dr Rachael for your pelvic floor PT needs! So knowledgeable, compassionate, and very skilled at what she does. I had a great experience with her for postpartum PT! You will get a solid one-on-one experience that is not rushed and be able to get all your questions answered.

I didn't have a ton of issues but I wanted to get checked out after my second child because he came so quickly. Dr. Rachael was professional, informative, warm, and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and gave me practical ways I could improve my health and full body wellness. I spent less seeing her than if I'd paid copays for the amount of visits I'd have needed to see someone less knowledgeable. I saw improvements so quickly and I recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Rachael Miller is an essential women's health provider in Metro Detroit. For many years I have referred my prenatal and postnatal yoga students to Dr. Rachael for a variety of women's health symptoms or concerns. They have benefited from her compassionate approach and specialized skillset in pelvic floor physical therapy - including visceral work and energetic components to this sacred space. She has an amazing ability to educate patients about their bodies to create greater autonomy and improved self-confidence. An added incentive of hiring Dr. Rachael is she also can provide nutritional coaching! I highly recommend Dr. Rachael to anyone looking for answers about their pregnancy or postpartum body to be healthy and functional.

Dr. Elizabeth helped me feel comfortable to exercise again after my first pregnancy. I had fallen into the trap of reading too much about postpartum exercises and the effects they can have on your core and pelvic floor if not done correctly. I was very afraid to start again, but Dr. Elizabeth gave me the knowledge needed and showed me how to do my exercises with the correct breathing work to make sure my core and pelvic floor were getting strong. Thank you Dr. Rachel, appreciate all of your help!

👍👍 My primary care physician referred me to HealthQuest for PT on my painfully sore shoulder. The team determined arthroscopic surgery was necessary and I am grateful I took their advice. Their PT expertise, post surgery, has given me back the use of my right arm. No more pain and my range of motion is...
