    Horrible experience, nurses and doctors are unorganized and have addituds and this is probably why because doctors are arrogant and passive about what you have to say . Treating patients as if there a nuisance and there above you , bad experience overall with a medical center . Stay away . Medical condition are unsanitary.

    The doctor was great. Receptionist extremely rude pertaining to a prescription for hearing test. She said to me, you are being rude, and I said a whole no that is not the case you are very rude. She acted like it was a big production to get me the prescription. Very surly indeed.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. The incompetence of this office is jarring and really something to behold. A short story about one of my experiences - I went to this Drs office to do a routine urine test required by medication. I get my insurance papers and walk over to the lab. After signing in I wait, and eventually get called into the lab. the lady mentions to sit down in the gray chair in the back. This chair is only used for talking blood. I start walking back there and I ask 'if it was for the urine test?' she mentions something to the effect of 'oh there's no labs ordered here so I thought you just needed blood taken.' so I don't know if she would have went through with it, but I'm convinced she would have taken my blood with no lab even ordered. I then leave the lab, and go back to the main counter and ask the lady about my urine test for the lab (because I had been here before and it is protocol to have the test ordered) she mentions that the doctors assistant Rosie put in 'that the patient would bring his own urine in' the desk lady actually started laughing reading all the notes Rosie had put in. (Lol who wouldn't?) After another 20 or 30 minutes I'm on my way out and another desk lady mentions for the first time in person that my $20 dollar copay was sent to collections. I'm here all the time for my follow ups on medication and was never told at the office about these payments. This was all in the same visit it was really something. I could go on and on about other visits at this office but to summarize: In all honesty and I cannot stress this enough - I would rather place my trust with literally any other doctors office or any person that maybe a doctor enthusiast when it comes to important matters like overall competence, family health concerns and most of all the ability to communicate honestly with their clients. F- 0 stars.

    TERRIBLE! I have been a patient at this facility over 20 years. MY PCP is supposed to be Barry Scofield. For whatever reason, I have been assigned to whichever resident is currently on staff, which means my doctor changes every year. Most recently my doctor is Jeannette Wilson, she informs me that she is permanently on staff and she will be my doctor going forward. She is very friendly and helpful/knowledgeable. It's refreshing to know I will have the same doctor from now on. I have had no issues with the front desk staff, they have been helpful and friendly on each of my visits. The administration on the other hand is terrible! billing has over charged me on my past 3 visits, they are impossible to get in touch with either in person at the clinic or by phone or email. They are supposed to respond within 2 business days to email, but I have yet to receive any replies to my multiple emails. The office manager is impossible to contact as well. I would suggest avoiding this place at all cost. As of Jan 2020 I am going to another facility.

    Friendly and helpful! Met a good temporary doctor who actually had empathy! Unfortunately he’s heading back to Canada in the future. Who knows what’s next. The pain management referral was the worst! But heck it’s a different practice. Everyone who needed pain management were tossed under the bus! After the Sackler Family debacle and many addictions. Nice office, friendly staff, lab on site. Really going to miss Dr. Garcia! Best of luck in Canada! Unfortunately the replacement is too young to continue to manage my medical needs. Practice manager does not return calls. Yep, one screwed up industry. I think they forgot this is a service industry.

    I've been going to this doctor's office since I was pregnant with my first daughter, I've sent all four of my children to this doctor's office, the doctors in this office have delivered all 4 of my children, if it wasn't for me moving to Pennsylvania I'd still be at this doctor's office and so would my children well into their adult years that's how good they are at this office, today was proof of just how good not only their doctors are but the people who answer their phones, Kelsey was able to help me all the way in Michigan with information that I could not get here in Pennsylvania from five other numbers! Thank you so much to Kelsey and this office for being the one doctor's office that can always be relied on even in a situation where someone is in a totally different state.

    TERRIBLE!!!! Receptionist doesn't even answer the phone you will be on hold for 30 minutes or until you decide to hang up I can't get a prescription, can't talk about my incorrect billing issue, and if you need to make an appointment good luck TAKE A HINT!!! very unprofessional office!! If someone had a chronic condition and needed their script and died because of their customer service !!!! I'm sure it will happen as I see this is a problem.

    AVOID! I have been visiting this facility for years they were actually the last St john professionals I have been deealing with since i have transferred all other doctors and care to Henry Ford. This place is a joke and I am in the process of filing a complaint with the state due to negligence and practices to force you to see them over and over to bill your insurance and get multiple copays. Short verision seen a dr on December 22, spoke of symptoms and other possibilities was prescribed a script and told if symptoms progess to another diganoise that she was sure would appen to call back and she would send a script in....well it progressed as she predicted. Called back 2 days later and was told couldnt get a script must come in and be seen....pay another copay. Left a message for the office manager Brittany, she never returned my call. Please visit Beaumont or Henry Ford for better care and compassion

    I have been a PT with this office for about 4/5 yrs. The past yr the quality has plummeted rapidly. You were on hold for an hr or more just to make an appointment or to call for med refills. Which is completely ridiculous. The office staff acknowledge this issue during one of my visits and told me it is faster to go in the PT-portal. I even understood they were sharing an office at that time due to flooding. I looked past it and knew it was short term issues. Well… Since they got back in their office, it seems PT care has dropped even further. I suffer from a rare disease, a LIFE THREATENING disease! The treatment I have received is completely disheartening. It seems they rather have a PT die than to refill/prescripe the medication they need. The fact I have to call every day to only be told, “ he has not reviewed your request yet”, I find unprofessional and against the very oath he pledged. I am still fighting for my medication, I was rushed by ambulance, to the hospital this past weekend. I call today to see why my medication was STILLL not called in, an hr of being put on hold! I was now just informed he is refusing to refill ALL of my needed medication. I hope they are ready for the storm that is coming!!!!!! If you want a doctor and staff that cares about your health - do NOT come to this office!!!!

    Why are their phones turned off 2 hours before their office closes? It impossible to get anyone on the phone here, every single time I have called…you can’t even leave a message or if I use portal they still don’t respond. I’m being ghosted by my own DOCTOR

    Every one was pleasant and understanding the. Dr Fozo explained things to me made me feel comfortable not like he was rushed to get to the next patient.

    The staff is always so nice and professional. The doctor I see is amazing! She takes the time to sit down and explain everything to you. I have been a patient here for years for a reason!

    Very disappointed in talking with Ascension hospital. The first people I talked to were helpful. Trying to get in touch with the anesthesiologist was a pure joke. I spent four different times trying to get the complete dates done for my son's surgeries. Out of the 4 attempts only one time did an anesthesiologist call and it happened to be the exact same time I had a Spam call. So with two calls at the same time I wound up deleting both calls. I waited again for almost half hour hoping that the anesthesiologist would call back but I guess I wasn't important enough for them I'm very disappointed. I am going to call my doctor's office Dr ibraham and maybe switch to Henry Ford

    I wouldn't give not one star the Dr . Kyle Griffin or what his last name was rude to me . No exam , or nothing . Please do not go to them all the doctors are rude . If you care about your health don't go there. And if wanted a gay doctor I would have ask for one

    Horrible customer service, not helpful, rude office staff. Getting medication refills is like pulling teeth. I will not be a patient here anymore. (20+ yrs) I've also given verbal complaints, written complaints and via voicemail, and no response.

    I'm generally terrified of the doctor but Dr. Wilson makes it easy to show up. I come once a year for a prescription renewal and she remembers me every time! All the staff here is very kind.

    Front desk staff is awesome, very helpful. My primary doctor is the best doctor, but I have 2 other favorite doctors there as well. They all take the time to listen to what my issue is, asks the right questions and makes a treatment plan.

    My primary doctor is part of this office. I have no complaints with her, I give her 4 to 5 stars. Office is poor though. I have left a number of messages for the billing department and never get a reply. No excuse for not getting back to one of your patients!

    Honestly, this is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. I will be looking into changing my primary care physician. The last straw was today. I called and sat on hold for almost an hour just to be greeted by a rude receptionist with absolutely no customer service skills. As someone who was previously in customer service industries for 8 years, my expectations are not unreasonable. I am extremely disappointed in their services. I regret not getting this receptionist’s name otherwise it would be included in this review.

    Been going here for 9 years. I have never had any issues up until now. Trying to schedule an appointment is a joke. Caller # 6 every time I call and after I am on hold for 30 minutes I get disconnected. I just scheduled an appointment 2 weeks from now, online. Kinda ridiculous having to wait 2 weeks.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Panthangi for over 4 yrs. I love her and I love all of the staff! Also, there is a lab in the same building, so if Dr. P orders any bloodwork all I have to do is walk right over to them. Very convenient.
