Still closed do to covid??? Really? At this point you must have a plan of what needs to happen to reopen (if the current climate isn't safe enough) Can the public please know what the threshold for reopening is? Would love to stay local but will go to Ohio if necessary since that's been deemed safe

I’ve been to Adventure Bay twice in the last year to bring my niece and nephews. The kids loved it, and honestly it was fun for me too. My only complaint is that I feel it could be open for longer, 12-4pm makes it feel a bit crowded. I feel like if they were open for the whole day, it might reduce the number of people there all at the same time.

This place is awesome! There is a large swimming pool, and a smaller one where they do exercises, or swimming lessons. But the main attraction is the indoor water park. The air and water are nice and warm, so there's no need to worry about keeping warm. There are several slides that range from very small (for toddlers) all the way to large, fast and long ones. There's also a lazy river, wave pool. There's fun for kids of all ages, and adults as well. There is a large family change room.

Super fun place and excellent place to take smaller children! Very short walk from Town Place Suites in Windsor! Food is so-so. Acceptable, but not great. Very fun water slides, and great prices for all day entry! Get there early (10am) and have the place to yourself for a few hours!

If you love to slide, it’s a must-checkout! Last time I went to a similar place was ages ago so it really brought me joy, almost zero complaints. Bring your own lock if you carry anything valuable or just leave it unlocked in the locker or whatever.

It's a great place for fun. However it's not clean at all. I like to give places the benifit of the doubt but I've been there a few times and will not be back. The 1st few times I gave it another chance because I figured maybe it was not clean because I came mid-day. This time I went with my family as soon as they opened. The changing rooms weren't cleaned from the day before and after only an hour of being there my son stepped in poop near the splash pad area and there were 2 bandaids in the water. And to top it off a lady who was sick jept blowing her nose in the lazy river.

This place was super crowded but fun for kids. We waited about 15mins to get our tickets. We skipped changing in the change rooms as they were very crowded. They are only open for 12 to 4pm over the summer.

I took my son today. It was busy but enjoyable. All the staff were friendly and kept everything going smoothly. Water was warm which was a pleasant surprise. Parking was $5 at the lot across the road. Bought tickets online and just had to scan to get in. Bring a lock or buy one there.

The park was amazing. My family and I enjoyed it. However, the staff was very disrespectful to my family. Very immature, aggressive and racist. The staff from today was yelling at my family of 12 people including 7 children. The coordinator was leading the group with yelling at my family and children. Being aggressive while telling us to leave because they don't get paid past 4pm. The coordinator also slammed the door behind us and my daughter was behind me who could have gotten hurt. We were utterly disappointed about the treatment we received from the staff. I would not recommend this place based on the staff's behavior and lack of proper customer service. But other wise, I give 2 stars because of the facilities and the fun that the kids had.

Great place to visit. Lots of fun. However, it was super busy that we had a hard time finding a place to shower and change our clothes during our visit on the March break. I guess the water too wasn't as clean as it should be!!

It's one and only water themed place to enjoy with your kids, not much of rides but could easily spend a few hours. However they are opened only few hours in a day.

Surfing on the Flow Rider is super fun. You can even take lessons! The water slides - especially the Python - are so thrilling. The lazy river is great too.

Great place locally to have fun. The water slides are pretty great. The lazy river is quite relaxing to drift around in. The wave pool is about what you'd expect as well. The food could use some work, but other then that the place is great! Highly recommended to anyone living locally.

Reasonable prices. Grandchildren had lots of fun and places to sit if you are not going into the water. Concession stand was a pleasant surprise! Staff were friendly, efficient and the food was freshly made so hot. Prices again were quite reasonable.

Bought advanced tickets and was able to skip the line. Was changed and ready before the doors were even opened to the water area. Would recommend buying in advance. Lots of parking in the lot next to adventure bay. You don’t have to cross any steers, just a grassy area, perfect if you have little ones. I love going on week days as it usually isn’t too busy and because we go right when it opens, the lines aren’t long. We are able to do the slides multiple times before waiting becomes and issue. Very clean, family friendly and have always had great experiences when visiting. Staff is friendly and does a good job watching little ones and making sure the older ones aren’t being too rambunctious. It’s a great spot to spend a few hours with the family, young and old, there is fun to be had when you’re at adventure bay!

Good place for some family fun. The hours are kind of annoying. There also weren’t enough tubes for the double water slide or lazy river so you end up waiting a while for those. Worth the admission price. Skip the ticket lineup by prepaying online.

The hours of operation are terribly now . Because they are only open in the weekend 12-4 it gets very packed fast. We got there right at opening and within a half hour the place was a zoo. Lines were long for slides and they did not have enough inflatables for the yellow two person slide so you waited along time for a tube. They really should have a hot tub for adults as well. I went to use up gift cards we had . Fun place but too busy now for the size .

amazing! staff weren't strict, they were understanding. rides are amazing! ONE dollar per person with membership. minimum to go on the large slides were very young, where it could be easier to bring. many slides, and many pools too. little waterpark for young, wave pool, normal pool, and 3 big slides, and 3 mini slides. 3+3=6, 6 slides in total. wow!

Love this place! Every time is a great experience Super clean and family friendly Lots of great rides, water carpet rides, and 2 huge rides, and a lazy river (with or with inner tubes), a great wave pool, and regular pools, and an amazing kids play structure with multiple smaller slides for kids, and tons of water features (including water buckets, jets, and fountains) -- but the Flow Rider is the best (well worth the wait times) Has a good food bar, and frozen drinks too Lots of life guards keeping everyone safe Great time we'll worth checking out at LEAST once... but after one try, and you'll probably be hooked, and hopefully have many happy returns :) There is also a dry jungle gym place too, and many "regular swim lane pools" -- but we've not tried those (yet) so I can't review 'em

Great spot and very reasonable entrance pricing. I drove from Toronto having done everything nearby with the kids we thought we'd do a mini weekend trip for this place. Lots of slides for all ages, lazy river and wave pool. They got everything you need for toddlers. Not too crowded and friendly entry staff.

We represent Ready Set Go drop in center for families with children 6 and under. Our families had a wonderful time. Many of them had new been there and were sure they would return. In fact I can’t wait to go back with friends and try the monster slides!

It's a great experience especially for kids. It gets so busy on the weekends and the lineup is crazy. Sometimes they are at capacity so I would recommend you book online for a smoother check in. The bathrooms/changing rooms/shower/lockers can get full/busy, take that into consideration. Parking available around the park and at nearby restaurants (the later ~ $5).

Best place for a workout and swimming in winters. People usually storm this place in summers but let me tell you, it is the best place for achieving your fitness goals in the winters. However, they follow a schedule religiously and to buy a membership is a must, which is not very expensive compared to the provided facilities.

It was ok, kids had fun. We rented cannon cove and for the price, I expected a lot more. Small little room with a few cannons and a small slide and foam balls. Crazy expensive for 1 hour.

I love it there, especially the flow rider! I'm so glad I found a passion for surfing! Very friendly staff, the food is great and it's a very relaxing place.

Great time, we all loved it! Super clean facility. BIG Kudos to the employees who acted as Tube Runners up and down the stairs for the whole afternoon due to a broken conveyor belt, allowing everyone to continue to enjoy the Python slide!

Good waterpark, staff were friendly, but have strict rules. Long queues for the slides, have a good section for toddlers and I enjoyed the wave pool, plus the small pool at the side for a general swim. Would recommend this place but would try coming during quieter periods.

Fun, well maintained indoor water park with splash pads, a wave pool, a lazy river and water slides. Changing rooms and lockers available. Outside food not allowed, but snack bar is reasonably priced and tasty.

It's been many years since I visited this place. Roughly 10 years. Just went there with my 2 year old daughter and seeing the amount of joy in her eyes was priceless. Going to try and visit at least once a month if possible. The surf rider is an awesome bonus for the adults. Shower water was too hot and needs to be fixed. Family change rooms need to be a little warmer. Feels like you're walking into a freezer and didnt like that for my daughter. Highly recommend visiting here with your kids.

We had a fantastic time at Adventure Bay Family Water Park! The facility was impeccably clean, and we were impressed by the dedication of the employees who stepped up as Tube Runners to ensure everyone could still enjoy the Python slide despite the broken conveyor belt.

Check in was easy but I recommend buying tickets online before coming. Then it’s faster. Especially with eager little ones. They don’t want to wait in line. We came later at 1:30 and there was still a line to get in. We waited about 15 minutes. Bring a lock for your locker. Kids 12 and up can attend alone. I watched from a window above. Parking can often be tricky. This time I parked in the nearest parking garage to the east. There was a swim meet going on and there was no parking in the lots to the west of the complex. Parking is not free but is reasonable.

Another GREAT visit to Adventure Bay. My kids love going there. This time I have a 2 year old and immediately felt at home. He made friends with the life guards who were super nice. He has always been unsure of the water and he surprised me today. The facility is clean and every things is well maintained. I am from the United States and its always worth the drive. Their food court area has plenty to eat with a great variety of food choices. Can't wait till next time we come and visit.

We really liked the experience. However the waves of the beach are too strong. So I would suggest having visual and/or auditory signals before the waves start, so that the families can get a head start to it.

Great time with family. Kids had a blast. Family change room was clean when we first got there however not the greatest by end of day. We will definitely go back.

This was, hands down, an amazing day trip. The staff is friendly, the rides are exciting and the price is fair. If I am ever in Windsor again, I guarantee that I will be a return visitor!

It's really wonderful having a local water park in Windsor where my kids can have fun and play. The lifeguards are on top of things and the water is perfect with so much to do. I'm sad the hours are so short and only on weekends but hoping summer means more hours. Also was expecting the snack bar to be open and it was closed. When I asked one of the lifeguards he said it's not usually open but there are signs everywhere that say no outside food or beverage. We ended up bringing lunch boxes for the kids anyway, but my husband and I were very disappointed as we didn't think to bring food for us. It definitely works up an appetite chasing little kids around.

  • 5/5 Dave S. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to visit with or without kids when in Windsor. For 2 adults it was only $33 dollars with many different options for parking in the area. Fun waterside, wave pool, lazy river and lots for littles if bringing the family. Just remember to bring your own lock and towels. Offer men's and lady's change rooms as well as a large family 1 if coming with kids. We had a blast!!

Beautiful place! If you love surfing as well as high water slides and the round river-like then you will be in the right place. The kids had so much fun and I enjoyed too🥰

  • 2/5 Taylor P. 1 year ago on Google
Great concept but being open from 12 - 4 while children are in school is a complete waste of money to even operate… the only children that can attend during the week aren’t big enough to use half the stuff they have to offer and that’s assuming their parents aren’t at work …

  • 4/5 Shayne B. 1 year ago on Google
Clean and lots of lifeguards who are on the ball enforcing rules. Would 5 star if the fountains worked or the started selling food again. Even in the lobby. Perhaps I missed it outside.

  • 2/5 Donna G. 1 year ago on Google
The place is open for 4 hrs. This is a huge mistake. It would have been less crowded if it was open the regular hrs. For one thing they had summer camps going. That really contributed to being over crowded. My family got covid. I paid for a pass for my daughter who has Down Syndrome she loves it there. I think it was a huge mistake opening for 4 hrs. Very disappointing.

  • 5/5 Adam G. 4 years ago on Google
What you get for the cost is hard to beat. Even the canteen prices are less than the typical amusement park insanity. Worth the trip into Windsor for a little family trip! We have been here several times now and every visit is as good as the last. It gets a lot of bonus points for not being very busy, especially when compared to something like GWL.

  • 5/5 Sandrine F. 4 years ago on Google
The kids had a great time and lots of fun. They were able To do most of the slide, play and swim. After 4pm amd if you are a résident it is cheaper. The family room (shower) are really dirty, they should clean more often ( shower wall black, garbage on the floor)

  • 5/5 Nick C. 1 month ago on Google • 2 reviews New
Great place to take kids . Great value for money . Tad frustrating it’s only open weekends , as it’s always super busy and lineups for a couple of slides can become long . Other than that though great place to take the family , be prepared for crowds however .
