Very small menu! Overpriced drinks for what you get. My $13 Cosmopolitan barely filled half a (small) wine glass. Then reading over the bill, I got charged an upgrade to BELEVEDRE for another $2 (for a total of $15) which I did not ask for. Overall good experience. But the drink issue will make me not go back.

So I went here last night and needless to say it was not what I expected at all, while my food the Salmon floratine with spinach and roasted sweet potato"fries"was ok it wasn't hot and I actually think that we received a plates that were sent back from the table next to us, my date ordered the "airline" chicken and it was horrible, add in the fact that the customer service was horrible I probably wouldn't return here at all.

Food: I had the salmon w mango sauce and it was okay. The sauce was wonderful but the fish was over cooked (it's really hard to perfectly cook salmon; it takes an extremely talented chef to know the fine line between a couple minutes = perfect, and 30 additional seconds = overcooked). My friend had the catfish PoBoy and said it was fantastic and the fish was cooked perfectly. 4 stars. Drinks: I had cranberry and Grey Goose. The bartender was very liberal with the vodka. 4 stars for the hard pour on the vodka but a little too strong = 3.5. Friend had a beer that isn't typical so 5 stars for having that. 4 stars. Service: A-Mazing!!! Well over 5 stars! Alfonz was our waiter. He was charming, attentive, checked on us often BUT not so often as to be intrusive. He struck the perfect balance with that - truly a pro! He engaged us just enough to find out what we were in town for, and offer local tips, including that we were connected to a skywalk to the theater (where we were headed) which was a bonus cuz it was raining. And he did all this with a full house of diners! When we were finished I headed to the restroom to check my make-up, walked into the hall where the hostess didn't even need me to ask before pointing out where the restrooms were, pointing to a man at a desk about twenty yards away, and when I got to him he also, without a word, smiled and directed me to the 'second door on your right'. Now THAT's service!!! I would come here again and again just for the incredible staff. 10 stars!! I saw reviews about it being "stuffy" but I didn't get that at all. When I think of "stuffy" I think of an experience where our table has to be super quiet and you feel a little uncomfortable if you aren't dressed like a Royal. I got an "all are welcome" vibe, myself. People were dressed the full range from nice suits to jeans and a blouse; my friend and I had a normal volume conversation, talking like sailors, as we do :), and I didn't feel any discomfort or like someone was looking down on us. I felt completely comfortable here and other guests were all chatting and laughing too, so I think it was just a good vibe all around (and I am lower-middle class so some places can def feel a bit uppity for me). 5 stars for atmosphere. PS - Alfonz mentioned the company looking for reviews on tripadvisor but I couldn't even get that site to load properly so hopefully they also check out Google (as they should - who goes to tripadvisor??).

The food and staff were amazing. It was a great night. Even had a visit from the Chef himself. I can't wait to tell everyone where to go for a wonderful night at the right price.

The security and staff were very rude when i tried to play the piano before I purchased a drink at the bar. They told me (very rudely) i had to purchase a drink first so I went to the bar and waited almost 10 minutes. Noone came because the staff was in a corner arguing so I left. The security was rude and the woman Tammy at the front desk was very surly. This place is not a place I would go back to. Its not ghetto but it's not living up to the St. Regis name either. What a shame.

I visit quite often. Their food selection is not bad. I give it 5 stars because they try to accommodate your special food requests if possible. The serving team is friendly and remember things like I don't eat bread and I how I like my Jack Daniels 😁

Very good. Many people might dismiss this restaurant which would be a mistake. Food is great, service staff very friendly and attentive, drink pours very generous.
