    I went to see a podiatrist and was there for maybe 15 minutes. He poked at my foot for a minute, did not remove anything because there really wasn't anything to remove, he ultimately did nothing. I was charged a hospital room fee of $55 even though I never went to a hospital room or even left the room I was in. I was told this charge was standard for the procedure I was given, the only problem with that is I didn't have any sort of procedure done. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance company and the billing department at Henry Ford asking why I'm being charged for a service that was never done. I was told "IF THE DOCTOR TAKES OUT AN INSTRUMENT HE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT". In this case the doctor took out a scalpel, swiped it two or three times along one spot on my foot, did not remove anything, and now I'm being charged $55. Just be careful when you receive your bill and make sure you review it because they're charging people for ridiculous reasons

In 2 months, I visited her 4 times, she dismissed my symptoms She knew I had been to the ER 4 times in between those visits, and twice prior. When I addressed my concerns,she arrogantly said I could always go to another doctor. I was in a medical crisis, so I desperately continued to see her to get answers as my health was declining fast. I asked her twice to put me on medical leave, she refused. I had to resign from my job of 15 years, due to her lack of protecting me as a patient. My mother advocated for me and asked Dr. Khan to admit me to the hospital, she refused. Went to another hospital, was admitted immediately. Dr. Khan painted herself to be "empathetic" in my chart notes, not once did she show empathy. Her biases towards me was evident when she came up with a basic care of plan instead of throughly looking for more answers. Her actions as a professional doctor has caused alot of trauma. I do not recommend her to anyone.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TIME FOR A CHANGE!! ~Went in for my first Pregnancy ultrasound, the front desk staff was unwelcoming. She walked passed while in where standing at the window, another gentleman who appeared to not work in that section walked by greeted us, the front desk staff returned and finished cleaning off all the desk, looked for a mask to hand us, went to throw the box away before asking for the nature of our visit. All this without any greeting. ~We finally get called in the back by the ultrasound tech who proceeded with the same lack of care attitude. Being that I was super excited to be having the ultrasound that was scheduled a month after my initial call I wanted to know everything about the appointment.However, the only apparent willful words out of the tech’s mouth were the patient identifier questions. She then provided instructions and begun the ultrasound. After several minutes of silence I asked what she was doing and measuring in which she responded “I haven’t started looking at the baby yet” and proceeded. A few minutes later I stated, “this is my first time and I’m curious to know what you’re looking at and doing.” She responded and again concluded with not looking at and baby and will let me know when she is. It was at that moment that my fiancé grabbed my ankle and started to rub it because we were both so excited for that moment and it was more and more apparent this health care system was not the place for us. We had a few more uncomfortable, dry exchanges before heading out. ~I go down to the lab for the same unpleasant experience. The lab front staff had an attitude, the phlebotomist had an attitude. I even asked her how her morning was hoping to turn things around. I didn’t work. ~ I put time in a year ago to search for my preferred OB, coincidentally, she is pregnant and cannot proceed with my OB care. She is located out the New Center location where the front office is also rude and the voucher has yet to cover my annual visit. So parking is an issue there. ~Since I am early in my pregnancy I have decided to put the time in to locate a new health care provider. I have had one horrible experience with HF ER, with all these Red Flags, I have to find something better.

    The walk in clinic at this location is one of the worst. Everytime I give them the benefit of the doubt I get bad experience. Every time I come I can be the only one in the lobby and still wait a while to be taken in the back. Today I was taken in back quickly but I sat in the room for over a hour before I decided to leave. By this time I haven't seen a Dr and they were closed

    Waited 4 hours after having a 12pm appointment. During my wait, I watch the staff laugh and talk extremely loud. So loud that the desk clerk had to ask them to quit down so we could hear each other talk. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

    I left Henry Ford for some years but came back because Dr. Huma Khan is a breath a fresh air. NEVER AGAIN! The scheduling staff and system is terrible. I’ve been trying to get my daughters shots for 2 days and each time we are turned away for a different reason. First they scheduled us right at close. Next, a staff member told us to come back the next day and we can get on the schedule. Came back and they tell us something different. Apparently the people who schedule your appointment work at the main campus and don’t know anything happening at the office. Total confusion. Would not recommend. I love Dr. Khan and will follow her if she leaves but I refuse to deal with Henry Ford Health System.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled a spot online per the recommendation of a customer rep when I called. Got there and was told two people were ahead of me. 4 people were called before the got to me after over an hour wait in the lobby. Once I got placed in a room I waited another 40 minutes until I just got up and left. Totally ridiculous. I could have been seen in the Emergency Department quicker. Will not return. Do not recommend. And I will let others know not to come here as well.

    Health care is so lame. They deserve a very bad review. It was terrible to see them during the pandemic. Someone has to say that our health care workers are among the worst workers in the nation. They're always in a bad mood and they're snotty. What for. I hate seeing them on TV.

    This location is the worst they can’t even fill out a health appraisal nor do they do lab work on children but they won’t tell you that while making an appointment. The nurses have the worst attitude if you want good service go to the Harbor Town location

    I have never had a problem with any other Henry Ford facility in over twenty five years except for last week at this clinic. Their doctors, nurses and support staff are always kind, polite, patient and compassionate! I would have given HF five stars but a surprisingly rude phlebotomist at this location changed that! I had a surprisingly negative experience at the Henry Ford Lab on West Outer Drive and Southfield in Detroit. I needed to take a PSA at the lab as per my doctors request. So, I went last Thursday. The lady at the front desk of the lab was very nice and polite as I’ve come to be accustom to dealing with Henry Ford hospital and clinics. When it came time for the phlebotomist to take my blood, she had a problem finding it in my left arm. I was not alarmed, but did not enjoy the persistent digging so I suggested that she use my right arm. The woman got so upset and remarked that I’m treating her like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I told her that I am sure she knows what she’s doing, but that I would simply rather you take the blood from my right arm rather than continue digging into my left arm. But that did not satisfy her. She continued on with a very disrespectful attitude toward me and repeatedly said Im acting like she doesn’t know what she’s doing; so, I just remained quiet knowing there was no appeasing her. I’ve been getting tests from Henry Ford clinics and hospitals and labs for well over 25 years. My results have always come back through my chart in the last 10 to 15 years either the same day or the next day. But today is Monday my urologist and I have been waiting on that test since last week Thursday and he thinks it’s very odd that it’s still in processing mode. I must say I suspect this woman with the nasty attitude miss-handled my blood sample as a means of retaliation. This isn’t right. Henry Ford Hospital and affiliated clinics are better than this! I was polite, calm and respectful the whole time and I should have been treated that same way. I truly hope this is not a sign of things to come for such an otherwise organization of excellence!

    I keep trying to give Henry Ford Northwest a chance but the staff is almost always dry, unwelcoming and rude. The facilities are outdated. The parking lot is full of potholes and I've had a series of poor experiences with the doctors here, many of them DO NOT CARE. I can only think of two effective doctors I visited here at this location, the others are unsympathetic, and will gaslight you until your minor issue becomes a big problem.

    Have had to use the Urgent Care a couple of times. Right from the Receptionist (Rose Mary) each time - very simple and courteous- to the Nurse and the Physician who saw me on two subsequent occasions respectively, I have loved being there and have always felt comfortable. Which is why I am going back there now even though I really don't have to.

    Today I was seen right away at urgent care using the online tool to reserve my spot. Hands down Dr. Ross is the best. Dr. Ross didn’t leave a stone unturned when it came to my medical concerns I really truly wish if I could make Dr. Ross my primary care doctor. Dr. Ross is god send.

    I went online to reserve my spot. Got to the desk to sign in. My name was on the board with 0 -10 min wait. After i noticed others after me with staff login go back, i asked why does my name now say to login. I told them that i did and my time has passed. Then it popped up saying staff login and it pushed me down. Unacceptable!! Now im waiting on my copay refund. I'll go else where! Smh at Outer Dr location

    all they do is give u shots and proscribe u pills in urgent care . I have been sick and went into regent care many times in on month just for them to proscribed a medication I picked up at 7-11. I was told I’d be seeing a gynecologist and he gave my the name and a month later found out it was just for a follow up after been giving pills to stop my mentrual bleeding so I could be looked at and not even been examined so the pills were pointless . The wait time for doctors after u get through urgent care doors is a long wait and they worry about things that’s not immediately necessary like your weight and pee . You wait and hr just for them to tell you if your pregnant just bring a clear blue test when u come . This is so disappointing
