Favorite sandwich spot in the city. The Stache original is highly recommended. I've never really been big on a bologna sandwich, but Stache has made me a believer. They also have Black Label beer here, what isn't there to love?

Great vibe and great service. The Turkey mondulo was out of this world! A definite must try. My sister ordered the Kimchi BLT which is also amazing!

The bologna sandwich with fried egg is the best! If you consider yourself a fan of bologna, then you've got to try it. It's called the Stache Favorite!!

The food was great and the service was fantastic. We were a larger group and they were very accommodating.

Limited menu, but it is definitely a case of doing a few things well, rather than many things poorly. Super great, inventive dishes. Yummy local sodas, full bar, and a DJ. Very enjoyable. There is also tons of beautiful art for sale.

Liked a photo of one of their sandwiches probably last year on Instagram. I've been having a lot of luck with food places that I follow. This place didn't disappoint either. Hubby wanted something different, and the smoked turkey sandwich definitely fit the bill, along with the homemade chips. The sourdough bread was a perfect. Could just eat the bread. Need to check out more on the menu. Will definitely visit again. Right near Gratiot, easy to get too.

Cool, hidden spot in Detroit's Eastern Market. The food was VERY good. Everything tasted fresh, and handmade. They also had Tequila Mimosas (we went for Brunch). I wanted to order the Favorite with no Beef bologna, but the waiter wouldn't let me, and he was right. It was a perfect sandwich! The reason for 4 stars is the vibe. The staff was friendly enough and the place was cool, but there was a lingering feeling that just wouldn't go away. We wanted to try various dishes on the menu (for pics and tastes to write a good, complete review) and that seemed to be somewhat of an aggravation for the staff. Other than that, you should definitely try it. Don't forget the Firecracker Bites. Crys P. Bacon

Good vegan options. The burger, hot dog, and cheese sauce didn’t taste like the typical vegan or vegetarian menu options.

I come in with my husband sometime. I just wanted to say your dj is fun without being obnoxious, I liked him! Your bartender Tancy and Dre are so freaking fun and and Antoine is the life of the party! I love this bar!

Red Faygo icecubes with vodka n' lemonade.... Seems simple BUT it is absolutely AMAZING! Be mindful they go down easy and slip up on you! House made and local everything! Comfort food with style. Get the wings and anything under the sandwich category.

We stopped here on a hot afternoon after biking around and sweating. The mild carnival motif rubbed off on me and I had to get the duckie drink. The 'smoke em if you got em' was a pleasantly boozy smokey Manhattan-esque start and the duck drink was fun and not too terribly sweet. It warranted a beer back. The wings and cauliflower bites were delicious. After a few drinks and bites, we were back on our bikes in the 93 degree sun, and happy to have spent an hour or so in a dark cool bar.
