Very welcoming staff. I was shown my storage unit, like she actually walked me out to my unit. Made this whole experience very fun. Carol is very sweet and awesome!

Carol was very helpful, kind, and explained everything without me even having to ask any questions. She showed me around and made sure i didn’t have any questions. I was impressed. She definitely cares about her job and people. Thank you carol for starting this off as a great experience

NEW HUDSON location: Please trust me, I was a previous tenant years ago and LOVED the experience. CLEAN - DRY - SECURE and CAROL Mannarino (Mgr.) is simply THE BEST! Also...for those with big trailers and trucks, the units are spaced far apart and it is so easy to maneuver inside the facility. All other storage places are tight and crowded. Recently, I needed storage and shopped around....few may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I AM BACK and so happy. Carol is still there, which also made me very happy because I trust her and she makes you feel very comfortable. New Hudson National Storage can't be beat!

It was so easy to book online. Just walked in and got keys. Plus Carol was so helpful.... She took the time to show me my unit and how to use the locks. Recommended 10 out of 100

Great company, great location! Unit was clean, never had issues getting in or out. I drove a 2500 with a 14+ ft trailer and managed well. The staff was friendly, informative, and got me set up with no issues. I highly recommend them.

What a pleasure it was to work with Carol. She did a wonderful job making this so easy. Haven’t rented a unit in years. Everything looked very professional. Office and rental unit were spotless the grounds and building were in very nice condition.

I have used National Storage in Lyon Township, MI. for several years. The manager is so helpful, professional, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I moved out of state and returned and all my belongings were in great condition without any issues. Now that I’m settled back in the area I was able to downsize to keep a very small storage unit and didn’t even consider shipping around. Truly a great experience!

Carol in the front office is phenomenal - she is kind, honest, and goes above and beyond for her customers. The facility itself is well-kept. I’d highly recommend!
