great
tasting.

that
but
can
your
managers
start
seeing
to
it
that
Quality
Control
is
in
effect
when
customers
are
ordering
To
Go
food?
Every
time
I
order
two
Triple
Dippers,
the
sauces
are
ALWAYS
missing.
I
don't
understand
why
when
I
mentioned
it
last
time
your
employee
she
looked
irritated
and
just
handed
them
to
me
with
no
customer
service
to
me.
No
apologies,
nothing.
Tonight
the
young
man
ran
out
my
food
and
when
I
mentioned
it
to
him
he
started
the
blame
game
saying
the
cooks
didn't
do
their
job.
I'm
like
"you're
bagging
and
running
my
food
out,
why
don't
you
or
someone
double
check
everything
is
correct??"
It's
like
your
staff
all
hope
I
never
notice
and
drive
all
the
way
home.
Me
as
the
consumer
should
not
have
to
go
behind
your
employees
to
do
their
job,
I
might
as
well
be
punching
a
clock.
It's
funny
I
used
to
work
for
Chili's
in
2009
and
we'd
NEVER
hand
customers
a
Triple
Dipper
without
the
Blue
Cheese,
Ranch,
and
Avocado
Ranch.
As
a
former
employee
and
long
time
23
year
customer,
please
get
it
together.
