Today I was checking out and the chicken I grabbed was 8.95 but scanned to 89.59. I said this to the clerk that it misread. He dismisses me and says once you type in your my way number it’ll go down. I’m like no it will not and if I wasn’t paying attention I would have paid basically double or more for all the groceries I bought. I’m a long time customer and this really gets to me.

Last week I was shopping in Bushes in Novi Michigan and I noticed a sign that read lobster tails 4 ounces size 12 for $12.00 I asked the meat department gentleman if they had anymore he said no they were sold out I asked him for a rain check he stated I had to get it from up front so I went to go check out and the cashier said I can write you a rain check but it will be for 6 because that’s how it is ringing up I said fine because it’s 2 in a package which makes 12 so she wrote me a rain check and when I tried to use it tonight I was told be GIGI the manager on duty that they will not be honoring my rain check

Good selection of food. I enjoy the chocolate chip cookies. Friendly staff, never too busy

pathetic service, they sold me over priced wine and before i can tel i don't want he did the transaction on top of that when i talk to manager they started showing me laws and said cant return alchol, whic was transctioned by them wrongly.

I get wanting as little waste as possible but when I buy "potato salad" from the deli, what I DON'T want is a Red Pepper, Green Pepper, Radish, Spinach and lord only knows what else salad with some mayonnaise. C'mon. There was barely even potatos in it. It needs to at least taste like potato salad. Overhead sucks, I get that. But you can't just dumpster dive all your expiring produce, throw some mayonnaise into it and call it "potato salad". That's not how real life works.

The store is always clean and well kept. Fresh produce. The staff is always super nice and friendly my family loves shopping here and the staff member Nick who handles the wine area always makes sure we are helped ad taken care of.

I was very disappointed with the poor quality produce. I was also overcharged for 3 items that were marked on sale but did not show up that way on the receipt. Pain in the butt to go back and rectify the situation.

I have shopped here since they opened. Staff is incredibly kind and well-mannered. The store is always clean and well stocked. Produce is fresh, the deli staff( especially Johanna) is helpful and knowledgeable, the cashiers ( especially Amy), are polite and efficient.

Such a convenient location within a neighborhood. Most customers are from nearby and are polite, considerate, and classy. This store is usually very busy, and even under all that stress, the customer service remains efficient, excellent and consistent. For as popular this store is, they are impressive how quickly they operate.

I am glad that this store sells pork that the Japanese like. The staff is also cheerful and friendly!

I've been shopping Busch's at two seperate locations for a while now. I have always been impressed with the excellent conditions and variety of the produce until now. I purchased Romaine lettuce a day ago, prepped it today for salads and found an abundance of spots on the leaves. Everytime I tore a piece off I found more. I had to do triple takes because it didn't look normal and wondering what the heck it was. I put it under the light and saw multiple different organisms and then movements started which is what I was afraid of. I can handle a couple of fruit flies or a small spider but this was bad - slime snail looking things and reddish organisms moving - some in bunches. I took a video and called the manager. I brought it in and showed him - he was entirely unconcerned about what I showed him. He came off completely befuddled to why I was concerned - despite that he had no clue what the things are...when asked his response was; " I don't know what my shirt is made of either". He had no intentions to take the other ones off the shelf. Further, he suggested that the one I purchased was the ONLY one even after I showed him the same things on the other bunches. I am seriously surprised of this response. The way that was handled ruined it for me. Still don't know what it is but plan on researching it. I do hope nobody gets sick because he ISN'T pulling them off the shelves. Update 3/16/22; corporate called back this morning with kind and appropriate concern, asked for pictures and entirely handled this situation how it should be handled. Turns out they are lettuce aphids, completely harmless to humans ( I know a little unappetizing) , however, it's good to know it's truly organic! I'm not going to get into details but they are taking the neccessary steps needed to handle it 100%.

Actually a pretty nice market and everything is reasonably priced, not what you'd expect from a smaller store. Lots of good meat choices

I love coming to this location, even though it has a smaller selection than a couple of others. My only complaint is that the produce isn’t always up to par. My main reason for shopping here is the service. Yuri is absolutely outstanding! Vanessa, Neel and a couple other people are great too.

My favorite grocery store to shop while visiting my daughter! I hate the big box store shopping experience.

I always like a clean store, shows they care. Good stock selections, prices can be a little higher than some other stores.

Always clean and organized. Product quality really good. However prices are higher than competition. Great store to stop for a few items but not as economical for family shopping.

On the pricey side! $2.35 for a 32oz Gatorade and $1.65 for a gallon of water is outrageous. $7.99 for a ready to eat sandwich in the deli should be $4.99 at most. This place reminds me of Minyards back home in Texas and they're long gone now for about a decade. Walmart, Aldi and Kroger alone swallowed em whole not to mention the other competitors. I'm just saying, is it inflation? Or is it that age old killer of businesses....greed?

Basically, I only go to Busch's when I need to pick up a few things because otherwise the prices are too high. One thing that's really good about Busch's, though, is that they always have on hand whatever you're looking for that other stores might not carry. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I love Busch’s quality, selection, ease of shopping, and when I go on Sunday mornings, there’s usually no wait, or only one or two people ahead of me. Now that is a huge plus! I especially like their deals on wine.

The place is a bit pricey, but they offer local grocery options. I respect that they promote local farmers. I honestly go there for the Amish chicken

Great service price and selection. Chicken tenders in the deli are very good and better than any restaurants I've been to. Chicken wings are outstanding as well.

I bought very nice red roses and a carrot cake for our wedding anniversary. The cake was one of the best carrot cakes we've had. The frosting was not overly sweet (all too common on carrot cake) and the cake had just enough nuts and fine carrot bits. The roses were a very nice price and have lasted a week, so far. Highly recommended for roses and carrot cake.

My favorite place to get amazingly fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and the atmosphere is awesome and so are the staff!

Love the staff (full disclosure, I worked there 2008 to 2011), can find whatever I need, and live how neat and clean the store always is.
