The people who work here are awesome! Ready and willing to gladly answer questions, always working to keep things tidy. But... the place feels very crowded, and the line is very long, and very slow, very discouraging. I found a few things, but I left without purchasing, because of the wait. Other people were finding great deals, and were packing their baskets full. So obviously, lots of customers will leave as happy campers!

Not as enjoyable as it used to be. Prices have steadily risen, I get everything has gone up in price but this stuff has all been donated so that's 100% profit!!!!! I also realize you have payroll and utilities and bills however the prices are ridiculous now. I can go to a big box store and pay a little more and get brand new. Also housewares dept is asking waaaaay to much now for the items. Value World!!!! You've taken the fun out if resale shopping. You're gonna lose customers. Thankfully you have half off days so that gets it, somewhat, back to precrazy price days.

Used to be amazing, now not so much. Uses to have Great prices but inline with product quality. Recent pricing is higer than online platforms, with the same quality. Prices increases roughly 125% last year.. a little much if just due to inflation.

Prices are why to high. Even on non designer items. 5.99 to 8.99 on tank tops. Queens size clothing is double the price of the thrift stores in the area. Makes no sense to mark up queen size clothing to double the price of the same already high price sizes. Price markups on queen size clothing is done in manufacturing due two extra material being used, you got the damn thing for free. Let's not get carried away with it. Your pricing model is horrible. I wouldn't suggest anybody shopping here for good deals there's too many other thrift stores in the area that are Priced Right.

I love this store! This location is the “spot” too. I can’t even tell you the deals I’ve gotten on Victoria Secret bras, comfy hoodies, North Face, Hollister, Aero, & American Eagle to name a few! Moving up here from the south 5 years ago, needless to say my winter clothing was limited… but the first time hitting this place up I got a CK coat, converse shoes, 2 pairs of Levi’s jeans, 3 hoodies, and a gorgeous Victoria Secret bra (looked brand new) for $70! So yeah people, please don’t sleep on this store!! This Clinton Township location in particular!! . You can sign up for text messages & when they have their 50% off weekends they send you a text.… thrift stores are life! Value World is good place to score some signature pieces! The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant to boot!!

Ok so first $150 for a fake tree, quit using the holidays to try and make more money, this is a thrift store and more than likely you got it for free. I can get a new one for that price or and a little extra. Or a FREE one on marketplace. Then $60 for a little tree that smelled like garbage. My daughter wanted this baby doll that had some goo on it and really dirty. Idk why you need to put those kind of prices on free items. This is why no one can afford to go places anymore or buy things. I bought two little toys and paid 15$ I could have went to Walmart and did the same exact thing.

The books are "$.75 unless marked otherwise" so on the back of the book someone is writing "$.80" on them. Or "$1.21". Meanwhile the book section is a disaster. Just charge $1 and have the person organize the books instead of marking them up by a nickel. Also, the clothes are sorted by color?!? This is not helpful in any way. I want to see what you have in my size, not have to search through every single piece of clothing to check the size. So frustrating.

Beware, beware, beware, over the past couple of weeks. I have been going to the store lately. I’ve been seeing lots of clothing that are way overpriced. How can someone afford a jacket when they’re charging up to $50 a jacket just because it has a brand name on it and shirts up to 15 buck or more etc etc..the whole point of a donation store is to give people a chance to buy something they can afford sure you’ll find some minor items at a good deal but overall, I am so sad to see the store turn into a money hungry location like many other donation stores. To all buyers be cautious and Just don’t buy coats or clothing over there because they will definitely overprice you.

This place used to be nice a few years ago. Now its dirty and everything is over priced. For a lot of the clothes, I could go to the retail stores and get new for just a few more dollars. The houseware area is over priced, disorganized and things are just piled on top of each other. The racks are overstuffed and it’s hard to look at anything. I use to go several times a week but the prices are absolutely ridiculous that it feels like a waste of time to even go.

I normally shop at the Westland location, but was on the east side and decided to stop in. Their prices are way too high. The book and clothing prices are ridiculous. You can find the same thing brand new for almost the same price.
