😠 First off, it's the same problem every time I come here. The wait. It took me an hour to get out of the lobby(for chest pain), just to be taken to another lobby before waiting another hour for a room. Once I got my room, I waited another hour before anyone came to speak to me. Finally, a doctor come... People often mention hospital, staff, hour,

Sinai Grace may be getting renovated, but this hospital still has the most disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate Emergency Room staff I have ever came encounter with. I arrived at the Emergency Room around 6:50 on tuesday 06/02/2015 with a severe earache. The security did not thoroughly check me, reception kept asking me the same questions because she was talking to someone else while she was SUPPOSED to be assisting me. Facility workers looked more like they were going to the club after work with the crazy hair-do's and colors, some of the employees did not look professional .I waited about 1hour before i finally got called to get my vitals taken. Afterwards it was about 20 more minutes before I got called to the back and then the staff closed the door in my face to the room I had been assigned to and started laughing at another patient. After that I was just furious, my husband and I decided we would not feel comfortable receiving care and treatment at that facility. WILL NOT RETURN THERE EVER.

First off, it's the same problem every time I come here. The wait. It took me an hour to get out of the lobby(for chest pain), just to be taken to another lobby before waiting another hour for a room. Once I got my room, I waited another hour before anyone came to speak to me. Finally, a doctor comes, we discuss what's going on and she orders some test. I wait another hour(no exaggeration) before the doctor comes back to tell me she forgot to put in my orders. Unfreaking believable!!! So, finally I get my test and medication just to be sitting here waiting and waiting. They say xray results take 1-2 hours. It's definitely been an hour and a half. I'm really disappointed in Sinai grace hospital because I had high hopes for you guys. They're very unorganized, and unaware of their surroundings. I put the thing (don't know what it's called) on my finger and it just started beeping loudly, and I'm screaming "excuse me", but no one's around or even acknowledging me, so I just took it off because I know how I can get and I didn't want to scare myself. I'd just like to say, when we come to the emergency room, we look for the type of services that are sworn to us. We want professionalism. Everything that we're told we have a right to have. I am saddened by this. If I were dying, I'd be dead. This is so unacceptable!

Best hospital. I love their security personnel, the staff and the way that they care for patients. I also have used their emergency services, as DMC promises a 20 min or less wait time, and have was seen very quickly. I would recommend people to this hospital. I want my children taken to Childrens, and would delivery my babies here. They offer a variety of services, they are fully equipped to handle trauma as they serve the West side of Detroit for traumatic injuries. They are simply the best in my eyes. They also handle things discreetly and privately. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital.

The doctors, nurses and staff do the best they can with limited budgets. We were visiting relatives when my husband's elderly aunt got sick. She had a stroke. She was brought here and they cared for her well. I could see everyone doing their best. We have the same issues with "county" hospitals here in Texas. Everyone knows that Detroit has economic problems, currently, and taxes support hospitals. I think everyone does well, considering what they have to work with. His aunt recovered about 80%, and while she won't be the same, the care she received kept her from dying.

I went for a colonoscopy appointment, and my experience here was phenomenal. The staff was very kind and friendly, and even though I was at this hospital for the first time, I felt very comfortable with everyone. I had to stay for a reasonable amount of time in which they took care of me in the best way possible. For this I'd like to thank Dr. Williams, Emmy, and Shirantha, as well as everyone else whose names ,regretfully, I can't remember. Thank you all.

My mother went in at 12 noon. She did not get home until after 10 pm in the ER just to tell her she has a pulled muscle. Her blood sugar was spiked and BP. Why was she not admitted? Ppl were sitting in ER for hours admitted but had not been placed in a room. I tried calling the ER desk for almost two hours straight for updates and no one answered. I tried to call Administration to make a complaint and there was no answer but a voicemail service. Horrible and slow service.

My beloved wife, Charnita L. Champion (Bennett), passed 24 Apr 14 in this facility due to contracting a bacterial infection. Although there are other staff who work at this location whom I love and adore for their diligent efforts to assist my wife, as a whole I couldn't in good conscious recommend this facility to anyone. It's understandable that this is a medical facility and there are inherent risks with 'super bugs' but there has to be some oversight and accountability to the community this facility serves to ensure they are doing all they can to protect its patients. To this point I haven't been satisfactorily convinced they have or are doing so.

Sinai grace hospital is the worst hospital in the city of Detroit. I just recently had knee replacement surgery a week ago I had no home health care no nurse no physical thearpy in my home. I have been given the run around on these services. So as far as my concern I am concerned I will do this on my own but I will never received services from this Horrible place again.
