Breakfast wasn't what I expected for self serve all you can eat. Fruit was uncovered sitting in the sun. Pancakes were dry & hard around the edges. Wasn't really worth $14 per person. But the atmosphere was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised in this restaurant. This was good from start to finish. I didn't expect much considering it is in a hotel, but my god, I want to come back.

Your restaurant is bad and you should feel bad. Nobody of our party of 6 enjoyed their food. Burgers were burnt and dry. French onion soup did not have croutons and was salty as hell. Food took 45+ minutes to arrive. Prices were pretty high as well. Save your time, money, and appetite and go somewhere else.

Dinner was alright but breakfast was awful. The "hot" food on the buffet was always cold, fruit was either not ripe or overripe, and the waffle batter machine just spit out water. I know you shouldn't expect much at a hotel restaurant but Shoneys can keep their food hot and costs a lot less

We had a large party for dinner with just over an hour's notice. They accommodated us and we had a great experience!! The food was delicious, especially the crab cakes and creme brulee. The BEST part, though, was our server, Artese. I have very rarely met anyone so courteous, hardworking, thoughtful or friendly. I'm not from the area but if I were I would absolutely be back here just to sit at one of his tables. Artese and his positivity were definitely the highlight of our meal!!!

Better off at McDonald’s. Breakfast is dry and the hash browns are dehydrated. Security is a problem since the room cards don’t work. This is a motel 8 restaurant and hotel

Worst customer service ever! Would never come back. Would not recommend this place. It was obvious the bartender was intent on not serving our table. We sat at a table in the bar area and placed our drink orders and after 30 minutes of waiting and watching the bartender serve several other guests who arrived later drinks and food, we left. The wait staff was equally absent. I selected other for “what did you get”, because our table didn’t get any drinks, service, or food, or even acknowledgment that we were present. This is an update to this review. After speaking with the restaurant manager, Andrea, she quickly resolved the issue. We were seated in the restaurant and she retook our order and ensured that our drinks and food were delivered.

The burger was very good even with the bacon jam between the 4oz patties. There wasn't nowhere near enough staff so service was very bad.

Food was some lower quality ingredients dressed up or accompanied with higher quality ingredients. So for the price, taste and qualityof the food is fair. The restaurant is grossly understaffed in the morning. With the performance on the weekend much worse than during the week. For example there is one waitress, and you will see her attempting to service all the tables, buss tables and keep half and half stocked. Your service will be faster if you are just charging your food to the room, but if you need a receipt or spilt the bill for corporate accounting expect to add 20 to 40 minutes onto your time for them to bring you a spilt bill, come back for the credit card, and return for the receipt.

Small menu. The chicken on the Caesar was dry and tasteless. House chips weren't bad.

Took about an hour to get the food, but the staff was friendly at least. Would have been different if they were slammed but only five tables had people. Pasta fungi was decent - salmon was overcooked and tasted like spiced rubber. Tried to order meatloaf but they were out. At the end tried to order the creme brûlée but they only had one of the three dessert options available. Then it took a long time just to pay! Overall I rate this place very over priced, understaffed, and would not recommend eat here at all other than for the fact it is convenient if you are staying at the hotel.

Urban Cellars was the best part of our entire stay. Excellent overall service improvement from our stay in March. I've noticed the management switch and whomever made that call was excellent. The restaurant manager Joe was awesome in working with me to help set up something special to propose to my fiance. Very charismatic, and his staff is very personal especially Alicia, Makeda and Latricia, Sady, Gloria, Andre, Trevor and Tori (we had to write down all their names) Thanks for making our night memorable and please tell Joe that wedding invite will be in the mail. Great Job Urban Cellars!!!!! We hope we are able to travel back and visit soon. PSSSSS.... We hope the restaurant on the top floor will be open
