I went in yesterday for two minor procedures, and had to be there at 8 AM. By 8:10 AM I was called back. I was taken care by the most awesome group of nurses. They could not have been any more nice, helpful, or just plain kind. I would like to thank each and everyone of you for making me so comfortable and just being such awesome awesome caretakers. I would highly recommend this hospital and I would also like to do a shout out to my surgeon and doctor….. Dr Lamb. You are the best! Thank you all!!!!!

If you have a choice between suffering or going to this hospital, I suggest you just suffer. Went in yesterday with my son after a collision and fall on his shoulder. Never once did they visually inspect him, they took 2 xrays and nothing else. Sent him on his way. 4 hours later we went to a much better ER and his shoulder blade is broken. What a joke this place is. Henry Ford should be ashamed of themselves. The health board needs to look into this place and their practices.

This er is very incompetent I got hit by a car walking across a street this evening. I went to this hospital to get checked out and to get scanned because I have vascular ehlers-danlos syndrome (fragile arteries and organs. ) I had a renal artery dissection just last fall too. I told them I needed a cta (CT scan wish contrast) to check for any ruptures or anything. They refused to give the scan with contrast . There's a high chance I might have to go to an emergency room if I have a rupture that they could have looked for and avoided. But now I just scared because I don't trust that hospital with my life. DON'T GO HERE!!!

Took my son to get checked after post surgery at the ER... after our visit, let's just say if I'm the one ever in pain, I'd rather just die the way they act. Lack of urgency is the irony of what this urgent care/ ER is. Their knowledge is equivalent to me guessing what I have at home and of course they refuse to investigate any further to rule out other symptoms. Glad my son wasn't dying. Heaven forbid they use that piece of paper they received in college for six figures.

I went to the ER because I was having cramps and 9 weeks pregnant, so I just wanted to make sure everything was okay. The care I received was phenomenal, they had a really sick patient that had all the employees pretty busy but, I constantly had someone checking on me making sure I was okay while waiting for test results. This is my first pregnancy and they were very caring and made me feel comfortable. I waited awhile for test results but, that was understandable. The doctor came in and let me know the results of the ultrasound and some of the blood work. She then explained that we were waiting on results for RhoGAM and that I could continue waiting or go home and she would call me if I was a candidate for the RhoGAM shot. I chose to go home, this wonderful doctor called me to tell me that the rest of the tests came back great and that I did not need the RhoGAM shot. My experience here was just overall great!

Came in to pick up my prescription when a staff member walking out in scrubs told me to “put some clothes on.” It’s ninety degrees out and I was wearing shorts and a tank top. Staff members should not be heckling patients as they’re walking in, makes me feel very uncomfortable going back.

UPDATE: I recently had to have more testing done here. In the midst of the COVID pandemic they have many precautions in place. Yes, several things have changed and may seem inconvenient but it is for the best for now. I was grateful to see the precautions made. Great care and customer service. The entire team was very kind. When I first got there I was prepared and entered through emergency. Parking lot was well lit and there were plenty of open spaces. Security walked me back to the sleep study area. The security officer was kind be made small talk during our walk. He walked me to my room and had me take a seat. The room was all prepared for me even with a fresh glass of ice water on the night stand. The technician came in and was extremely welcoming. I felt like I was a guest in her house. She talked with me as she connected all the wires. She explained each one and what it detected. The entire process was well explained. She was an excellent person for her job. The one thing that patients need to keep in mind is that this is an outpatient test so they are unable to get any of your meds. Take your medications with you. Also, I brought my own pillow. The room has a television as well as a reading lamp for fellow readers. The bathroom is connected with a shower. I live nearby so I washed my hair once I got home. You have a lot of goop on you after the test so make sure you wear comfy pajamas that can take a washing. I just wore my sweats so I wouldn't have to change. I left the next morning around 6 am. Test results do take a while. Several weeks because it is my understanding that it is several hundred pages long to be decifered. Oh, one more thing of note. If you are overweight, the chairs, bed, and even toilet seat are all accessible for larger people. For a test it was a good experience. The staff were beyond good. I could tell that the tech knew what she was doing and yet was very personable. Great job HFHS.

I left a long detailed review but I don't see it yet. I did want to add that the technician after taking all the wires out I think went to clean them and came back to my room and I believe he had dirty gloves on. I asked him did he change his gloves he told me yes but then he left out the room and I can hear him taking the gloves off.

My wife went to emergency bc she was throwing up much worse. She was in there 8 hours. She wont leave a review so i will. The midnight shift was very rude. Huffing and puffing when asked for a blanket, another ginger ale and a pair of pants bc she soiled herself. Threw the blanket on top of her. Couldn't even open it for her. Why become a nurse if you dont want to take care of people?

Horrible experience in ER. Fell out of back of truck thought I broke a rib, pain level a 8. They didn’t even ask me my pain level. Ex ray tech was short and didn’t seem to care about pain level. Nurse practitioner didn’t even give me advice on how to treat. ( heat, cold ext). Then they sent me home with a Lidocaine patch.

Had a scheduled ultrasound ordered by my PCP on 8/23 at 7:30am. It’s been over 5 days and still don’t have any results. My PCP has tried to call them and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. It takes 24-48 hours max to read an ultrasound and post the results (words directly from them). Meanwhile I’m living in discomfort and delaying care because of their ineptitude. Even tried messaging them on MyChart. Their response after 48 hours was “check back later.” Their response after 5 days was for me to call them myself. So that was a waste of time even asking for help on MyChart. Will never use utilize this location again.

Just had to come to the ER for a deep cut to my finger! The entire staff were professional and amazing and my terrible experience manageable. Paighton and Christine my nurse and doctor were fantastic. I had a few more nurses and x ray tech who were amazing as well but I didn’t remember their names!! 10 star service!! Thank you HENRY!!!

I came here with my mom around 5:00pm today because I sprained my ankle today at school and my nurses were good and any other staff member and it was fine till we about to get discharged and the doctor comes in to discharge us and didn’t even ask to provide any crutches and I have a brace for my foot from my Seiver’s disease and that’s what I had on when I came in but all the boot does is put pressure on my foot and she was really rude to me and my Mother

Brought my 13 year old in last night after she cut her head while ice skating. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the minute we walked through the door. The nurse was very patient answering my daughters million questions, and the PA who did her stitches was amazing and very thorough. Hoping we won’t need another ER visit for a while, but will definitely be back here if we do!

This is a great place for regular tests and, of course, an emergency room. Good people are employed there and spotless grounds due to the excellent craftsmanship of the proprietor (Mr. Dan Bywalec) and his crews at D&B Landscaping.

I brought my aunt in for cataract surgery. Her appointment was at 11:00. It is now 1:00 and they still haven't started the procedure. Highly unprofessional as I was never told it was going to be this long.If a patient was 2 hours late they would deny the appointment and charge a fee. Apparently our time is not important. Would not recommend this facility for a surgical procedure.

For the Women health department, Doctors constantly choose to not show up and then they don’t even adequately inform you that your appointment is cancelled. Wasted time, money and gas

WORST customer service experience with the WOMENS health section!!! Had an appointment scheduled for a year waited the day off to cancel only called once. I call back make a next day appointment. I get to the building and they say the called me to cancel the appointment. MyChart still had the appointment active, my appointment was at 10/11 but they called once at 7 am to tell me it was canceled. I wasted gas, my time and etc. Just find a better organized OBGYN

The staff was great, they were all so helpful talking me through what they were doing and explaining in detail what had to be done next. There was no long wait times and they were more than kind. I wish I could remember their names but I can not.

😠 Make sure you go over your insurance statement. This place over bills your insurance for services that were not done. I have brought this to the attention of Dr. Aggrawal who had to adjust my file and make adjustments. Dr. Aggrawal is the only doctor that actually will examine you. The other doctor...
