Although some of the puzzles were creative, my family left Enigma with a bad taste in our mouths. The staff member that helped us was void of all emotion and told us to not make a mess when in the room because it would be more clean up for him. He even went as far as to use the walkie talkie and stop us during the game to get us to move a set piece back against the wall after we had slid it out to read a clue under a black light. Then, after we spent almost 6-7 minutes working on a puzzle, we finally asked for a clue only to be told that the main part of solving the puzzle wasn't even in the room with us. They forgot to put it back. So when our timer ran out we asked for an extra couple minutes to finish the puzzle we were on since it was not our fault we wasted time working on an unsolvable puzzle. We were told no that there was a corporate group coming in and we had to leave. My family loves to do escape rooms and has done quite a few of them. It is doubtful we will return here.

Hosted a baby shower there yesterday.... The group did both rooms and adjourned to the back room for snacks and gift opening in between. The staff was awesome, and the rooms were a total blast! I can't wait until the Egyptian room is done!

Great escape room a couple of things were missing but they were easy to figure out we did the jungle would recommend

We had a blast. I recommend asking the staff about the difficulty of the room before booking, we had a pretty sharp group and we picked one of the easiest rooms. Despite that it was really interesting and really fun.

Great fun for a small group of friends, co-workers or family. I've been twice, both times the staff were very helpful without giving anything completely away. The rooms are very challenging, but in a good way. I would definitely recommend not going with any less than a group of 4, especially if you've never done an escape room. Their website shows each of the room's difficulty level and recommended number of participants - a very helpful guideline. I'll definitely be back to try out the rest of their rooms, great job Enigma!

Had so much fun! The puzzles were hard but not impossible. We made it out with 2mins left. The only bad thing was that the room was SO hot. Gonna go back & do the jungle next!

Staff was pleasant but the room was not the experience I expected based on other establishments I have visited. The other places I have been set the mood with a story about the room...why you are stuck there and such. A couple of the locks were not even locked so the room obviously was not reset properly for us. Maybe a busy night and we booked last minute. In the end we still had fun.

Had Enigma recommended to me by a friend. Was looking for something a friends night out and was NOT disappointed. The staff was so friendly and The Jungle was a fantastic experience! The details and puzzles had my friends and I not wanting our booking to end. Definitely will be back. Thank you Enigma!

Went with a group of friends and the lady was super helpful! She came in to help us since we were 13-12 year olds! She even gave us an extra 5 minutes because we really needed it! The rooms were exciting, challenging and fun! Definitely should do it with friends or family!

I've had the pleasure of doing 2 of their rooms ( Egypt and Jungle), and both hosted some very creative, challenging yet accessible puzzles. I thoroughly enjoyed my Enigma experience and i would definitely go again.

I had a blast at enigma, the rooms we really well thought out and there were so many riddles that there was something for everyone to be doing all the time.
