*WARNING, DO NOT COME HERE* Hakkasan Group has lost its reputation. They are now in the business of promoting unfairness and ensuring their own interests against those of their guests. Upon visiting one of their venues, I was shocked to see their security guard accepting bribes to enter an overcrowded dance floor, of which we were forced to wait in line in order to enter. Their security guards constantly use their personal phones and fail to uphold the security standards of almost any other club. Even after asking nicely if we were allowed to enter the dance floor, the guard asked me how much I was willing to give him. After paying a substantial amount of money to enter the venue and reserve a table, I now have to pay to enter the dance floor? This is unfairness in its prime. Of course I sent a complaint to headquarters. Unfortunately, corruption has found its way even to the Director of Security for Hakkasan, David Wagner. He refused to believe me, even after I gave him the exact times to look on security footage. He was able to find footage of me snapping a few pictures of the security guard, but, unsurprisingly, he refused to even acknowledge that he tried to look for the guard accepting bribes. Lack of customer service, an interest to uphold an unfair atmosphere, and a complete rejection of any willingness to adhere to typical standards are the reasons why ANY other club is more worth your time and money. Terrible. The vibe was boring boring boring. The people were not fun to be around at all. Kinda gross. Staff was not friendly, kinda rude, gave us a hard time about every single thing, even coat check was a bad bad experience. All in all would not come back again at all. The experience was not fun and the people in there and the staff did not make it better at all. Zero. Even the inside wasn’t that nice. Spare your money, time and energy and go to another one of the amazing clubs on the strip.

Terrible experience. Got tickets from a promoter (for a free cover), showed up to the line at 10:30PM, got in at 12:30, had to pay $120 for cover, got sent to the second levekC and drinks were $20+. Do not recommend.

12/31/2019 I planned to fulfill my dream of going to Las Vegas this New Year's Eve. and I suffered a huge neglect. I paid almost $ 200 to honor my favorite DJ Steve Aoki and got kicked out of the club before midnight ... I was totally lost at 11 pm not knowing where to go. I was totally sober, my bar card is full because I didn't consume anything. I asked several times why I was being blown up. They said nothing. I had the worst New Years Eve experience of my life. I suggest that the night club have more respect for people's dreams ... for me it was horrible a total lack of respect. Please the security guys must be training...

Comparative to most other clubs it is pretty much the same except everything is more expensive x10. Save your money and go somewhere else, I guarantee you will have a better time! People - If you don't want to dance. Get off the dance floor! There were so many people not dancing and getting mad at the people bumping into them. Dance or get out!

Bad coat service! Very unprofessional and disrespectful. After a lengthy debate over the 10$ coat check. I wasn't given a slip to pick it up! Forward an hour, I leave stop by to get my coat! The clerk tells me I can't get my coat . She threatens me with security! Which I readily welcome and strongly encourage her TO DO!!! This position should be screened thoroughly and sensitivity training should be implemented! Before Ceaser's find themselves in a messy lawsuit and class action.

Amazing. The food was to die for. The dj kept the crowed on its dance feet and kept the crowd in a good vibe spirit. The staff was friendly and polite. The whole staff there was very on it about getting you your drinks and food asap. Out of all my trips visiting Michigan this was the most pleasant outing I've had and I will revisit this place again.

I would never come here again worst experience I’ve ever had at club. I’ve never met staff so rude and blocked the view of many people. And many were seen grabbing sober people for no reason.

A group of ladies and I recently visited this club, and to our surprise, it's pretty neat! While not as diverse as we expected (it gives European), we had a great time. Drinks are reasonably priced and excellent, the bartenders are quick and friendly, and patrons are a little more friendlier than what you'll usually find, in my opinion. We had no issues chatting it up with strangers and made a few friends. Our group was primarily black women, so we stood out, but we felt very comfortable here! The atmosphere is gorgeous, with lots of decor and beautiful lighting. The music was good - it leaned more into house and dance, but it could be different on another night. It was packed on a Saturday night, so arrive early or book a table/booth. The cover charge was $20, but for the experience, it was worth it. Make sure you have some money when you go, this place isn't for brokies. I'd recommend checking this place out if you haven't! It's definitely worth a few visits.

Tiesto and the sound were great. The venue kind of blew. It's only really designed for VIP guests. Even though you are paying $100 to be a regular attendee there is nowhere to stand and actually see anything. Nor is there a place to sit at all! Try and one of the overly rude staff will be yelling at you in 2 seconds. Very corporate feeling with no real character or appreciation for fun. Kind of saps the joy out of the experience. Would see Tiesto again but not here.

Lil Jon was awesome! The Hakkasan Nightclub knows how to throw a party. All the DJs are on point. If you like to dance, you will love this place. Dress to impress.

Came from out of town, excited to see a great house show in one of the founding cities of electronic dance music. The DJs Saturday night were top notch, and played great music, but the environment was miserable. DJs were tucked away in the corner out of view, next to an auxiliary bar, leaving no room to dance. All free space is given to VIP "tables" that were full of typical club douches. The environment was not classy enough to demand $9 for a well cocktail in a small plastic cup. If you like stuck up crowds of people that would rather show up fake Gucci belts more than you value good music, this is the bar for you.

So they lock you in at 1:30. My friends were trying to meet me and they wouldn’t let them in. It says they close at 2 so why are they closing doors at 1:30? Apparently they don’t like money? Doesn’t make sense to me.

Exceptional experience! The location is elegant with great music. Service from the staff exceeded expectations. The food was incredible. We did one of the prix fix options with wine pairings. Highly recommend!

The bar staff makes up prices for drinks. They charged anywhere between $13-$20 for the same beer. I’ve witnessed the bouncers get unnecessarily rough with people for no apparent reason. Maybe a misunderstanding but management needs to make sure that doesn’t happen at all from its staff. It’s a relatively small club considering how many people they let in at a time. No space to breathe. Lil Jon put on a good show but the music before 1am was horrible in my opinion. Ladies should probably avoid heels and nice shoes in general. The floors are dirty and there isn’t anywhere to sit if you aren’t reserving a VIP lounge for $1200+.

Best club in Vegas. There are some nice spots for GA to hang out except the dance floor and bar line. My one complaint is that several times the bouncers have tried to extort me for money to let me on the dance floor when it's "past capacity".

Don't waste your money and wear comfortable shoes ladies, this is a standing room only venue, unless you have 1,200-1,500 to reserve a couch. Theres no where to even set your drink down. Drinks are so overpriced, $26 for 2 beers......had more fun outside of the club, with the casino dj .

Absolutely atrociously rude staff

Externally bad management and the staff was very rude. After standing in line for approx 2hours, we get to know that we have to pay 200 dollars which they earlier told us that we were on guest list with no charges. The security check was very deliberately mis-communicating the entry fees. Even a group standing in front of us was told that they cannot enter because of dress code, after standing for 2 hours in the line.

We attended the Tiesto show here. Except the Tiesto part the rest was so messy, poor organization, lots of people out of control, fights and hard push. No dance! We had tickets but learnt that we could get in for free if you had showed up early and standed in the line, first come first take and no difference. So don't waste your money. Super expensive drinks.

It doesn’t worth for $100 for getting inside and pay $20 just for a drink. When it’s packed you can’t even able to dance or move. LVP parties has the worst DJs.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but when I do, it's to raise awareness for customers to understand the financial risk they'll put themselves into, especially if you have plans to book a table service. My friends and I booked a table service for a min. of $1K. The location of the the table was least than favorable, most would agree. We couldn't see the DJ, it was sort of just in a dark room. My girlfriend asked the manager if we could move our services, upstairs. They told her it would cost an additional $500. We agreed. So I closed out on the first table (cost almost $1400), and they moved out drinks upstairs to the table on Level 2. We had an abundant of drinks between my girlfriend and my best friend so we never ordered anymore drinks. Of course, as the night progressed, I was a little tipsy. A waitress comes by and asks to close the table. I was under the impression that I was signing the tab to close out the table as an additional $500, and that the $1400 tab would replace it. Upon checking my credit cards the next morning, they charged me for a 2nd table. Therefore I had a charge of $1400 and $2100. That's 2 tables! Again, we didn't order ANY DRINKS on the 2nd table, as we had more than enough from the first order. I e-mailed management with no resolve. They claimed I ordered more drinks at the 2nd table, which was completely false, tallying up the $2100 charge. Just be cautious if you decide to book a table service.

Always have a good time in here with good headliners. The line is usually extremely long, you'll definitely want to consider that when trying to get in. Or, just get a table & bottles and skip the line.

Just like the other reviews say. They’re not wrong. Ladies got in free but the guys I was with all had to pay even if you’re on the list. It is what it is. Expect it. You’re in Vegas. It definitely sucks but we didn’t want to focus on this. The club was great and we all had a great time!

Summer of 2018, my friends and I went there to see a show. One of my friends was not allowed in because the bouncer claimed his shoes did not meet the clubs criteria. We went to a store on the strip and bought him new shoes. Bouncers still didn't want to let him in even though he had a paid ticket. Unfortunately the bouncer had an issue with the color of his skin, we complained at the MGM front desk and they told racial profiling is a common issue at Hakkasan.

Never been treated so bad by security guys. Do not go in this place.

“Dress to impress” apparently allows people in with sneakers and T-shirt’s. Overpriced watered down drinks and you can barely see who is performing. Won’t be back.

First and last Las Vegas nightclub experience. NYE 2020 was basically ruined for my fiancé and I (which we got engaged that night) we were standing in front of a cut off line with whole bunch of people. We were looking at the main stage and a security guy behind us told my fiancée to basically get out of his face and move out and that he shouldnt be here when their were multiple others doing the same thing. We left right away with minutes until the new year. His attitude was unexceptional because we didn’t do anything and I remember it all because I was sober. It was WAY TO crowded. The best part was the lounge because I don’t think anyone knew it existed. Haha

Worst club ever long long line for the coats check and charged 20$ and another line to get in smallest dance floor I have seen no place to sit unless you get vip table and the whole club is full with it it’s a bar more than a club and a bad taste of music it should be Tiësto but 2 hours he didn’t show up till 3 hours passed over filled of peoples and still they let people in

The waiter was very responsive and quick. Food and flavor was out of this world. It provided incredible vegetarian options. The dessert, especially the chocolate filled dumplings, were amazing. Overall incredible experience!!

I enjoyed chilling here. It was a nice mature crowd and the Wednesday house music was on point. There is no dance floor so people dsnced wherever they found the room. I didn't like the fact that people were allowed to smoke cigars in the club. Yuck!

Nice ambiance and music. Place was empty when we went yesterday, it was 9 something so that is not shocking. Drinks are 13 or 14 dollars per, and you get them in a small plastic cup. It felt like we were getting ripped off so we only ordered one round. We wanted to eat so I asked one of the ladies there if they served food, instead of answering the question she liked at me like I was stupid, then pointed to a young guy by the front door. I think, there was a sign that said something about vegan food, and the guy had on gloves Luke he was handling food, but you couldn't see it smell any food. So the ladies that I was with asked me to go over and check out the food, but the fact that I was right at the table and I could not smell any food made us decide to pass on the food. My second time here, I have never had what I would call a bad experience, I will give them another try eventually.

Massive club with great sound and lighting system. Many mega DJs play there so check the agenda on the website. Prices are not too outrageous considering its Vegas. Queue and coat check system were terrible

Nice cozy bar. I've only experienced the Wednesday night House music gatherings. In most cases, your Wednesday night visit is surely to include serious contemplation of whether to leave now, or hanging 1 more minute. Eventually, Thursday morning, you'll remember the great time, but you'll also consider calling in because you're tired.

That place was dead compared to the bar across the street but it was still kind of early but either way it was a disappointment when you there’s a bar with a 25 minute wait across the street and you have 2 customers. Had my bday party last night, was very very disappointed. Y’all really should be ashamed for false advertising. I spent over $400 for my guest and I to enjoy the outdoor heated fun patio. That was being displayed all over social media. When we arrived it was closed off and only 600sqft of the bar was available. Nothing was compensated, another bottle wasn’t offered. My 14 guest and I had to party in a tiny corner on the bar. I should’ve just gone to Level 2 downtown Detroit. Not to mention my bday sign was brought out when I wasn’t even at the table. Just an absolute joke honestly.

House music Saturdays one of the freshest and best places to hear new house music. So fun and really cool bringing house music further out of the city into the best area!

Came here for my 21st! Funny and kind bouncers, the staff were great, and feels like a nice environment. Gave it four stars just because it's a little small and no big dance floor. Otherwise, still a great place!
