Friendly Staff...food was great! I would definitely recommend the fish and shrimp combo.

I know, I know. It's fast-food & a chain. Breaking all my guidelines. But seafood sounded good and, of course, it was nearby. Menu has quite a breadth to it: Salmon, tilapia, whitefish, shrimp, catfish. Sides include healthy stuff like steamed broccoli, green beans & corn on the cob alongside coleslaw, mac & cheese and fried okra. I ordered the 2 piece catfish with slaw and broccoli. The cornmeal coating on the catfish has a nice crunch to it. The "little trees" have good flavor and aren't mushy. Coleslaw was solid, not a sloppy mess or under sauced. Hushpuppies were great, too many places overcook them but not here. A little bland, though. The gentleman at the counter was very polite, jovial and patient while I perused the menu despite having to take drive-thru orders as well. Music was an eclectic mix, not overly loud but could've been a few decibels lower for my taste. For $12 (tax included) I'm satisfied and satiated.

They shut the grill down a hour before they close what is the point of staying open I just watch 3 people after me drive thru, put this on your website so people know a head of time if you close at 10 pm you should serve up to that time!! Great place food is good, menu has a nice selection to choose from the Sample platter give you a little of everything to try it out, the chicken tenders are awesome, white fish was great you can get the fish a few ways so there is something for everyone! hush puppies so good. Staff is great very clean and following all the guide lines!

The staff here is very kind every time I come. I have not one complaint. They are even kind enough to bring your food to you when you dine in or sit and wait to pick up.

This was my first time there and it was amazingly pleasant! The eating area was spotless even the self serve drink area was clean. There is a lot of pride taken in this location and the staff is easy to talk to and they assist with getting you served. The food! Was hot! Seasoned well and prepared neatly! I’ll definitely look forward to going back and I’m telling everybody I know to go and check out Captain D’s on Grosebeck!

I have always been really happy with this place. Once I found out how good it is, I had to keep going there. That’s the problem.

Been there 3 times and have been receiving great services that we even gave a tip which is not what we normally do for fast food restaurants. The grill fishes, hush puppies, and Cajun catfish sandwiches are delicious. I would suggest to skip the lobster roll sandwich. Nothing wrong, just kind of skimpy. I should have ordered fish. Good food for what we pay for.

Friendly. Clean. Very reasonably priced food. Music could have been quieter but we did not request that.

Fish and chips meal is really good with reasonable price, it’s better than other places. Definitely will come
