Great burger. The staff was nice and clearly actually cared about serving good food. The pretzel roll is a must as it keeps everything together nicely. I'll definitely be back. Way better than five guys or shake shack at the same price point. Restaurant was very clean and service was fast. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had out at a restaurant. Fries were perfectly crispy as well. Cool spot.

Best Burgers ever. Reminds me of five guys but BETTER. service was good. The food was very good priced, I was able to buy a combo for a huge bacon burger with fries and a large drink for only about 10 bucks. My personal favourite was the fries with the Cajun spice. The onion rings were excellently baked. The jalapeño poppers were good, and the good burger was more than good. If I lived near this place I would come here all the time. The food tasted real and homemade, but still had excellent taste. Best fast food restaurant I have ever been to! 11/10

My first time in Detroit and I read a ton of great reviews but I didn't have the best experience. First there was hair in my burger, second I asked for chicken and pepper jack but I got beef with no cheese. The resturant wasn't packed, so I didn't understand why my order was messed up. Hopefully I can return for a better experience.

I placed an order online at the New Center location and was told to pick up the order in 30 min and I was there on time. I got my food home in which I only live 2 mins away and our burgers were cold. I called and was told to bring the food back for a remake. The guy refused to remake the order because we took one bite out of the our burgers and decided we shouldn’t have to eat cold food. Well he continued to argue with me over it. I then asked for my money back and refused to give me a refund. I told him that I’m just going to dispute it with my credit card company and walked out. And another big factor they are not wearing masks and I also observed them touching food with their bare hands. Needless to say I won’t be back due to their poor customer service!

Update (6/24/22): closes at 7:45 everyday (Google shows 9 pm) I've been to this and other locations of good burger. Their burgers are usually good, specially I like the BBQ burger and the Good Burger. Their Cajun fries are also very good. Last time however I noticed that the burgers were not cooked to perfection, hence the 4 stars. Their seating area is bigger than other locations. Parking is available on the back side.

Maybe 5guys/Shake Shack burgers are a little better. Zo's burger was a little salty for my taste though still good. I prefer the fries here at Zos compared to 5G/SS. We experienced good service. Paid $32.79 for our order. As you can see in the photo there is no bullet proof glass, unlike the pizza place across the street. Update: it's hit or miss with this place.

Zo's was Delicious!! First time here. We were looking for somewhere to eat close by to the fischer theater and it was only a 4 minute walk. We got a little bit of everything and really enjoyed the Good burger it had a Mozzarella stick and onion ring on the burger with its house sauce. The Mac and cheese bites were fantastic and we both really enjoyed the milk shake. No wait to get in and food came out very quick. Parking was available on the street. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good tasty burger.

Good but slow. Told to wait 10 minutes, walked out 35 minutes later. Goodbye one hour lunch break 👋🏾 Tried again, a month or so later. They were fast, food looks good. 6 onion rings for 4 dollars! GTFOH

Let me start by saying AMAZING!!!! I ordered the Good Burger combo with cajun fries. There was at least 10 orders in front of me so I expected a long wait. To my SURPRISE my food was out in like 10 minutes. It was hot, fresh, looked and smelled great. The bun was grilled to perfection, with hot juicy and delicious ingredients inside. Tye fries could not have been better. 10 stars because 5 just dosen't do this place justice. To top all of that off. The manger to the time to go table to table and make sure all the customers were happy in the middle of a rush. Thumbs up.

This place has some of the best burgers 🍔 in Michigan. The service is not bad at all. But it's unsanitary when you see people not wearing gloves, hair nets or hats to me that's nasty. When making food.

Hi, I am a regular here. In fact, i’ve gotten many awards for being a super customer. Today, I ordered a meal from zo’s and was thrilled to see that it was delivered quick. Turns out, I received my food COLD as snow. Why? I payed money to feed my family hot food. NOT cold food, I was more mortified to see that my food came straight out of the freezer. It was cold, looked dry, cheese was not melted, missing a can of pepsi that I had spent a TWO dollars on. It was so bad that I was trying to eat the bacon bits since it looked dry. But on the bright side my pepsi was cold which I wasn’t surprised since the whole order was cold too. Instead of letting those clueless, immature teens work at your location. Try getting someone that’s a good chef and doesn’t put my food on ice. Thank you. -devoted loyal (but not loyal anymore) customer.ps. Get back to me when the food is in a nice warm vacation.

The chicken sandwich was overcooked and thin. 1st time trying it, not too impressed. Fries were good but borderline cold. (Ate a few in the car) I've eaten there before, burgers are good, juicy and delicious.

This little place was on the way back to the hotel so we decided to stop in for some lunch but we were actually surprised at how good it was. The good burger, the shake, the service all way better than we expected. Honestly better than steak n shake (at least in our home town) and 5 guys. Highly recommend this place for anyone in town.

I went to Zoe's for the first time today, I ordered chicken strips and jalapeno poppers. The chicken strips were ok and the jalapeno poppers had CREAM CHEESE inside. Anytime I've ordered poppers they have CHEDDAR 🧀 on the inside. So I didn't think to ask ( it should be on the menu ) When I bit into them and saw it was cream cheese I was instantly disgusted! I called and asked to get an order of fries. The man told me that if it was his/ their fault then he would replace it but IT WAS MY FAULT! SORRY FOR BEING A NEW CUSTOMER AND ALSO SORRY THAT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK! I WONT BE BACK! OVERPRICED!

We ordered our food at 12:07 and received our order at 12:40… our food was lukewarm fries, not fresh average size burger, experience terrible.

Great Burgers, Good Fries, Good Service...Prices Are Reasonable, Atmosphere Is Enjoyable. If You Like To Sit And Enjoy Your Burger, Or Grab And Go I'd Definitely Recommend Zo's. (Try The Pretzel Bun 👍🏾👍🏾)

Kind of stumbled in here after working nearby and looking for a quick bite. I was very happily surprised with the modest but delicious selection. I got both a burger and a specialty chicken sandwich with fries. They were all very good. Definitely recommend if you are in the area. Parking is a little scarce but there is a small lot behind the building.

Very unique burger selection is fun. Atmosphere is great. Lost one star from me because wait times were quite long. I wouldn't suggest going when you're in a hurry, but when you have some extra time Zo's is well worth it.

Genuinely one of the nicest and most polite staff I’ve ever met in my life. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger, however I did not clarify the cook on the meat. After realizing my mistake I spoke to Ali about it and he was kind and generous enough to have it corrected. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

Friendly service. Burger was tasty. Milkshakes were good but overpriced. Overall Cleanliness of the restaurant was ok. Bathroom could use some attention. Mac n cheese bites were generic and flavorless. I won't be rushing back.

My burger was delicious, but the cashier they had was amazing. I think her name was either Kyla or Kyra. She was very energetic & had the nicest attitude. With a lot of these fast food employees being disgruntled since the pandemic, it was refreshing have 1 that wasn't. I'll definitely be going back!!!

Place is cold, and no hot water in the bathroom. Staff were friendly. My meal was late because it was chicken!!! That's what the cashier told me. Finally my meal arrives and it was chicken wrap. Chicken was very hard to bite. Did not enjoy it, but my friend said that he enjoyed his burger.

Located across from Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit Zo's keeps it simple and delicious with hamburgers, fries, and shakes. Zo's stepped up in a big way offering to accommodate 58 hungry tour goers on short notice. They did a fabulous job serving up some great burgers and fries all while staying open to the general public. Great food, great service, and a heart felt Thank You from our organization.
