Our
family
comes
here
as
a
special
treat
to
celebrate
birthdays
etc.
So
it
was
nice
to
finally
go
as
pandemic
lifted.
It
has
usually
been
great
in
the
past,
but
this
time
I've
updated
my
review
to
leave
a
more
detailed
one.
Food
=
4
stars
for
selection
of
meats
and
cold
salad
bar.
However,
3-4
stars
on
taste,
quite
a
few
were
super
done
even
though
servers
would
say
medium
to
medium
rare,
or
ask
us
what
level
of
doneness
we
wanted,
which
didn't
really
matter.
Everything
was
very
very
salty,
even
our
favorite
lobster
bisque.
We
needed
something
to
cut
through
it.
Customer
service
=
see
below
Hostesses,
taller
one
was
super
nice
5
stars,
friendly
and
answered
questions
with
a
smile.
Shorter
one
was
not
nice
at
all,
1
star.
Maybe
she
was
having
a
bad
day.
She
had
RBF
the
whole
time
we
were
waiting
to
be
seated.
Gave
attitude
with
customers
that
approached
her.
Waiter,
Ray,
super
nice
guy,
5
stars
on
friendliness.
However,
4
stars
on
service..
Water
glasses
were
empty,
refilled
once.
Soft
drinks
not
refilled
at
all.
Giving
the
benefit
of
doubt
to
servers,
as
place
was
busy
last
night.
It's
hard
to
get
staff
post
pandemic,
but
still,
noting
it.
We
got
up
to
get
our
own
plates
from
salad
bar
for
the
table
too,
maybe
that
was
expected,
even
though
many
didn't
get
food
from
bar.
Meat
carvers
=
4
stars
overall
Mayer(?)
Not
sure
if
that's
his
name,
5
stars
on
service
and
friendliness.
Tried
to
accommodate
our
table,
even
though
certain
meats
were
not
his
station.
As
for
the
rest
of
them,
started
off
good
at
beginning
of
dinner,
but
then
it
quickly
went
south.
We
spent
an
hour+
more
than
we
needed
to
at
dinner
just
waiting
for
meat
to
come
that
we
requested.
Finally,
my
brother
had
to
stand
outside
the
kitchen
to
catch
a
server.
Positives,
the
lamb
chops,
filet
mignon,
flank
steak,
Brazilian
picanha
and
sausage
were
the
stars
last
night.
I
still
left
a
hefty
tip,
since
having
been
a
restaurant
owner
and
worked
in
service
industry
for
long
time,
it's
not
the
fault
of
the
staff.
I
see
a
need
to
tighten
up
some
processes
and
management
oversight
on
flow,
when
it
gets
busy,
to
ensure
quality
of
food
and
service.
