Great store...when I can get in there. The posted hours are not followed consistently. Staff close the store periodically without any notification to the customers waiting outside and do not answer the phone. I've watched this store lose business multiple times while staff had the door locked during business hours and the open sign lit. It's not worth making the trip to this store unless you live in the neighborhood, otherwise you might be wasting your precious gas.

Quick, easy, and very helpful 😊 forgot to get the salespersons name but she was extremely helpful. Showed me every option and pointed out best sellers and favorites.. and as an immature boy, very fun store to walk through as well 😂

We walked in and immediately a nice young fresh faced women named Mia greeted us and told us about the deals for today. We are outdated when it comes to this, married for 20 years and haven’t walked into a store like this since we were newly weds so we had a million questions. Mia was professional, kind and patient. From the moment she introduced herself all the way through she made us both feel as if we were in our own home discussing very intimate topics with each other. Now as a bar manger in downtown detroit of nearly 15 years myself, this experience was appreciated, i know what’s expected. However it takes a lot to impress me and Mia did exactly that with ease. Not only did she explain every detail of each product we were purchasing she went above and beyond helping us “out of date” folks feel comfortable with actual real excitement and enthusiasm in the products she was selling us!!! We would have never bought as much as we did if it wasn’t for her confidence and knowledge in the products. We will definitely be back just because of Mia .

Would highly not recommend shopping at this place. First time ever going there and wasn’t greeted as we walked in. Second we weren’t specifically looking for anything particular at the moment so just wanted to look around see what they had. But the entire time we were continuously being watched. Was very uncomfortable even looking at things while being hovered over. We grabbed one thing from the containers to read the back to see what it was and then put it back where we got it. And as soon as we were walking out we were accused of still having “an enhancement pill” which was nothing we even looked at or had in our hand. The lady working looked at me and my girlfriend and said “um well where is it” I said back “we did not look at any enhancements that consist of a pill” and proceeded to pull everything out of my pockets. Which consisted of only a cellphone my wallet and car keys. A $3.99 packet of gel is what we had looked at and put back in the bin. Just about just gave her the $4.00 for something I never even had to seize the matter of us apparently stealing. Never will we be returning to that store.

I called and they person who answered the phone was rude as hell I went in the next day because my wife speaks highly of this place she goes every night I was greeted by Alison she’s absolutely amazing and was able to help me find something I was looking for why making the encounter feel welcoming and comfortable great place to be Ty Alison for your help

Went in grab about 10 items the young women in the store was complaining about how long I was in the store because she wanted to sit down kept talking about how badly she needed the job and then refused my military discount after I provided valid military id then complained that I said I only wanted 2 of the items then and that I’d be back when someone else was there and refused to check one of the items which does not work felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed
