Where
do
I
even
start
with
this
place..
The
waitress,
although
a
sweet,
well-mannered
girl,
could
clearly
not
handle
her
Saturday
night
busy
shift.
My
friends
and
I,
a
group
of
5
people
having
made
a
relatively
big
order,
got
charged
30%
on
taxes.
Needless
to
mention
that
the
waitress
realized
this
terrible,
and
even
more
so
illegal
mistake
3
bills
later.
I
don't
even
want
to
think
of
other
tables
before
us
that
might
have
had
the
same
issue,
paid
and
left
without
realizing.
When
I
went
to
look
for
my
friend
in
the
washroom,
the
bouncer
in
front
of
the
stairs
would
not
even
let
him
go
back
upstairs
and
pay
his
bill.
Instead,
he
pushed
him
towards
the
exit
as
if
he
had
tried
to
cause
trouble
-
which
was
not
the
case
by
any
means.
Long
story
short,
two
out
of
the
three
bouncers
in
the
bar
were
sorry
excuses
of
human
beings
with
no
basic
knowledge
of
what
customer
service
means.
We
did
not
cause
any
trouble,
we
came
and
sat
respectfully
to
have
a
drink
and
a
bite
after
an
8-hour
long
trip
and
all
we
got
back
was
this
disgusting
treatment
:
30%
in
taxes
and
a
sarcastic,
offensive
and
borderline
violent
treatment
from
2
bouncers.
In
all
this,
the
manager
was
nowhere
to
be
found,
most
likely
hiding
behind
his
finger.
The
only
one
who
had
the
guts
to
talk,
apologize
and
try
to
give
an
honest
explanation
was
the
waitress
I
mentioned
earlier,
who
even
pointed
out
herself
that
the
bouncer
in
front
of
the
stairs
is
in
general
a
bit
too
hotheaded
with
clients.
Although
the
setting
and
the
food
was
relatively
nice,
prepare
to
have
your
nice
destroyed
if
you
go
to
this
place.
