This was a solid place. I am not a fan of the presentation but the chicken is good, especially the sauced ones. Sadly the dry rub did not have the same strength. The bbq chipotle would have been good if advertised as a regular spiced chicken but as "chipotle" it was really really weak. The mango habanero on the other hand was amazing and I highly recommend it if you can take the heat.

Pretty much what you'd expect from dubs. Good food. Good, not great. Wings were a bit small and carrots a tad dry, but all tasted good. Friendly service and sporty atmosphere.

I can never get a meal from here. This time I was told I couldn't add cheese to my sandwich not even for a cost. Then the item I went with came out ice cold. Always terrible, I go with other people. I try to tell them and every time they prove me right. This location needs new leadership and better cooks.

Arrived to the restaurant at 10:20 PM. Restaurant closed at midnight. We couldn’t even get through the door because the host was pushing us out saying they would not serve us. Absolutely ridiculous. They were taking other customers, but told us 4 to leave. We arrived as a family and we’re turned down. Upset.

We went here after a concert and we were a little skeptical at first because the waitress did take a while to take our order and serve us, but once we got her attention she was very attentive. The food came put surprisingly fast and it was very good quality. The only issue we had was our order wasn't 100% accurate, but for it being as busy as it was I'm glad we got all our food mostly.

Last night We came in an hour before closing. Not on purpose. We had Family come in from out of town last min. An everything downtown was closing or not serving food. So with hope We RAN to BWW and Hit the Bar. She said U get 8mins . Oh we was ready and so Happy Our Bartender was Cool an funny. Like she really did her thing with the drinks. We beyond appreciated Her :) Her Name is Jay? IF not it was a Monday( Fireworks) 10 p.m. and her sister was also nice. They was giving us great service untill the end!! Thanks again. An If they not working we not coming:) lol

I wanted a burger and fries after Noel Night (which was awesome as usual, by the way) so we went to BWW. I'll preface this by saying that we got there an hour before close, so that might be the reason for the bad food. The fries tasted the way they do when you warm them in your microwave, and the burger was dry. Not the norm for them but still inexcusable.

I have a complaint about the early preparation for wings/fries. I ordered takeout yesterday 1/10/2023 for pickup at 11:20am. You would think if you order that early, wings and fries would be fresh and hot. Not my case! Previous times it would be fresh then other times the wings would taste old, hard, and dry as if they were old wings being re-fried. I asked one of my friends, who was a manager of a Buffalo Wild Wings in Vegas, and he informed me wings are probably being "pre" prepared and being in the heater too long, which is causing them to dry out. I had both bone in and boneless. The bone in was hard to bite, meat was dry, and skin was tough. The boneless was cold and dry and tough to get through the crispy batter. This location would be great if it was consistent with the quality of the food. If food orders that are placed right when this place opens, the food shouldn't taste old and dry. So please change the process of how you guys "pre' prepare food orders and how long they are in the heater. My order yesterday both wings tasted old and dry, fries the same way. I'm giving two stars because I did have some good experiences at this location but more bad than good. Inconsistent! Everyone needs to be on the same page as far as preparation and cook times and heating times.

Andrew was absolutely AMAZING!! My teenagers & I came in after Monster Jam this evening. We ordered a lot & probably were not the easiest table because we ordered quite a few things. Lots of wings, fries, onion rings, carrots & celery, drinks, a bottle of sauce to take home, & we used our rewards for a free pretzel appetizer & other discounts. Andrew was extremely polite, knowledgeable, he kept our drinks full with refills, made sure we had enough sauces, napkins, straws, silverware, etc, etc… he made sure we had everything we needed for a nice family dinner out!! I have became disabled & have limited opportunities to take my children out. This evening has been fantastic!! As someone who previously worked in the food industry for over 25 years, doing a variety of things (front & back of house) from a hostess, to waitress, bartender, dishwasher, food prep, cook, & eventually becoming a small business owner, I can honestly say that Andrew is a phenomenal server!! My teens & I will be back again to visit, the next opportunity we can. This location is clean, including the bathroom. The guys at the front are doing a great job watching out for customers on their way in & out. Our food was cooked just right, tender & juicy!! Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for adding to a great weekend experience with my teens!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

Was at the downtown Detroit location from out of town. For a place called wild wings I say meh wings. No option for a breaded wing?? Unreal to me. The sauce was blah. Just give me a good red hot simple. The service was awesome. The hostess noticed I was turning my head to watch something and she promptly put it on a TV right in front of me. Bravo.

Had a great time here, it was after my daughter's graduation from Wayne State University. Atmosphere and our server was great. I could not ask for anything greater. My oldest son treated my daughter, the graduate...my other daughter, myself and my youngest son to drinks and a great meal. I couldn't have asked for anything better...I cried, it was wonderful. I thank the entire staff for our Epic experience

The location is in downtown Royal Oak which is pretty great however parking can be a headache. I would give this place 5 stars however it isn't always clean such as the tables and floors. The door waiters have attitudes as if they don't wanna be there and they also lie about wait time. I was told by the check-in person that there was an hour wait to be seated and there was barely anyone there. Well I decided to wait and we were seated in 5 mins. I knew they would lie just to get you to walk away at the door. I believe it could be due to the fact it's a hot spot for teenagers. My waiter was awesome I forgot his name but he has a very long blond cool beard and was very polite and friendly. The food was delicious and we had a great time. Maybe improving customer service at the door first impressions is everything and be prompt on cleaning up after customers departure.

Excellent food as usual, love their garlic Parmesan and teriyaki sauce on wings. Service was good, waitress was friendly. It was a bit crowded and busy, but that was due to the crowd coming in from the football game.

“Regular” fries gets you the amount you’ll get at McDonalds in a small for 4x the cost, but they’ll come out cold and soggy. Nachos were a messy clump and wings were sub par. Table was dirty and the place smells. Felt sick after eating here. One of the worst bdubs restaurants we’ve been to.

Friends and I typically eat here once a week, and it's always a good time. Our usual waitress is Mary, and she's great. If you end up with her, consider it a blessing.

The new saucy lemon-pepper wings are DELICIOUSLY SAVORY! Great atmosphere for a girls night out!

Worst experience I have had at this place. I ordered a new loaded bird dawg for lunch. However, I got completely different from what I ordered. Honestly do not recommend anyone to this place. But I do appreciate the server; she did take care of us what she could. Bad management!!

The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I liked how the boneless wings were good sized and also nice and saucy. I found the ultimate nachos to be rather dry (lacking queso).

Kilo, our server, was amable, patient, and understanding. She was an absolute sweetheart and readily available despite the packed house. The food came out in reasonable timing and tasted wonderful. The double surprise was a nice touch. Would visit and love to be served by Kilo again. She made our stay enjoyable

Was told by the person at the counter to wait by the door to be seated and no one even came to seat me and my daughter. Stood for 10 mins getting obviously ignored. There were many tables open. Paid for parking just to leave after not getting helped.

The server was good, but the food was just ok. The Sampler Platter had a good sample of the appetizers but was too dry even with the sauces provided.

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I had the ranch Buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken felt like rubber. Looked like it was undercooked on the inside. The people working here do NOT care about the quality of the food that is served. The music was LOUD and the customer service was lucklaster. The very next day after eating the wings and taking a bite of the chicken sandwich my stomach is BAD. And I’m pregnant! If something happens to my baby I will sue the whole chain. The process of hiring these high college students needs to be reevaluated. BUFFALO WILD WINGS needs to do better.

I live in Florida and have never even been to the area, yet this restaraunt was willing to take my bank card without question or my presence aparently. When I called to let them know they had charged my card fraudulently, they refused to stop the charge. This was within an hour of them helping rob my bank account.

Nice place, but they were short staffed so we had to wait a few minutes to be seated.

5 stars if they would not have switched the Michigan game for Michigan State 😀

Today marked the 3rd time my order was missing items. The ticket had everything crossed off except the two items at the bottom, which were both missing. I guess the kitchen sends things out without double checking the whole ticket… Threw everyone’s carrots and celery in one bag as well, which had 5 pieces for 3 people, so they obviously don’t have any means of portioning orders correctly. No ranch, all blue cheese and no one ordered blue cheese.

Floor was sticky and slippery. Yes at the same time. Chicken was hard. Reordered another batch. This one was better. Didn't have the seltzer we wanted. Didn't have the beer we wanted.
