I would give this place zero stars if possible! They are located at the best location and view in the city. Full building of residents above the Broderick Grille and even they don't frequent or bring business there. Something has to be wrong if that's the case. Major sporting events create seas of people who flock to all the surrounding bars and restaurants around the Broderick, yet when you go during those times there is not one customer and worse off it was hard to find any employees to serve us. The bathrooms were filthy. And ants were infesting the window sill next to our table and crawling out of the ketchup bottle. I hate to be the person to sound so negative, but I'm a Detroiter born and raised, and its just plain sad that people who have the opportunity to own a business with such a great historic location in the heart of the city in one of the tallest, well known, historical landmarks and this is what it is. A complete dump! And to anyone visiting the city, I want to be clear, this place in no way represents what Detroit is or wants to be associated with. Enjoy the beutiful "whale art" on the side of the building, and move on to something more memorable of the city and definitely more enjoyable!!!

Service was very slow and the place was nearly empty and tons of wait staff. 1/2 our entrees were not correct. The bill had numerous errors. We were told one price for a "special" appetizer but charged a higher amount. The food was not good. Honestly, one of the worst dining experiences in quite awhile. I can say 2 positive things: location is great and it was very clean

Great food! A short walk from Comerica Park and Ford Field! We were seated right away, which I am sure would be a different story on game days. A very clean restaurant, however we were disappointed in the timeliness of the service. Understanding that when it's busy, it's difficult to be quick and on the ball with your customers, but we waited 20 minutes for water. The waiter said he'd "find us some glasses" to which I was a little taken back. The food was fantastic and timely, but we did wait 35 minutes for our bill after we asked for it, and another 15 minutes to get our card back. An hour just for the bill!? The waiter did apologize, however he did so while dropping the F word and demeaning some of his coworkers. I hate to rate Brodericks at a 3 since the food was so good, but service always comes first.

Great service, great food great location from Fox and tiger's stadium. Private party rental space above. Ray, the bartender was very good, talked with us the whole visit and have great advice about it day in Detroit. We enjoyed the service.

The people ran around and served us great. The coleslaw was bland. We got spinach dip, a burger, a chicken wrap, and both had sweet potato fries. The food was good but seemed to be lacking in attention to detail. The chunks of spinach and artichoke were too big to enjoy. I would give them a second chance as the staff was awesome and venue was cool to see.

Eat here 3-4 times per week, usually for a quick lunch. Their new manager, Chad, is great and has helped turn the place around and give it an identity. The food is always good and I love the quick service and drink specials, particularly on game days.

Good selection of beers alongside their menu. Chicken sandwich was a little dry, but the soup was an excellent end to a cold day, plus it's with checking out the second floor with couches and other comfortable seating. Worth a visit!

Sat by the bar for about 15 minutes before anyone said anything to us. Three people took our drink orders and we waited another 10 minutes for that. One employee was literally yelling all night behind the bar about how all the glasses were dirty and how she was supposed to be off of work hours ago. The food didn’t take long, wasn’t great and was super salty. Bad attitudes all around. Just an overall bad experience and I feel like it’ll end up on bar rescue one day.

This was our very time ever ordering from you all.... I had the Brunch Burger cooked Medium Well it was absolutely delicious. My 11yr old had the Scrambled eggs brunch which he is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO PLEASE... However you won him over he would like too have his Birthday dinner their as well... My oldest son fell in love with the burger! This is coming from a mother who was once apart of the culinary world and my children know great food when they have it and you're GREAT!

Really slow brunch experience. Drink service was okay, food took ages. Others groups of 4 received food before us. Restaurant was not full. No explanation or acknowledgment from server. Nice location, nice enough decor. Not recommended for brunch at all.
