    Do not order from here! No really, don't ever order from here. I live 5 minutes away so I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt time after time. Learn from my mistakes. There have been multiple times when I've put in a delivery order and hours go by. I call in and they say , "Sorry we don't have a driver tonight, we're not doing deliveries." A heads up would be nice. Well since I'm so close, next time I'll just do a pick up order right? Wrong! The app can say your pizza is ready but when you show up they might just be closed at 7 when their posted hours say 1 am. Feeling lucky? This has happened multiple times as well. Do not order from this location. Ever.

    The worst! Ordered a Meatzza and a Pacific Veggie with chicken on thin crust. The young lady at the counter never looked up from her phone, so the guy in the back actually helped me. I guess cause it was prepaid. Well only 1 pizza was made... the girl remarked "oh yeah, we have to remake the Veggie because it was made on regular crust." I asked how long... 12 minutes. So I ran a quick errand, gave them 20 minutes and returned. They graciously gave me some bread, however once I got home, the new pizza was still wrong. No chicken! Which obviously was prepaid. I had ordered from them in 6 months or more. I see why.

    Made an order at 5:30 on Sunday 9/5. At 7:30 tracking said it was still in prep by Tiffani. They wouldnt answer the phone until midnight. It never came. They took my money. I have veen trying to call but they just dont pick up. Now I have to a chargeback. Update: They wouldnt answer the phone on afternoon shift but when I called around lunch someone picked up and was after to find my order from then and refund me. The only good review is from Malice Green so you obviously have to be dead to get a pizza delivered...

    Oh man, read the other reviews before ordering from this Dominos. The exact same thing happened to me. I ordered a pizza for dinner but it never came. I called the store no answer. The next day I went to the store and was told they canceled the order because they didn't have staff. When I showed i was charged for the full price, they said wait a few days for it to drop, so i did. the charge never dropped or was refunded. I notified customer support at corporate and they never responded. My now refuting the charge through my bank. Its so nuts!

    Ordered my pizza 20 minutes before my lunch break and showed up and the prep wasn’t even started yet. Waited an additional 30 minutes to cook it. All for a small pepperoni pizza at 2pm on a Wednesday. My first time trying dominos in my life and my last time buying it as well. I don’t blame the staff because there is only one person working but I blame the owner and I blame Dominos for not setting this worker up for success. Thank you for ensuring I will never give you guys a chance ever again.

    If I could choose zero stars, I would. I ordered food for my family at 11pm on new years eve. We had gone to a hockey game and just made it back to our airbnb. The hours listed said they were open until 1am, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. I got a confirmation email stating my order was successful and even went as far as to say "Brandon began order at 11:51pm." I didn't even take off my shoes, because I was expecting to have food delivered to the apartment complex lobby and was expected to meet them. It was stated it would take 58-68 minutes. I was understanding, as it was new years eve and I was sure they were busy. After 2 hours passed since I ordered, I attempted to call with no answer. I called 5 times, no answer. The time on the tracker then changed to 83-98 minutes. At this point, I just wanted to cancel it but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I didn't want to wait until 3am to get our pizza. I had already paid ahead of time online. I was so stressed and frustrated. At 2:30 in the morning I finally recieved an automated text message from dominos bot stating they chose to cancel my order. Hours after they had stated they were making it, I had waited with my shoes on, I had called multiple times with no answer and no way to leave a message. Absolutely awful customer service. Absolutely awful experience. ​

    Whoever is working there likes to add their own tips like everything isn’t digital these days. I would not recommend going there using a card because there’s no reason why my balance goes from 41.55 on a Friday to 45.00 4 days later. If you broke and need a $4 tip just say that

    They let me order my food, charged me for it and then cancelled it because they didn’t have a delivery driver… Why are you letting people order if you don’t have staff. Please explain?

    Utterly disappointed!! We usually order from this location when attending a conference downtown. This year I placed an order online to find out 1) this location stopped delivery and 2) they changed the hours without update to the app or the website. Instead of closing at 2am, they closed at 6pm in a Friday and did not plan to reopen until Monday. Once we placed the order the app said I was all set and that the order was being made and then it sent a notification that it was cancelled! I calledand no one answered. I called twice more and someone finally answeredand explained what was going on... the only saving grace, the reason for the one star was that the guy on the phone was nice. . Ugh....

    They manipulated the online order system to show my food was ready when it was even in the oven. Then after 40 minutes in store, an hour after I placed my order online, I finally get my food and it was made wrong. By the time I got back my break was over and I couldn't eat it anyways. Never had an experience that bad at a pizza place without a refund offered even an apology for the wait. Just a shrug and "here's you food".

    I placed a carryout order through the Dominos app for pick up at 9:45pm on a Tuesday. I got to the store at 9:50pm and the place was completely shut down. There was a man standing outside who said, "The lady decided to close down early tonight". If that was the case, then they should have called me or canceled my order. The sign on the door says they're open till midnight. This was a major inconvenience because I was bringing home dinner for my family. My husband doesn't get off work till 1am so that's why I was picking up so late.

    Ordered delivery for about $50 an hour and a half before the store closes and it never came. I didn’t get any phone call and tried to call the store but no answer, even the next day. Can’t get a refund and by the time we realized it wasn’t coming nothing else was open.

    I have ordered from Domino's throughout USA and this has got to be the worst franchise. I ordered at 10:45PM, someone started preparing my order at 11PM, the night passed, the order did not arrive. Multiple calls went unresponded. I woke up and out of curiosity checked my order status. It still said "xxx started preparing your order". Reported the case officially. Will never order from here again though.

    O stars if I could! Food was never delivered! The tracker said it was delivered 30 min after ordered. Sat in the hotel lobby for 50 min, called 5 times, hour and a half to get ahold of anyone, has to call on separate phones to get ahold of anyone. DO NOT ORDER

    Ordered pizza around 12am for our hotel that wasn't even a block away and since it says they close at 2am we thought there wouldn't be a problem, 3 hours later at 3am no food and the app still says in "quality check" no one answered our 8+ calls and when it was answered brought you to a random corporate employee that doesn't help whatsoever and says they'll "transfer you to the store" but all you're ever left with is being on hold for 20 minutes.

    Ordered delivery (2 pizzas) to my hotel on Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Friday night after the show, it was about 1:15 am. The restaurant did not answer the phone when I called multiple times for confirmation after the prep countdown thing stopped moving at 1:38 while they "check the order" or confirm or whatever. The pizzas arrived at 3:45. I had to be at my best friend's baby shower the following day, and the experience this domino's location provided was so bad it ruined my Saturday, bc now I had the guilt of not being at my best for my best friend, because I didn't get enough sleep. My order was "being delivered" (or whatever the gps tracker thing calls it, for like 45 minutes. It's only a 15 minute walk at most, but the delivery driver seemed to idk, stop and catch up with everyone they were delivering to? for 10-15 minutes per stop. Should have just walked over myself, and picked it up. At least my 2 and a half hours old pizza was made right, and they did give me a refund when I called the following day to let them know.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. Manager was rude and did not get my order right. I ordered a pizza with three toppings and they gave me a plain cheese pizza then they forgot my wings and gave me two orders of stuffed cheese bread when I only ordered one. The ordering process was a nightmare took me an hour to order the pizza and then they screwed it up. The manager even got rude with me on the phone and threatened to cancel my order. Because of this I felt like she screwed up my order on purpose. Avoid this Domino's location at all costs.

    The crew had good attitudes. The pizza was good as usual. The food was ready when I arrived although the pizza seemed to have cooled a little bit. No parking, so you will have to try your best to get in and out or street parking which is metered.

    Vanessa is a saint, and she makes a damn good pizza too! Last Friday after the Metallica concert, this poor store got a mad rush. Not only walk ins, but the phone was ringing off the hook! The team did the very best they could in a really tough environment. Drunk, high and starving people counted on Vanessa and the team to feed them. Feed them they did. Took an hour, but they didn’t stop moving for a second. Props to this team and especially Vanessa! Do something nice for her, she is a model employee and made you a ton of money that night!

    This store would get a zero if able to. I ordered a pizza at 1210am said delivery time would be 35-40 minutes almost an hour later I call about my order when I get the rudest of all people Vanessa. I asked how much longer my order was going to be and she said an hour. She proceeded to go on how I could get it sooner but she was on the phone with me and that she was the only one in there making pizza non stop since 10pm. She the said if I didn’t want to wait I could cancel my order which the way she was talking to a customer I sure as hell did cancel my order and that’s the second time that dominos has screwed me while out of town so I will never order from any of the dominos pizza places ever again

    The people that work here are great. They're incredibly understaffed and I'm mad at domino's for that. But I've had wonderful interactions with delivery drivers and the staff over the phone. Super quick but sometimes it gets way too busy for 2 people to handle. cut them some slack

    Ordered 2 carry out pizzas while in town for a convention yesterday evening. Pizzas were ready at designated time, they hit the perfect pizza itch, and Chris who was the one who range me out was incredibly friendly. Love when the customer service is even better than the food. Thanks Chris.

    I ordered just a simple medium cheese pizza and chicken alfredo and never received it. It told me on the website that it was delivered but had never shown up. I called the store 4 times and on the third time I was told to call back after 5 minutes if my order still hadn't shown up and guess what, it didn't show up. Called for the fourth time to ask for a refund and got sent to the manager where I proceeded to sit on hold for 20 minutes. I had to call on a separate phone to even get an answer on my phone that was on hold. As soon as the other phone got picked up, the OG phone got picked up and I instantly got the refund. Worker on the phone claimed that the driver says that the address I gave him was just an empty parking lot so he went back to the store rather than calling the phone number that I had sent with the order.

    Walked in late night after a Red Wings game as we were parked closed by and nothing else was open. Good service, pizza came out very quickly and was hot and tasted good. Service was good and the store and washroom were both relatively clean. Open late hours too, I will give them 5/5 just for that.

    This location does not seem to be reliable. I ordered pizza at 11:45p on a Sat night and it finally showed up at 2:15am. I couldn’t reach the location when I tried calling, and if my boyfriend hadn’t heard my phone vibrate we would have missed it. The pizza was warm, though, and good. The delivery person explained to him that they’re horribly under staffed (only 2 people) and can’t keep up with the amount of orders. This was my entire experience with the city of Detroit. Covid seemed to hit the service industry harder here than some other cities. I called the next closest location when I couldn’t reach the first place, who answered the phone “hello Dominos we’re closed” 1.5 hours prior to their posted hours. Don’t expect late night food.

    Placed order online at 11pm Sunday 9/5/21. Online Oder tracker states Tiffani was making my order. I get to the location located downtown Detroit at 11:12pm (I was early) and on the door and online that are supposed to be open til 12am. They were closed and did not refund me my money.
