    Incredibly convenient location coupled with plenty of services under one roof. Never had any issue making an appointment, and if necessary, go to the urgent care instead. Appts for both can be booked online easily. Lab results returned quickly and uploaded direct to your online account. Dr Barker is patient, listens and clearly cares about us as patients, the pediatric care facilities have also been quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

    The people at the front desk were nice and polite. However we waited 50 minutes past the appointment time to have an MRI. If I kept my clients waiting 50 minutes in my lobby I would not have any clients

    FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES WERE TO BUSY TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER. I ASK FOR RECEIPIT FOR MY VISIT & WAS TOLD TO GO ONLINE AND GET IT. CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TO REQUEST & AFTER 20 MINUTES ON HOLD SPOKE TO SOMEONE WITH VERY POOR ENGLISH, TELLING ME THEY ONLY ACCEPT EMAILS. WHAT A JOKE!! BETTER SERVE AT RICHMOND URGENT CARE.

    ive had appointments in both imaging and obgyn and the process was smooth, and staff/caregivers fantastic, and professional. this location is also super convenient to me, which i appreciate so much.

    I wanted to schedule for an annual feminine checkup here. I asked several questions from the lady answering calls for the GYN front desk, and while she answered my questions, was still pretty rude. Someone picked up my second call and immediately hung up on me. I had scheduled another appointment at another facility and then called back to cancel. The original lady answered my next call, and seemed frustrated and short with me for canceling. Maybe I'm oversensitive, but she was the reason I scheduled with another office. Customer service not stellar for a would've-been patient, I guess

    I go there weekly for lab work. I am a walk in and the wait has never been too long. The techs call someone in and when someone walks out, the tech is at the door to call the next person in. The technicians are always nice and smiling. Keep up the good work ladies!

    Went to urgent care. The patient representative was professional and nice. The urgent care doctor was rushing through my exam, when, I was trying to explain my symptoms about my ear and sinus issues. Dr. Gomez just told me I had c cold sores. Went to my doctor the very next day and he took the time to LISTEN and he tested me and I was positive for Covid. Man, how I was misdiagnosed at Chesterfield. A lawsuit waiting to HAPPEN! I WON'T BE BACK! Thanks for your dedication and care!

    i was having really bad back pain in november for two days, came here one morning because it was painful to get out of bed. they said they were going to test my urine & then changed their mind, then sent me home with a paper of stretches to do. the pain went away after a few days and then it came back again on christmas day, i went to the doctor again at a different place and turns out i had a uti the whole time. i had a uti for an entire month and a half because this establishment didnā€™t think it was necessary to test me even though the back pain was near my kidneys. love to the nurse though she was really sweet and wanted to test me the doctor just decided no.

    Having recently moved to New Baltimore I needed to get established with a PCP,.I called Henry Ford Health System in Chesterfield. I ask for a referral for a PCP and was given a few to chose from whom were accepting new patients. From the list I chose Dr. Lao, from my first meeting him I knew he was my new PCP, very straight forward and kind which is all you should expect from a doctor. Staff was wonderful and my wait was as expected. Right on time. I would recommend Dr. Lao and his staff.

    Called this morning asking if I could walk in and do blood work. The lady on the phone said no problem and to come in. Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk had nothing but an attitude. Tried to sign in on the ipad like instructed and I explained it wasnā€™t working. Lady at the desk acted like it was an inconvenience and told me I had to ask the security guard. Havenā€™t been to this location in years and Only had to stop here because it was on my way to work. Still the same rude service. Never will be back.

    This review is purely based on the care I received from the nurse practitioner Laurel. She was very professional, her bedside manner was excellent! She was patient and allowed me time to ask questions. We even shared a laugh or two. She is an asset to HFHS Chesterfield. Thank you, Culbert

    Why is there a 6 hour wait at an urgent care. Urgent care is for urgent cases. ER is for worse cases. I won't ever come back here and have to wait 6 hours to be seen. It's ridiculous

    I will never go to the 23 Mile office for a mammogram again. I took time off of work to get the mammogram, just to go there at 8am on Monday for them to tell me I didn't have an order. She said I called you yesterday and left a message. What doctors office is open on Sunday? How about calling me on Friday?? Then they laughed at me as I walked away!!

    They really need to get new employees that answer the phones in the lab department. Whoever is always working (sounds like an older ish lady) is always to unpleasant to talk to. Everytime I have to call and schedule an appointment to get blood work done, she answers huffing and puffing on the phone, rude, sounds like she doesnā€™t want to be there or speak to you at all, and says ā€œyou couldā€™ve did this onlineā€ which I cannot because it never works for me, I literally dread calling knowing sheā€™s going to answer. which is really unfortunate because you work in healthcare as do I and I wouldnā€™t treat people like that. Thereā€™s plenty of people who needs jobs, find someone who actually wants to be thereā€¦

    Everytime I visit this location, they get something wrong. I went December 12th because I fell and hurt my wrist and hand, xrays taken, no breaks just a sprain. Both have been bothering me since, I go to a hand ortho specialist and he saw the breaks on my xrays from Chesterfield even before taking new xrays and confirming. I've been walking around for 6 weeks with a broken wrist and fingeršŸ˜” Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

    Honestly years ago this place was great. I have no idea what happenedā€¦ Iā€™m in between insurances.. instead of waiting all day to find out they want 150$ just to be seen(up front) it would have been helpful to know before handā€¦ I could hear the ladies chatting and saying my name no one else was thereā€¦ no reason it should have taken that long to be greeted. Never going there again.
