I have no complaints. I do, however, have a confession πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ. I'm not a huge baseball fan. 😬 This was my first major league baseball game. We were invited by friends so we weren't going to turn the opportunity down. I felt like the stadium was very nice, clean and a lot of food and drink options. Obviously not without draining your pockets, but that is expected at any sports venue.

Not impressed with the Kiosk system. People INSIDE were Great- people At Ticket windows, rude as can be, AS IF they're Doing You a favor getting paid to sell or accept tickets. Poor setting for concert- concrete baseball bleachers. Prices are Disgusting- 8.95 for a Hot Dog on rollers. 8$ for a 16oz water. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AREA. Not enough restrooms, vendors, nada. We went. We enjoyed the show- from damn near the furthest row away from the stage. No Regular beer, All Craft or Light. We agreed, we don't care to go back. It was an experience we'd never had, and, neither care to go a second time. Not even for a ball game.

A wonderful and modern Major League Baseball stadium in the heart of downtown Detroit! Lots of attractions in and around the ballpark. Easy to park and walk around! Large Detroit Tigers gift shop with access from outside the stadium. Many restaurants and nightlife all around the area. Prices are reasonable! Not a bad seat in the house! I definitely recommend watching a baseball game here sometime!

I am a huge fan of the Detroit Tigers and baseball in general. Each time I come to Comerica Park I leave with everlasting memories. The prices of food and drinks is a little high but coming to a game is the best experience ever. Come out to a game and support your Tigers!

What a fun stadium to enjoy a game at. I've never attended a concert here, but baseball is a blast. Tons of entrances make it easy to get in. Lots of food and drink options, just be ready for stadium prices. Stores to get merch and a lot of tributes to see walking around. Tons of things for the kids and the whole family including photo opportunities and rides.

Had a great time. Food is the best out of all the sports arenas around there. The Mexican place in the food court is amazing! You can't go wrong everything good. Great service. Remember you can't take a big bag or purse with you. If you do you have to leave in car or check it in. Service employees at the shops were all so nice. Great atmosphere would definitely go again. The musicians outside of park were phenomenal!

Absolutely wonderful stadium!! We came here for the first time this past weekend to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert and it was absolutely wonderful! VERY clean, very good security, comfortable seating, very easy to find sections for seating too. Super friendly staff at all the food stands and nice fresh tasty food. By far one of the best stadiums I've been to! The concert was well put together and went wonderfully. The security check before entering was smooth and very fast and friendly. Even very easy to find parking areas all over by the stadium as well! All in all a really great experience. Highly recommend attending a concert or ball game here!

Park is great. Very nice setting in the middle of the city. Concession prices are about the same as other mlb parks. Parking isn't that great. Next time i would take uber or figure another way to get there.

Had a great family night out! The Tigers didn't win, but it was a fun game anyway! Even if you aren't that into baseball, it is a great place to go for the food, activities for the children and great atmosphere! They do have a purse/backpack and diaper bag rule now, so be aware of that. You can't bring in purses or bags over a certain size, but they do offer complimentary bag check! I gave them my bag, and they took my name and phone number and gave me a ticket to bring back to retrieve my bag after the game. You can go pick it up at any time, of course, and you have up to 30 minutes to go get it once the game is over. It was a very efficient and smooth process! In all, it was a great evening and game. The food is always great and there is always something for everyone, just make sure you bring enough money. It's by no means super expensive, but not super cheap either. You do get what you pay for by way of quantity and quality, so that is a plus! In all, I can't wait to go back!

This day will go down as one of the more memorable Tigers' games I've attended. A last minute change in the game time due to weather created a near empty stadium, which was a blast to be at. My son and I picked up a couple autographs, he was on the big screen 4 times, and said "hi" to just about every single person in the place, especially the ushers who were extremely friendly and professional. I also snagged my second baseball from a major league stadium and the Tigers actually won the game!

Amazing ballpark! I am a Yankees fan and this is the closest ballpark to me. It is such an awesome, clean, and well constructed ballpark! Also went here for a concert and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a lot of concession food to choose from. The concessions are expensive, but that is expected everywhere. I highly recommend going here if you are in the area!

Great stadium for a ball game! We sat in the 3rd row behind the opponent's bullpen during our most recent visit. We've sat in many locations at Comerica and this was one of my most favorite. I would love closer if there is an option. I would not sit in the upper deck if I could avoid it!

This used to be my favorite place to go. But this time before it's great, it's actually uncool. We booked our tickets online, we got in, - but were not able to go to our seats. Understandable, - it was raining and the game was delayed. Everyone needed to be undercover (because of lightning and heavy rain). Once you're inside the venue you can't re-enter. Very much of a downside if you have kids. Often you forget something in the car (girlfriends or kids phone), or you need to medicate. Also smokers have to survive without smoking for several hours. (The smoking section has been permanently closed ) They will not accommodate the customer, won't create a smoking section or even let people re-enter after they like to smoke outside. We spent for 2 of us close to 1k for for just this day, including tickets, parking, food, drinks and updated fan attire - we like to support, The drinks are expensive....... You can buy for sure a 12pack for the price of one beer here, - a water bottle is half the price, impressively similar is a cocktail ..... After all, we'll not be back unless we get invited - but even then I'll warn my friends about the smoking

Great atmosphere at this park (was my. Buddies favourite of the 3 we visited this trip). Parking was cheap and easy... Leaving not so much. Food and vendor options were cool - and you could see Ford Field which was neat. Nice view from where we were sitting. Overall great time.

Fantastic views of the city can take your eyes off the game at times. One of the best baseball venues in the country. Even with multiple events close by and on a weekend night plenty of parking was available with a short walk. Detroit has never been better so take in a game and spend time in the city to eat snd shop.

Very nice park, been to over half the current MLB parks and lord knows how many of the old parks. This is a nice park. Friendly staff, not a bad seat. I got a great seat for $28. Beer, hot dogs, and Major League Baseball...what else can you ask for in America?

We were in town for a concert at the Masonic Temple and my husband surprised us with Tigers tickets, what a nice surprise, we had a blast even though it was a chilly/damp/windy 39Β° and cloudy. The fans were dedicated and enthusiastic.

It's a nice ballpark and although it seats over 41000 feels like a small ball park. The park is athletically pleasing and has great team details on the facade. It's a great ballpark to visit if you are a fan of the team or just enjoy baseball in general.

One of the better ballparks we've visited. Great location, easy entrance and exit, views are excellent. I expected more of the food court and more ballparks have delivery to seat options. All told a great experience that we don't regret.

If you haven't seen this park put it on your to see list. It is well laid out with a vintage feel but offers all the amenities to make for a great game experience. Food options are very good, especially non-meat options. Beer prices are comparable to other parks. There's never a bad day at the ballpark.

Comerica Park is an exceptional baseball stadium that seamlessly combines modern amenities with a sense of tradition. The vibrant atmosphere, excellent seating options, and impeccable views of the game make it a premier destination for sports enthusiasts. The variety of food choices, including local favorites, adds to the overall experience. The park's design and cleanliness contribute to a welcoming environment for families and fans alike. Whether you're a die-hard baseball fan or simply seeking a fantastic outing, Comerica Park offers an unforgettable and enjoyable time at the ballpark.

It's a fun ball park The food is very tasty, although the better food is on the main concourse. Was there two days in a row and it's always a treat. They've got activities for the kiddos, and plenty of things to drink for adults. Be sure to bring a glove and hang out in the outfield for batting warm up. Even in the third deck there are no bad seats.

Decent ballpark. The tiger and baseball statues outside of the stadium and the merry-go-round inside the food area are pretty cool features. It’s always fun to go there and catch a few games.

Enjoyed the game last night. Tigers were able to pull out a win and beat Kansas City. I was invited by a friend who had suite tickets which made the event even more memorable. The attendee was attentive and the ensuite food was tasty. Unlimited drinks and snacks. Comerica Park rather in a suite or standard seats is an amazing venue. Always well maintained, great areas for pictures as well. All seats are pretty good and not too tight. The food court is nice as well. Plenty of options. The Official Tiger at the main entrance is always a huge hit with fans and visitors.

A beautiful stadium to watch a ball game. Lots of room to move around and enjoy the event. Unfortunately when I asked about gluten free items the staff did not understand what that meant. I tried to explain but still did not go very far. Use caution when eating or drinking here. Otherwise a nice venue.

I am an Orioles fan. I love Candem Yards. Comerica park, however, was simply wonderful. It has an old time feel with modern flair. The slight lines are flawless in what appears to be every seat. The services are what you're seeking. Simply a great place to catch a game with good friends. Plus... the fans I met were friendly and welcoming, even if I was cheering for the visiting team. Great night all along.

Great ballpark. They don't take cash, so you have to pay by card everywhere. Also, they don't allow purses or bags, but they do have a baggage claim window. To make this a "budget trip" because I had free tickets. I took the 462 Fast Woodward bus. I paid $5 for a bus pass. I saw parking in some places for $15-$40 the bus drops you off right in from of the ballpark.

Great ballpark. Really loved that I could walk around the ballpark on path between lower sections and watch game while I walked to concession areas. Not as many TVs around like other parks, but was definitely a great experience sitting behind visiting bullpen.

We’ve visited over 25 MLB parks and this is by far one of my favorite. Smart concourse design makes it easy to get anywhere in the park, and everything is open. Great views from anywhere and the Tiger Den concept is brilliant. More stadiums should replicate this old style box seat concept. It was so great to watch the game and not be constantly interrupted by people needing to get up and around you. The attention to detail incorporating tiger themed everything into the architecture and signage adds to the character and fan experience. It is a cash-less park which is never heard of. They have machines to turn your cash into gift cards you can use at the park if needed. And if you want Michigan Craft Beer head to the vendor behind 104. Would definitely come back here for a game in the future.

Great Downtown Detroit photo ops. 3 sports arenas in like a 2 block radius, soooooer cool. Right across from the famed Fox Theatre. Was there at night, dis not go into the stadium, but looks sooo pretty. Parking literally right infrastructure of the tigers is available.

Beautiful place to watch a game. Amenities are everywhere. Things to do for all ages. Plenty of memorabilia. Miss the I'll with the new perfectly. Nice how they let the fans get close to their star players. A homey feel to it all.

It was very nice visiting Comerica Park after a two year hiatus due to the pandemic. Very nice atmosphere!

This was my first visit to Comerica park and it was a really nice stadium. I did not explore a lot of the concessions or anything, but from what I saw there were many food and drink options. The seating was nice as it wasn't as steep as some stadiums are in terms of the layout. Nice skyline views when looking to the outfield.

The ballpark is still in great shape. The location right downtown is awesome. There are plenty of bar and restaurant options within walking distance. Bathrooms are probably the one shortfall of the place. If there is any sort of crowd, you will be waiting in line. You'd think they could fix that by now. Food lines can be long. They have convenience store like options for beer, soda and snacks that are usually pretty quick.

Great game tonight, great atmosphere, and a great experience. Only about 40% capacity tonight but it was a great night for baseball. The stadium needs a little bit of updating and some parts of the LED boards were burned out. Staff was pleasant and everyone kept things moving along quickly with screening and concessions.

Fun, fully refurbished ballpark with an old timey feel that delivers the full American experience. Great Michigan beer and corndogs too!

Decided to see a Tigers game while visiting and I'm so glad I did! Even my boyfriend, who's a casual baseball fan at best, had a genuinely great time. Tickets felt very reasonably priced and we felt like we got great seats for what we paid. Merchandise was a little pricey but I think that's to be expected. We got chorizo tacos and nachos and they were pretty good! The only thing I would've done differently is bring my own empty water bottle because there were bottle filling stations.

  • 5/5 Sylvia 10 months ago on Google
Overall, this is a well executed average ballpark. Has everything you need - food, beverages, entertainment, and most of all views of the game. Didn’t seem like there were bad seats to sit in, however if you don’t like the sun I would research the limited amount of shaded seats before buying. We were there on a day fans got to go on the field, and it was a nice surprise. I’ve never been able to do that. The hotdogs from the grill cart are much better than from the little window locations. Grilled in front of you and option to put on grilled onions! Tigers store got busy an hour before the game so go earlier or during the game if you want to miss the crowd. Overall great experience but there are definitely parks with a better β€œwow factor” despite the baseball Farris wheel.

This fresh renovated stadium is a gem in the heart of Detroit. (We were there in the 90's) If you live anywhere near this field you should get a chance to par take in the festivities it offers. It's vibrant, fun, friendly, family, foods galore, things are upclose and you have choices. I only saw and observed that the seats are narrow for some. You will not be bored here. However; we did sit down close to the field and loved our seats! Enjoy...
