To start, the owner Ali or whatever his name is, is the worst. He yells and curses at his employees, calls them names and fires people at the drop of the dime. I’ve heard he forces his workers to work 70 hours a week and pays them $400/week. Now, The food is absolutely horrible. The chicken is under cooked, he has a little under aged girl working at the front, assuming it’s his daughter or part of his family, until 11pm at night. The girl can’t be no older than 8-9 years old, I’ve seen a worker drop a whole container of ice cream cones on a sticky wet floor and instead of throwing them away, they stocked them regularly for customer consumption, the food is stale and the bread is old, the bathrooms don’t work, Ect... overall the experience was the absolute worst and if you value your money or time, do not go to this terrible place. I feel bad for the workers as well as the little girl behind the counter.. the only good thing was the French fries.. which is hard to mess up.. so kudos to this place for making edible fries..

My wait time tonight drastically went down from the last time. I understand shawarma takes longer to make than typically fast food but I’ve spent near an hour in their drive thru before. Tonight I came in and was greeted with a very warm and welcoming smile, had my food within 10 minutes and the whole restaurant was spotless! I was able to meet the new manager, she was absolutely adorable and so sweet. The food was amazing at always but the customer service seems to have really stepped up. Just last week I was ready to never go back but now I’m hooked. Great job with the new people, seems this place is really looking up!

I had an excellent experience for the second time coming to Fast Treats! They were closed 1st of all & the manager Katie let me in because she saw that i was walking that's what wowed me 1st! She was so friendly & patient as always! The resturant was very clean & the cook was very sanitized he washed his hands,sanitized then put on gloves! I am so happy we finally have a clean friendly neighborhood resturant that makes us feel at home & makesus want to keep coming back.!

Got a car wash next door. Manager of fast treats was outside handing out samples of a milkshake. So yummy. Came in for a whole one and a shawarma. Food was amazing, the manager, Katy was so nice, excellent service. Will definitely be returning after my frequent car washes.

I’ve been here a few times now in the last couple of months. I cannot believe how much it has improved in two weeks! It is so clean in there, the service has improved drastically, the time it takes to get my food is so much faster! The chicken shawarma is incredible! And the strawberry lemonade smoothies are perfect for hot days! The new manager, Ro is so attentive and informative. He really really cares that the customer leaves happy and comes back- I am really impressed!

I had the best shawarma today! The staff here are attentive, entertaining, and knowledgeable. One in particular stood out, Ro who was adorable and full of personality. This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars, and I will definitely be back again!😊😊😊

First I would like to say the customer service was great.!!!! The owner even came in and greeted the customers making us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Now the food I ordered 2 chicken shawarmas one without lettuce and I loveeeeeeeee it it’s so good and so does my mother she really enjoyed hers as well. I never had a chicken shawarma with lettuce and tomatoes but that’s what they have and my mother normally has to pay extra for that elsewhere.!!! I highly recommend eating at this place my entire experience was great. Oh yeah they even serve ice cream and shakes and all.!!!!

I took my wife and 3 year old daughter there recently. We all ate for around 14 dollars catching their lunch specials.They were also offering free ice cream that day. Had no problem tipping a couple bucks.

They are currently advertising no-strings attached free soft serve ice cream cones and actually following through. Pretty delicious soft serve too. Highly recommend off that one interaction and the staff actually being super personable and nice!
