If
I
could
choose
zero
stars,
I
would.
I
ordered
food
for
my
family
at
11pm
on
new
years
eve.
We
had
gone
to
a
hockey
game
and
just
made
it
back
to
our
airbnb.
The
hours
listed
said
they
were
open
until
1am,
so
I
figured
it
wouldn't
be
a
problem.
I
got
a
confirmation
email
stating
my
order
was
successful
and
even
went
as
far
as
to
say
"Brandon
began
order
at
11:51pm."
I
didn't
even
take
off
my
shoes,
because
I
was
expecting
to
have
food
delivered
to
the
apartment
complex
lobby
and
was
expected
to
meet
them.
It
was
stated
it
would
take
58-68
minutes.
I
was
understanding,
as
it
was
new
years
eve
and
I
was
sure
they
were
busy.
After
2
hours
passed
since
I
ordered,
I
attempted
to
call
with
no
answer.
I
called
5
times,
no
answer.
The
time
on
the
tracker
then
changed
to
83-98
minutes.
At
this
point,
I
just
wanted
to
cancel
it
but
couldn't
get
ahold
of
anyone.
I
didn't
want
to
wait
until
3am
to
get
our
pizza.
I
had
already
paid
ahead
of
time
online.
I
was
so
stressed
and
frustrated.
At
2:30
in
the
morning
I
finally
recieved
an
automated
text
message
from
dominos
bot
stating
they
chose
to
cancel
my
order.
Hours
after
they
had
stated
they
were
making
it,
I
had
waited
with
my
shoes
on,
I
had
called
multiple
times
with
no
answer
and
no
way
to
leave
a
message.
Absolutely
awful
customer
service.
Absolutely
awful
experience.
