Mussels and Brussels!!! I hadn't been here since 2014. So glad I came back. I was with co-workers hanging out after work. The brussel sprouts were so good. Feather bowling is super fun! Onion rings were tasty too.

This place had a great atmosphere and a ton of character! The beer selection was good and the menu had lots of fun options. Big focus on live music which was awesome! Highly recommend checking this place out.

This place has been around forever, but is now under new ownership. That said, it's been a Detroit staple for years, and I've never had a bad experience. I brought my kids here to feather bowl, and they had a blast. They played for hours while myself, my wife and mother in law indulged on incredible mussels and belgian beer. Highly recommend if you're in the area. It's a must, and unique to the bone.

Cool spot serving Belgian beers and bites. The all you can eat mussels is a great deal. Feather bowling looks fun even though we didn't partake. The open mic jam session was great.

I’ve been to the Cadieux Cafe many times. It has been so nice to be able to listen to a variety of great live music (especially during 2020), and the food is really good as well. We had the mussels and fish, which were both excellent. A very fine assortment of Belgian beers as well. The service was very prompt and courteous. If you have a chance, try the feather bowling as well. I’d highly recommend this place for a fun night out!!

The service, and safety of all were impeccable. The band was amazing (T-Junction Blues Band) The outdoor stage with live music will be open until at least Nov. 1st. Plenty of seating and heaters. Please come out with a mask and support this local business!

What a fun place! Cadieux Cafe is such a great place to hang out and enjoy friends and family. The feather bowling courts are gorgeous and the outdoor patio is warm and inviting. The food was sooo good I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun day/night out with a group or close friends and family!

The food is wonderful as is the service. We highly recommend the fish and chips. Their tarter sauce is out of this world. The wait staff is so much fun. Definitely drop by for one of the band performances. The schedule is listed on their website!

A small indoor bar with a large outdoor patio and some type of feather bowling. The outdoor patio has a garage in the back used as a bar. We attended a concert in the patio and it was great. Best concert experience in decades. The place has a really nice vibe. Very casual. Be sure to order food early because the kitchen gets backed up. They have private parking but it does fill up early.

We went for the Monday all-you-can-eat mussels extravaganza!!! It was spectacular. The mussels were delicious. Treat yourself to the Thai curry mussels, you will NOT be disappointed! Staff was friendly & attentive & wore their masks. The outdoor area & Bier garten was clean & well spaced for social distancing. As always server's suggestion on the vast Belgium beer menu was on point. Thanks for a great experience! We hope to see you soon.

What a cool place! Such a fun group. The food was bar food... Only the mussels are really good imo. The salad was kinda wilted. The service is great. Very unique spot. I'd recommend to a group during a concert or for Wednesday night karaoke!

Love the new outdoor seating! Saw SuperCrunch about a month ago, my friends and I had a blast despite the waiter being kinda snooty about menu questions, everyone's allowed a bad day.

Fantastic bar with a vast beer menu and amazing mussels! They also had other great choices (burgers, chicken, apps) plus a section of Belgian home cooked favorites. They constantly spotlight local musicians and when we stopped in, a Grateful Dead tribute band was playing and they had us dancing! (Working off some dinner calories didn't hurt) Gated and secured parking lot, plus quick freeway access make this an easy local choice.

Would come back. Good time awaits you if you’ve never been. Great bar scene and live bands, plus all the Belgian delicious beer you could ever want! Yum! And wether you’re here for just the bar or you’re here for the feather bowling you will find delight in every corner. Feather bowling is highly recommended and is a unique experience that can only be found here. I was surprised at how competitive and easily we all picked it up and how much we all wanted to go back after playing our first round. Great vibes, great people.

Our second visit to the Cadieux to see Jim McCarty and the Mystery Trian. The Mussels (and Fries) are unbelievable. Waitress Carol was so efficient, wonderful service! John set up all the equipment for the band! The best part of course is the music. Jimmy and the band were incredible! Erich Goebel great guest guitarist!

I was there for a very busy outdoor show. The atmosphere is great and so is the staff. After seeing folks around me having terrible experiences trying to get food, I didn't dare order anything. The kitchen was quickly overwhelmed and by the time the food came out the runners had no idea where to rake it. What food I did see served looked fantastic. My advice if you are going for a show don't expect to get food. Drinks, on the other hand were easy to come by if you went to one of the many areas to buy them (ordering from waitstaff didn't seem to work out) it's still a 5 star place and I highly recommend it. I'm certain the issues I noted don't happen on normal nights.

My husband and I popped in on a Wednesday night. We were greeted with melodies from the European region. It was great. I had a burger and my husband had the steak bites. Both very flavorful. Feather bowling in the garage. A must see.

We had such a great time at Cadieux Cafe Saturday night. We want to see Pazman’s Super Session (amazing music!). We also had dinner. The spicy muscles were really good, but the Brussels Sprouts with bacon were to die for. Such a gem in Detroit. I’m glad it is still around. Go enjoy the restaurant and support local musicians, as well.

Love the redesigned and expanded space. New owners have kept the vibe and menu but improved and expanded the feather bowling area and added a huge outdoor concert/eating space. The food is pretty darn good , the staff is so friendly. The place manages to make you feel like a regular even if you aren't. Love it!

Cadieux is a great place to be. They are famous for their mussels. They are literally THE PLACE to go on the eastside for live music AND feather bowling is a blast! If you've never played, it's pretty easy to learn - and fun! Hard to explain, but scored similar to horseshoes. Fun for all ages. Reservations for the lanes are HIGHLY recommended.

I just gigged there and didn't order anything. However, everyone seemed satisfied with the service & food. If you like rustic, urban, warm atmosphere & good music, this is the place. They have 'Feather' bowling as well, whatever that is. It seems to be quite popular.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Came in with a party of over 20 last night, rented out both bowling lanes and were ready to have a great night celebrating my friends 41 birthday. Unfortunately, the server who was supposed take care of us for the night decided they didn’t like our group for whatever reason (i was told it was because one of my friends didn’t tip after placing their FIRST order of the night) and kicked us all out after being inside only 20 min. I also need to add that my friends husband was rudely barked at to “put his mask back on” as he was DRINKING A BEER that he just ordered!!!!!!!!!!!! The entire staff was rude, and due to their inability to be tolerant of a large party, lost out on thousands of dollars. We went to birmingham instead and had an amazing night listening to live music and drinking cocktails. I don’t see this place surviving if they are going to treat their large paying customers like this. Oh and the place was DEAD until we arrived. Bad move cadieux cade, as not a single person we were with would have stiffed a waitress or a bartender, and apparently this place has never heard of people tipping when they are cashing out for the night instead of tipping after every transaction. 🙄 My first and last time there!

This is one of my favorite places in my old neighborhood. I lived close enough to Cadieux Caffe to walk there, which I did a few times. The place has great ambience and I always enjoy the food. It is another Detroit gem, don't miss it if you like genuine old neighborhood establishments.

Cadieux Cafe is a historic restaurant on the East Side. Great food, a variety of cold beers on tap, regular host to local bands and Belgian Feather Bowling.

Had a party of 10 to feather bowl on a Sunday. It was busy in the bar/restaurant with a band plying. We ordered several appetizers and drinks. Everything came out fast with no issues and everything was delicious. The staff was very nice and answered a the questions we had about feather bowling. I would definitely recommend this place. We all had fun and it was a great experience. Thanks to all the staff for a great time and they were short a few staff members that evening and we never needed a thing as the checked on us frequently. Thanks The Bryan Party

Food is fantastic, excellent service. Tried the mussels a few ways, the rib tips, the chicken and waffles- all perfect. Was a little disappointed they didn't have rabbit on the night we went. Great selection of beer and wine, also. And feather bowling was a blast. Would definitely go back again.
