We just relocated to the area and found this gem. The ice cream was excellent! I personally had the Monkey Business ( Peanut butter and banana). They have a peanut butter sundae that is fantastic, 4 people from our group ordered it. They carry other dairy products such as cheese, milk, and butter. I will definitely be trying all of them.

Gotta love quality food, milk, cheese, ice cream and much more! If you haven't tried the chocolate milk, just do it, its delicious and creamy. Everything is fresh. The girls that work there are cute and friendly. Don't expect a huge wait for food, but don't expect fast food speeds. Prices are a bit more than grocery store but it seems worth it to get the best of Wayne County. There are more cows in Wayne County than people.

This place was such an awesome stumble upon while in Wooster. The place had playground for the kids. One of the coolest things was they had milk in a glass bottle, how nostalgic. I would've definitely bought some if I wasn't planning on 6 more hrs of driving. They had key lime pie ice cream, can't hardly find that anywhere. Totally delicious! Make this a road trip stop!

One of the best Ice cream and coffee shops in Ohio. Possibly the best in the world. Amazing customer service and barista knowledge combined with an awesome product gives an experience that stands out.

I have not had the privilege to attend the restaurant nor the dairy but I do get their products in Columbus. Absolutely the best milk and cream I have ever had. The traditional products are great but that orange cream is ridiculously good. Such a treat!

Awesome ice cream and service. They have a good selection of hard dip and also 2 kinds of soft serve. Today was chocolate cherry. Also they have seasonal flavors. I really wish I would have got a picture of the ice-cream, but the hubby had it half gone. That's how good it was he couldn't wait to eat it. They also have goat milk, 2%, vitamin D, cheese, and lots of other products.Come in and say hi to these amazing folks.

Best milk in the world only gave it 4 stars because they need to get their shipping fixed with the Cincinnati stores…. Their milk has been the only milk I used for a year now…. Went to every store that I used to buy it at in Cincinnati and all of them told me they are having shipping problems….. please fix this so I can continue drinking milk again…

On our trip to Wooster it was a pleasant surprise to find a Hartzler store while driving by. I just love their milk.... chocolate, all the flavors, ice cream and their egg nog! I was lucky to find their eggnog so I can Make my tasty pie for Thanksgiving!! Can't wait to stop by again to try more ice cream flavors.

I really hope some reads this review and eats the beautiful ice cream sandwich that I didn't get because I saw all the lovely ice cream and had to have the hot mud cone! It did not disappoint. Tasted just like a hot chocolate in ice cream form. But, when I found the ice cream sandwiches after ordering I regretted not getting one of those. However, the size of the sandwich is huge and needed to be split so bring a friend if you plan on getting one of those. There were a few varieties as well as a cute 'best boy' cup for pups. 4 stars because I thought it would have more dairy options instead of the typical items I can find at my local grocer. Definitely worth the visit.

Have bought milk and vanilla milk at jungle Jim's. Awesome products. Right now we're having the vanilla milk on fresh peaches. Really enhances the peaches.

Using fresh local milk really makes a difference I would say. The flavored milks are great. The frozen dairy treats are good too.

Very nice place. Got chaotic when a bunch of people showed up. People didn't know who's ice cream was who's when they would randomly set cones on the counter without announcing the flavor. As for the ice cream, the flavors were unique and not overwhelming. I had a mint flavored shake and it was delicious. My wife and kids enjoyed their ice cream and shakes as well. We'll definitely be going back for more.

An experience for sure it's like walking back in time to the older dairies, if you love fresh milk,half and half and butter and cheeses along with great ice cream you have to visit them. I make the trip because I love the fresh cream on top of the milk when I open it. Glass jugs really take me back to a better time. Worth the drive and the time.

Good ice cream, crowded storefront. Was not excellent per say, but was not bad. Flavored milks are fun, and seem well made and packaged, at approximately the price of a gallon of milk per single serving. They offer locally sourced minimally processed milk products that their price tag reflects. Met expectations.

An ice cream lover's travel stop for certain. A very clean, uncluttered atmosphere, with a nice menu of simple lunch items and a friendly staff. Hand packed containers of select ice cream flavors ready to go, or any other flavors hand packed upon request as well as hand dipped cones and dish servings. Also fresh bottled milk and other dairy products available.

Never been to the dairy but buy their chocolate and white milk at Keller's Market House in Lancaster, Ohio. It is the best I have ever had in my life. Good stuff in glass bottles! Like the good ole days.

Great tasting milkshakes and flurries. Got the Reese's cup flurry and oh my was it shear decadence! Would recommend this place to any and all dairy lovers out there!

Good food and ice cream love the burgers and salads. Nice staff. The only reason I didn't give a five stars is because I think you should offer more than just a bag of chips as a side with your meal. Kind of generic.... On top of that you can't even pick you only have 1 kind. Weird to have so much food on the menu but only offer chips 🫤 The people in front of me in line today said the exact same thing
