Great dishes at a very reasonable price. You can also custom order a wrap or bowl of you don't like the combinations they have in the set menu.

Chef Kory was skillful and friendly. I took my son and he loved it. He said no more Chipotle. I plan on taking my daughter next week.

This is HALF of my piada wrap today!! I get the avocado wrap with crispy chicken, sometimes I add a smidge of spaghetti and today I had someone so nice helping me. I think she said her name was Chris. She let me add some extra sauces and cucumber and tomatoes and cheese and it was SO good. Sometimes they are busy and the line is long so you can order ahead. I like going inside and seeing all the random things I can put in my sandwhich. I think customer service has really gone downhill in a lot of restaurants so it was nice having someone being kind to you. Thanks guys

I used to own an Italian food truck and worked in many italian restaurants and I gotta tell you they are doing it right here! Had the carbonara, market salad and calamari and peppers. Everything was delicious and staff was friendly and service was quick! I've seen them struggling on busy days but if you go during slower times it's fine. Definitely recommend! We will be coming back!

Chef Jordan was so awesome! He accommodated us for the double hot fried chicken and was so very nice, kind and friendly. It was really a great and friendly experience. Stumbled upon this place on Labor Day while on our way to Akron Canton airport. It was one of the few places open which was already a plus. The concept is a great one. High quality Italian street food. The decor was modern and didn't feel anything like a fast food place. There were plenty of options for combinations of dishes. We did a piada and a pasta. The portions were substantial enough that it could be two meals. The pasta sauce was delicious, and the angel hair pasta cooked perfectly. The piada was essentially a wrap but warmed up and over filled with ingredients. There was a nice outdoor seating area with modern lounge chairs. We liked the restaurant so much we looked up their other locations and wanted to find out if they were a franchise (no, they are not). What a great option for health conscious eaters.

There are other choices here other than pasta. This was a great surprise to me. I enjoyed my Bacon and Blue salad. 2 sizes to choose from. When a person in our party of 6 received the wrong item, the staff was quick to remedy the situation. I would give it 5 stars, if the older gentleman who waited on us was a little more clear in his instructions, more patient for 1st time customers and listened to his customers more. The rest of the younger staff were super great!

This location has some of the nicest employees I've ever met. I have never had a negative customer service experience here, and the food is always really good. I've had one situation where my order wasn't made right and they fixed it perfectly with an awesome attitude. I need to start getting the names of the people who have served me so I can make sure they're recognized.

The italian street cuisine is bananas so much flavor yummies to the core. The staff were all attentive, kind and professional. The dining area very chic modern and clean. 5 stars all the way!

Curbside, they did not bring the food out right away they did not "look" busy. I don't know how long the food was sitting in the bag. Also we had a 20 minute drive home. The food was good at best. But the food tased salty, there was too much sauce in the noodles. I am willing to try it again but I don't have high expectations. I like the vibe, nice people. I am also late in reviewing their store they may have fixed the wait time.

I visited this location last night around 9 o’clock and I couldn’t get over the service I was given by Aaliyah. She was so kind, professional and a pleasure to interact with. Her energy was unmatched and her attitude was positive. She deserves a raise! The Carbonara pasta bowl and Pepperoni stick was very good but it was the customer service for me. She’s amazing thank you Aaliyah!

The whole experience was very pleasant. Just arrived from out of town and this was my first place to stop and eat. Had the Avocado Chop and Pepperoni sticks. Everything tasted great and the teas were just right.

I have to acknowledge Kory for his outstanding customer service. I work late and this is the only healthy option near home I can get when I get off work. I stroll in to order at 9:40 and they are ready to go home Kory still greets me with a warm welcoming smile and even though they are out of most items at that time due to closing at 10 he goes above and beyond to make something out of nothing for me and I appreciate it more than you know sir. This is my first visit to this location. I normally don’t leave reviews but I wanted to provide some constructive criticism. The employees were great! The food was great aside from the amount of dressing that was mixed with my salad. There was way too much and I ended up having to dump out a big cup full so my salad wasn’t swimming in it. Other than that the food was delicious. My disappointment came from the cleanliness of the restaurant. The bathrooms did not appear like they are regularly wiped down, there are fingerprints and smudges all over every glass door and window, there were crumbs and pieces of straw papers and dirty tables. It just looked filthy to me. It needs a good cleaning. I decided to eat outside and all of the tables and chairs were gross and had clearly not been wiped down even once that day. Like I said, the food was great! Management just needs to really get on top of the cleanliness issue. It really does make a huge difference. Hope this helps!

I got a Protein Power bowl and it was extra-delicious today! All of my favorite veggies with double grilled chicken and lemon basil vinaigrette. I love this as a healthier option, and the mix of roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, zucchini with mushrooms, pickled red onion, YUM!

Stopped into Piada over by whole foods for lunch. I was absolutely blown away by how good it was. my avocado piada was filling, fresh and satisfying. Thanks to Kory for recommending my new favorite menu item there. i will be back :)

I came in earlier this evening to get dinner for me and two kiddos we got pastas and everything was good loved the food and what not but on my way out the building a man in a white coat maybe it was a chef coat I don’t recall but I do remember him being bald yelled at me as me and my kids as we were getting our drinks and said if i liked the food leave him a google review and said chef J. Personally I think the yelling was a bit extreme over a google review if I think the service was good and I wanna help others out by telling them I will on my own time not by a distraught man yelling at me to do as such. Additionally the man’s hospitality wasn’t even great. He seemed to have a very bad attitude and I could tell it by his extremely abnoxious yelling and the eye rolls. Im leaving this review because “chef j” told me to do as such and though he could use a reality check. Don’t ask for a google review if the hospitality isn’t there the good food can only get you so far.

Would rate less if I could .. the food wasn't edible.. absolutely horrible... the chicken in the carbonara and Alfredo was so old and dried out, would almost call it dehydrated... they forgot 1 of our meals altogether, (i was told I'd receive a refund for the items forgotten...) ( I DID NOT!). when I called and spoke to the woman (in charge, I think).. she was extremely rude with a horrible attitude... ordered on the evening on 12/12.. would never go back....

Over 30 minutes late on a pickup order. Order said would be ready 5:41. Received at 6:16. Literally 2 items. A staff member in line got their food before we did and we had placed our order 15 minutes prior. Mentioned they had a catering order but I would think if they had a catering order, their tickets should’ve been pushed back to give them some lead time. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention we get home and my husband has not even a half cup of sauce for his pasta. Literally the one thing you should have enough of with that dish. Would’ve been better off to go to a sit down restaurant. We deserve a full refund. Normally I don’t leave one stars but this is the THIRD try we’ve given this place and we’re officially never ordering from here again.

Staff of piada was excellent.... Chef even made me grilled mushrooms only for my order. The ice machine was out of ice and when I told the gal she immediately went and filled it up. The peach tea mix was off and it tasted very weak but not that big of a deal. This location was super busy and it appeared understaffed, but those working tried their best to pump out the orders quickly. Even the dishwasher was gathering up the empty containers and hustling to the wash room. I bet they are under appreciated, so I think their efforts need to be noted.

The environment was up to par with what I expect from a Piada. Nice and clean. All customers around me seemed to be enjoying their food and the service they received. The food was really good! Chef Jordan did a great job and took good care of us during our visit. I'll be back.

Absolutely love it, your cashier Isaiah has great customer service, I was nervous about this place because I’ve never had it before but he really made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back again and hopefully Isaiah will be there because his service is outstanding! 5 stars for sure!

I ordered a great combination of penne, marinara, basil pesto, meatballs, more marinara on top of the meatballs, roasted peppers, and grated parmesan cheese. Yum!

If I could do less than one star I would. My girlfriend and I both came in to order some food to dine in, also to order takeout for our family we were going to meet up with. We came in to an empty store with the workers in the back conversing in the kitchen…not greeted. We waited patiently and respectfully; finally were welcomed and asked what they could get started for us. However they proceed to make a takeout order instead of ours…then mixed ours into the process. Once they got to ours they didn’t pay us any attention as they were working on the one mobile order or whatever it was….then they proceeded to give our food away to the mobile order and we sat there again waiting for them to run out and chase the person down to recover our food and rebag it for us. I ordered one of the pepperoni sticks and had to come back up to get the included sauce cup. Also we were being rushed through this whole process and not given the chance to request our drinks and stuff. Not even a simple sorry too. TL:DR Horrible customer service; missing items; items given away to someone else and had to be recovered. Thanks “Mallory for the worst experience with this company I have ever encountered! Mallory is the white cot that we think had a little to much to drink on break. I really do appreciate you making me taking the time to write this in the hopes no one will have to go through that again.

Forget about the food… let’s talk about why customers are waiting in line as if the online orders are more important… along with that.. everything is up before you’re even closed… how does a customer properly choose what they wanna eat when everything’s away… not to mention they charged me a 10 dollar meal… but didn’t even give me or offer the rest of the promotion I didn’t get a drink or a side…. I’ve been here many times.. I’m sure this will be my last. I’ve tested your service gangster… it failed
