Worst churchs chicken I have ever had in my life the dogs wouldn't even eat it I will be calling churches chicken corporate on them because this is unacceptable its was plane no flavor at all taste like thay cooked it in old oil and had it sitting under that light all day church chicken is not allowed in my house

3 out of 4 times I've been to this location they have been out of half of their menu items. Who the hell is doing the ordering. They need to be fired. Customer service is definitely lacking as well and the workers always have their family in the dining room eating. Is that why they're always out of food, they're feeding their family for free? Go somewhere else if you want chicken.

The main reason I got to Church's is for okra, they didn't have any. Quite often they are out of something and I see they are out of bags and napkins because I got my food in a grocery bag and I got some good white napkins. I don't mind the bag or napkins, it just shows they run out of things. Maybe the manager is not on top of ordering stock. The prices are too much in my opinion. My chicken was dark and slimy. Not a good experience this time.

I thought they just had a good day at frying the chicken when I went to get lunch for my crew on Saturday but the chicken was good when I came in for lunch on Monday as well. Keep up the good work on cooking the food. But please keep the lobby clean and make sure all the staff is pleasant.

The food was hot and pretty fresh. The guy at the window seem a bite confused about the order, gave us the wrong food had to go back. He didn't give us a problem about exchanging for the items we ordered. Thighs and sides maybe sounds alike.👂👂👂👂👂🤣🤣

I love Church's Chicken that I had to Stop by. We where a little bit questionable because of the location but it was worth the stop. My rating was because of the lobby. Not inviting, needed a good cleaning so folks could feel that they are welcome to stay to enjoy this good tastings chicken.

Chicken is way too SALTY! Customer service sucks. Chicken is good when fresh, but I get zits and sometimes stomach ache afterwards. The grease is probably very toxic. I won't be surprised if they close down because the service is terrible. No effort.

SLOW,RUDE arguing with customers while in drive-thru line. Barely understood the language that was spoken. The overall wait for a # 1 meal was 30 minutes not because chicken wasn't. Up and ready just slow all around😕😣

Staff is never friendly. I frequent this one only because it's about 5 minutes from home. Placed a drive through order last night, and was told my order would take TWO minutes. I'm sure it was longer. I had to honk for my drinks because after the woman gave me my food, she didn't come back to the window nor say have a nice night or anything. The only words she said to me was the total. But as i said before, the staff isn't usually friendly. The food is good. Biscuits were burned this time

I've never seen anyone try so hard to convince me that the large mashed potatoes have ALWAYS been a single small scoop that leaves the container more than half empty. Or that the 15 piece only gets 2 packets of hot sauce and 2 napkins. Don't bother going there unless you enjoy being treated like you owe them something.
