Second time to a Chicken Salad Chick. The first time was in Florida, and I fell in love. I was happy to come across this location while visiting the area. The food is fresh, and the staff was very kind and attentive. The dining area was clean, and the decor was cute. It got busy shortly after it opened. I didn't take a picture of my food because I ate it too fast! Manager seemed to be in the mix of it all and helping out the staff. Highly recommend!

So, I ordered some food which was all good. They forgot my soup and I think it was accidental on the teas. I asked for watermelon tea and got unsweetened tea. Which is all okay because I understand things happen. I called and they were able to take care of everything for me! Michael was AMAZING!! It’s so good to still be able to receive great customer service in todays society. I WILL be coming back and recommending this place! Thank you Michael for your help! I hope this gets to corporate because his help really was amazing! I’d hire him if I had a business! That’s how great his customer service is!

Delicious! The chicken salad version with onions is the best! I got the scoop or sandwich special with the yummy potato soup. Went early evening and no one was there. The music seemed a bit loud without people white noise to counter it, but the decibel reading averaged around 65 so plenty quiet enough for a pleasant conversation.

Basically many variations of chicken salad along with a few other options. I tried the classic chicken salad on toasted wheat bread & added lettuce, tomato & mustard. It was flavorful and felt the portion size was good. Came with a good size pickle spear and chose the fruit cup as a side. The fruit cup was substantial and actually contained fresh fruit. Iced sugar cookie was pretty good. Meal was just over 16 dollars including a large drink and cookie, so pricing is consistent with other similar restaurants. I like that they play country music. ****suggestions**** 1. Noticed it’s not as clean as when they first opened in terms of crumbs, the drink stations and booths and table cloths being wiped down … I think it might be a staffing issue. 2. I do not like the tipping screen for counter service and feeling forced into a tip while the employee watches …

I had never been to a chicken salad place before, and actually had never ever had chicken salad. I went with my wife and was pleasantly surprised. I had just a jalapeño chicken salad sandwich and another scoop of a dill chicken salad. Very good on both and the sandwich was really filling, it’s $9.99 for the normal combo meal with the extra scoop. It was two dollars more for me overall a really good price for what you get. Parking is a bit light off lunch time crowd fills up locations and I didn’t want to park at church. So I did have to walk all the way around the building but I could use that as my daily exercise service was fantastic very enthusiastic group. I know they just open but I hope they keep continue with that passion.

Thank goodness my book club friends chose this wonderful lunch spot! The food was delicious - I had the Fancy Nancy on a croissant with a side of Loaded Potato soup and both were absolutely delicious. The little cookie was yummy, too, and I’m pretty particular about those! Thanks for a delicious meal - I’ll be back soon!

The chicken salad is fantastic. I marked it four stars because there is no gluten-free bread. Given how many people today have gluten sensitivities, I would think a shop with a lot of sandwiches would provide an option. Otherwise, it was very good.

I had the Classic Carol on a toasted croissant with cheese. It was divine!! The perfect crisp leading into the softness of the salad, paired with the bottom crunch and perfectly balanced flavors ...10 Stars!! OMG!!
