management
and
overseer
of
this
establishment
are
engaging
in
a
deliberate
dissemination
of
falsehoods
regarding
former
employees
and
entertainers.
Simultaneously,
their
evident
incompetence
in
fulfilling
their
own
responsibilities
is
a
matter
of
grave
concern.
Moreover,
their
refusal
to
furnish
entertainers
with
copies
of
their
contracts
and
dance
receipts
is
not
only
compromising
their
ability
to
fulfill
tax
obligations
but
also
hindering
their
ability
to
substantiate
income
for
other
purposes.
having
dedicated
over
five
years
of
my
career
to
this
specific
establishment,
I
have
established
a
strong
rapport
with
the
regular
clientele
who
are
well-acquainted
with
my
presence.
On
numerous
occasions,
particularly
on
Sundays
and
Mondays,
I
was
the
sole
entertainer
available
to
cater
to
the
patrons.
My
commitment
to
this
place
was
unwavering,
as
evidenced
by
my
consistent
work
schedule,
often
spanning
almost
every
day.
In
my
role
as
the
house
mom
administrator,
I
diligently
attended
to
the
needs
of
the
girls,
ensuring
their
well-being
and
providing
support
whenever
necessary.
Additionally,
I
took
it
upon
myself
to
prepare
Thanksgiving
meals
for
the
entire
club
and
its
guests,
infusing
each
dish
with
love
and
dedication.
Despite
my
willingness
to
gracefully
step
away
from
the
club,
recent
revelations
regarding
the
derogatory
remarks
made
by
the
current
male
and
female
management
about
their
former
employees
and
entertainers
have
compelled
me
to
take
action.
These
disparaging
comments
appear
to
be
an
attempt
to
mask
their
own
incompetence
in
fulfilling
their
job
responsibilities.
In
the
absence
of
an
HR
department
to
address
any
incidents,
the
only
recourse
available
is
to
report
to
the
woman
responsible
for
appointing
these
individuals
to
positions
of
power.
Regrettably,
her
response
has
been
dismissive,
merely
stating
that
she
was
the
one
who
selected
them
for
their
roles.
Within
the
past
three
months
of
the
new
management
regime,
under
the
supervision
of
the
manager
appointed
by
the
district
manager,
a
concerning
pattern
has
emerged.
Three
chefs
have
resigned
consecutively,
indicating
a
significant
issue
within
the
kitchen
staff.
Furthermore,
a
distressing
incident
occurred
involving
a
waitress
who
was
found
overdosing
downstairs,
necessitating
the
intervention
of
her
siblings
to
remove
her
from
the
premises.
Rather
than
prioritizing
her
well-being
and
promptly
contacting
emergency
services,
the
manager
appeared
more
concerned
with
obtaining
her
fingerprint
to
settle
her
bar
tab.
Additionally,
despite
the
presence
of
Narcan,
which
I
had
strategically
placed
throughout
the
club,
the
manager
failed
to
administer
it,
despite
the
urgent
need
to
address
overdoses.
This
is
particularly
alarming
considering
that
there
have
been
instances
of
male
individuals
overdosing
at
the
tip
rail
within
the
past
two
months.
It
is
disconcerting
to
note
that
there
is
a
lack
of
hired
security
to
ensure
the
safety
and
protection
of
individuals
within
the
establishment.
Additionally,
concerns
have
been
raised
regarding
the
conduct
of
the
newly
appointed
manager,
who
has
taken
girls
out
for
promotional
activities
on
multiple
occasions.
Each
time,
the
entertainers
have
expressed
their
discomfort
and
dissatisfaction
with
his
behavior,
deeming
it
inappropriate.
As
a
result,
they
have
expressed
their
unwillingness
to
engage
in
any
future
promotional
activities
with
him.
The
manager's
evident
lack
of
competence
in
various
aspects
of
the
establishment's
operations,
such
as
checking
in
and
out
girls,
closing
bar
tabs,
operating
the
DJ
sound
system,
handling
paperwork,
and
managing
the
kitchen,
reflects
poorly
on
the
individual
who
appointed
him
to
the
position.
It
is
apparent
that
the
person
responsible
for
his
placement
did
not
adequately
assess
his
qualifications
or
provide
the
necessary
training
for
him
to
perform
these
essential
tasks
effectively.
