    Literally the BEST hospital experience ever. Out nurse Doris was so great! I felt like a family member was taking care of us. HF is lucky to have her. Our Dr was also amazing. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. Also great covid protocols. If you are going to urgent care fo to the parking structure and go to level 3 and you will be right there.

    Worst ER ever. Took my kids in at 9am and at 450pm we're still here and still was not discharged after being told around 4 that they were just waiting for our discharge papers. My kids were so sleepy and winey we just walked out.

    The nurses and doctors here are great, very respectful and knowledgeable, but PLEASE for the love of all things holy CLEAN THIS PLACE UP. There is dust and debris in every nook and cranny. Four patients to one room? Doesn’t sound like a good way to prevent the spread of airborne illness... the third photo is of a medication that was previously on the floor that the nurse picked up. The garbage doesn’t look like it’s been changed in a week. Please clean up, the doctors should be able to provide service to sick patients in a clean and orderly facility.

    If I could rate this 0/5 stars I would. If you’re in a life threatening situation don’t even bother coming here you’re better off at garden city hospital. The front desk worker was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my entire life and should not have a job that includes any social skills. She lacks respect, competence, and communication. The second we walked in she gave us attitude and while my brother was quite literally choking and close to fainting her response was putting her hand in our face and repeatedly saying “they’ll bring you back when they’re ready” showing no sign of concern. And while we were trying to be respectful to her and communicate, she gave us the most attitude I’ve ever seen in my entire life and raised her voice at us when everything could’ve been communicated easily. She unlocked the first door for my dad to go visit my brothers room in the ER and walked away after that saying “good luck finding his room I’m not showing you it or unlocking the door for you” And after she called security on us because we finally stood up for ourselves bc we didn’t understand why we were given so much attitude at 4 in the morning from a psychotic girl in her 30’s, she said “come at me b**** I dare you, you better back up” as if I was trying to hit her (I am underage and was never planning on fighting this random girl). She also was screaming “why are you still up go home” as if I chose to be spending my time with her while the sun was rising…. I genuinely don’t understand what it takes to become a Henry Ford Hospital receptionist but you guys should start upping your game instead of hiring anyone with a linked in account.

    This hospital deserves no stars, I was there 12 hours and diagnosed with 3 different things and they still didn’t figure out what was wrong with me. My pain level was at a 10 and it took them over a hour to give me pain meds. On top of that while I’m in pain all I hear in the hallways is the nurses laughing and talking about their personal life outside of work. My first mine told me to go to the University of Michigan but this hospital was closer to my house and I was in really bad pain to drive, NEVER AGAIN will I come here.

    So I drove 30 mins away to be seen here since my clinic with my primary doctor could not squeeze me in I get here I was exactly 15 mins late and the ladies at the desk are rude rude RUDEEE!! Would not help me whatsoever because I’ve passed the grace period but I have came here even with my children multiple times 10-15 mins late before and they were seen !

    To the staff, I been coming here for years. Today my son came to ER for care and he been waiting for pain meds for 4hrs, ice chips for 3hrs.The nurse claims she's waiting on the doctor to put in the orders I know darn well it don't take 4 hrs we have never had a bad experience here that's why we always come here but today it's terrible no bedside manners. I know the ER can get busy but I deserve to be taken care of just like any other patients I ask for the charge nurse and supervisor neither one them has came to my room now we been patient. Do your job and help patients who count on you for their care

    I can't say much for the rest of the place on my latest visit, and the phone receptionist definitely does their job putting you off contacting the actual people you need to contact, directly leading to my latest visit to their ER, but what an ER! That ER was chef's kiss excellent doing for me what 8 phone calls and as many different people couldn't do in the superseding week. They were so good in fact the I would give it, and everyone I saw on my visit 6/5 stars if I could. A real life saver. ;)

    If you have to go to the ER please go somewhere else. They are tremendously understaffed. After you get called from the waiting room, you will be waiting hours in your room to be seen and treated. When you are treated everything will be rushed because they have no staff. Then, even more hours will go by before you get your discharge papers. 0/10. Please go anywhere else.

    The Gastroenterology Clinic is very good. Above all, the kindness and thoroughness of this office is absolutely the best that I have encountered. I was seen by Dr. Robinson. Leilani was very kind and thorough going through my medical history as well as what brought me into the doctor today. After the appointment she went over what I should expect next along with the prescriptions that were called in. Leilani was personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Robinson went through my medical history and asked questions. I felt listened to and for the first time with the issues I am struggling with I have hope that I just won't have to deal with them for the remainder of my life with no answers. She walked me through each issue and solution. She explained the reasoning for each medication and procedure that she was recommending. Dr. Robinson was open to questions and ensured I understood what to expect before leaving the room. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson if you need to see a Gastroenterologist. Henry Ford benefits from having both Dr. Robinson and Leilani on their staff. As do all the patients that see both of them. Regarding COVID precautions, they are very on top of things. At the entrance to the building there is a preliminary screening where they have masks available (I saw both sizes for children and adults). After answering these questions I was given a clearance sticker and the gentleman asked where I was going. He gave me clear directions to the office. Once I was at the office the receptionist too asked me questions regarding possible exposure to COVID. Everyone in the office was wearing masks. There were several stations with hand sanitizer in the building.

    I go there every 4-6months for blood draws they are always polite. considerate.They answer any questions I might have.very personable and friendly. I have been to other places in past sometimes having to get poked numerous times. Never had a problem here...

    The nurses and staff are excellent if one is having a heart attach yes I would recommend. Well all hospitals are good for heart For unknow pain Hahahahahah DO NOT GO!!!!!!!! ALSO if one is having specific pain 100 % all doctors touch the area. Not this doctor and they should have called a specialist in not send you home all blood work fine CT scan good but nothing nothing reported on lungs. Basically, here we will prescribe you some prilosec but we don't know whats wrong with you I thought I would give them a try they are all about the $$$ like all other hospitals. Here is a letter I received and this is there response "YOUR EVALUATION DID NOT YIELD ANY OBVIOUS ABNORMALITIES. FROM AN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT PERSPECTIVE."...are you ready for this "THIS IS NOT UNUSUAL AS THE GOAL OF THE EMERGENCY." So if its not obvious like heart or limb they can not help you.

    I have my Blood drawn there quite often,this is at HFWH.I have never encountered a problem with anyone.Gals in the Lab are so pleasant and friendly. They even listen to me when I tell them just exactly the best place is to draw blood on me.. It's always a pleasant experience going there..

    I was not treated with respect or kindness. The doctor also left me and had me wait a long time and did not give me my paperwork. I had to leave and get the documents as she did not check me out. Also, a lot of the staff are not friendly.

    I had surgery in Jan. 2023 and it was the best experience staff was compassionate and professional to me as well as my family members who came to support me. I have been a patient at HFH all my life and over all it's always a pleasant experience.

    This was a disappointment I waited 3+ hours just to receive my discharge paper and if you say that there were a lot of people and it was busy you are wrong because there were only 5 people and more than 6 workers this is a disappointment never coming back here again

    Do not go to this hospital. They will make you wait for hours and hours, this is the second time I came here and waited for hours and ended up leaving and going to a different hospital. This time I went to this hospital and sat with the same set of people for 5 hours! and they did not even call one of them back Nobody went in and nobody came out. If you want to come to this hospital be prepared to literally wait for hours no matter how sick you are, or how much pain your in.

    Super slow receptionist on Saturday, I’m suffering and having severe pain and it’s not an emergency in here to them at this front desk 🤦🏽‍♀️ I should have stayed home and suffered through the pain. My husband ended up taking me to the main hospital’s ER much better.

    This ppl at the emergency room are rude , unprofessional from the doctors to the nurses all of them , they don’t really care about ur patients they don’t even talk to u or explain u whats going on , there’re young Middle Eastern doctors at the counter inside the ER was making fun of me as well . I found another women was passed of from them cuz they are rude. We decided to escalate the issue to an attorney the hole team should be under investigation. Henryford is not a charity hospital or those ppl helping us for free . We paid for it . I always recommend my friends n family to go outside of Dearborn for anything they need some people don’t have manor.

    Appointment with podiatry 9:15am arrived 8:49am checked in online also with Sports Medicine. Front desk female chose not to out her on the WWW, said sign in the box I said what is it concerning she stated only for payment/billing. Also given slip for x-rays. I read the slip of the wrong patient, not my name or age, of course. Everyone's sorry, even if it may harm you their sorry. After an excellent podiatry appointment, I went back to the front desk asked for copy she wanted me to go on MyChart, and I said I needed to review/read this while I'm in the building and I will wait. I would have never signed or would have opted out of most, considering it states to read all of this form before signing. So, for anyone 📚 this, do not blindly sigh your life away. Podiatry appointment 5+ young doctor one of the best appointments by far.

    I brought my 4 year old grandson to emergency for an asthma attack and they allowed him to sit in the lobby distressed. I asked them "how does that happen?" At that point, they brought him to the back. The doctor had good bedside manners. But, after he left we waited another 15-20 for breathing treatment and steroids Iwon't be back . This is not the facility I had faith in 20 years ago. Update they never sent his prescription over to pharmacy now im back in ER and have waited 2 hours for a prescription This is horrible

    Okay! First of all I am a patient of Dearborn Fairlane Henry Ford Clinic/Oncology. When I arrive, the ladies at front desk professionals and pleasant. Pharmacy, wonderful staff. Oncology, ladies at front desk, great job. Wanda, Medical Assistance she is wonderful! My second time around, she is the same from 3 years ago! Nurse: Samantha, nice lady! The staff are also wonderful (nurses) My doctor, Dr. Mattour,, awesome!! Attentive and caring. I am blessed grateful for All above who make my visits

    The doctors are good. Rest of the place is not. No one ever answers a phone to schedule an appointment. Walk in clinic? Forget it. Sat there three hours and IF the receptionists will look at you long enough to give you attitude just tell you they're still booked up and it'll be soon. Sat in ER for hours, twice, waiting for discharge papers. The second time, after two hours, walked up to the nurses station and they had no clue about discharge.

    Don’t come here if it’s an emergency, and know they will have you waiting 5 hours to be checked. I can’t believe a service that should be fast for patients feeling pain, but they got you waiting and suffering for that long. There is barely any patients I can’t count them with my fingers and still 5 hours? I mean, I would understand if it was crowded. But for about 10 patients you take 5 hours for my turn???? Saying you’ll “share this review with the appropriate staff/team” doesn’t do anything if you don’t actually do something about it.

    The slowest same day clinic ever!!!! Waited 1hr and 30mins in the back just to be seen. I been with Henry Ford for over 17years And I can’t understand why each time I’ve came to this location it takes so long. I’ve came here 4 times and always the same thing. Please work on this issue time is valuable.

    It will take you 6-10 hours after you check in until you see the doctor because he's busy in the back watching his Netflix shows. While people suffer in pain in the lobby. I miss the 90s and 2000s ER services This New Era staff just come to work for paycheck and go home

    I went in today because I had an really bad emergency. When I got there I waited 3 hrs n didn't even get to see the doc. When I asked the lady at the front desk how long it would take she said there othere situations that are more important than yours so I left but I would never come to this hospital again and the crazy part about it is that I went to Henry Ford's hospital for colonoscopy about 8 months ago and I loved it because I was well taken care of but the emergency room nope

    Made an appointment (recommended) by calling in and waited less than 15 minutes to be taken in. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and very welcoming. The nurse and doctor were also super friendly and caring. Nice to have a walk-in-clinic with staff/service like this.

    I went in for lab work and the pharmacy. It was very busy. I barely waited 3 minutes before being called in! I was extremely pleased. Stopped at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The staff was super friendly and helped with the questions I had. I would absolutely recommend both the lab and the pharmacy to friends and family.

    23 days after appointment I still have no medication. Over 20 my chart mesaages sent. Non stop phone calls but they don't answer phone. Left 3 voicemails on client care phone and noone can seem to help me. The michelle who answers complaint messages is absolutely no help whatsoever. The guy brain from client care was rude, talked over me, and was talking down to me the whole time. When I told him this is not fair I'm still bleeding and having issues before I can finish he just kept saying loudly. "Go to er then, go to er then" literally the most rude customer service ever. My dr called me yesterday after 3 weeks of stalking and told me to "call insurance myself if I want it reaolved" That is not my job. Especially after a 3 week battle just to get him to speak on it.

    Everyone I encountered were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent! I love coming to this facility because the people are very efficient and friendly. They even remembered me on my out and wished me an excellent evening. For me, it’s worth the hour drive I’ll be making when I move very soon.

    Never again will I go back to this place on 3 different occasions going in and the treatment was none successful, recently went in and told them my symptoms the nurse and doctors gave me 2 different diagnosis and 1 medication only for symptoms to worsen in less than 24 hours….. go to another hospital and automatically they tell me a whole different type of treatment was supposed to be done for my symptoms. I will never go to this place again.

    Had to find a new doctor several years back, and my pharmacist recommended one that was part of Henry Ford. Didn't want to switch but thought I'd give it a try. Well the change has been great! Everything has been spot on from check in to check out. Lab availability on site is simply amazing. No more having to go to another facility for lab tests or blood work. I haven't had one bad experience from any of the employees. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thank you for making a late-in-life change smooth and trouble free. Keep up the good work.     Score: 5+ I have never asked a technician’s name, but today I did. I want to commend Merna Zoma for great and painless professionalism in doing bloodwork. Absolutely marvelous!! Plus she was cheerful and friendly. My whole visit for a physical was pleasant in every dept. I dealt with. Receptionist: cheerful and efficient.     Haven't visited Fairlane but this is where the link directed me. I am not going to hesitate to leave my review regarding Henry Ford COLUMBUS lab. It is a glowing review because I hate a bad lab. I visit the COLUMBUS lab on a weekly basis and have experienced great service -- easy sign-in (clerks always professional) and minimum wait time. The phlebotomists (lab techs) are friendly, professional, the actual blood draw is essentially painless and the area is always clean. Highly recommend! GO COLUMBUS!

    Horrible service, disrespectful and yelling nurses and front desk people. I was seen by a doctor for x-rays 15 minutes upon arrival, I then waited 4 hours to be put into a room to see a doctor. I then waited in that room for 1.5 hours and was seen by a doctor for 30 seconds in which she issued a solution and left the room in which I waited another hour.

    I've seen doctors in Urology (Dr. David Leavitt), Ear, Nose & Throat (Dr. Laura Garcia-Rodriguez, countless trips to the ER for kidney stones and several lab & radiology visits and everybody has always been great. Dr. Garcia-Rodriguez and Dr. Leavitt are both AMAZING...Thorough, professional and always take the time to LISTEN and actually answer any questions without making me feel rushed.     Regarding Dr. Jeong. UROLOGIST. He was not cavalier during my care. I called the office for a follow up appointment and his scheduler said she had someone on the other line and would call me back. She didn’t. I called a second time and left a message to make an appointment, no response. So pray to God for help, you will at least feel like someone cares.

    The techs always take my blood easily without any problems. I have small hidden veins that makes it difficult for most techs.

    My experience at the Columbus Lab was very quick and professional. The lab tech knew what she was doing and only had to poke me once. I barely felt the needle. I was impressed because I am what they call a hard stick. So I was very happy.

    Quick registration for walk in lab work. Waited maybe 2 minutes before I was called back. The lady that drew my labs was so quick and didn’t tug and pull. Quick and painless draw. I believe her name was Kristy or Kristen. Clean place and nice staff. Highly recommend.

    I went in for terrible abdominal pain. They got me in right away, started my IV, did blood work, etc. Dr. Klein and my nurse, Kevin, were amazing. The transport staff were also very nice, as well as funny, kind, and compassionate. Best of all, I truly felt that they actually cared about my current health. Dr. Klein did think I should be sent to the main hospital for observation, but he let me go home, and I ended up right back the next day. I had the same experience as the first day with the doctor and nurses, but this time was transferred downtown (wouldn't recommend that place. 😬) So thank you, Dr. Klein and staff! Keep up the amazing work!

    I always have the absolute best experience here, everyone in registration are very organized, prompt and extremely friendly. The staff in labs were very efficient, organized and made my visit great. Highly recommend and will continue to come back for all lab work and mammograms.

    Great place to get medical care. LAB WAS GREAT CAROL WAS AEWSOMEVANDVTGE GENTLEMEN WAS SUPER NICE. COVID DRIVE UP TESTING WAS GREAT TOO. NICE PEOPLE.

    I am actually in disbelief at how horrible and pathetic a hospital can be. Worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. Took my two little sisters in because they were very sick one of them 6 MONTHS OLD and one of them 5 YEARS OLD. After waiting for more then 4 hours I ended just leaving and going to Beaumont hospital. HORRIBLE HOSPITAL. Don’t understand how the city of Dearborn has this hospital even open. If I can leave zero starts I would.

    Horrible hospital, the wait alone took me over 5 hours just to see a doctor in the ER. Poor customer service and they seem to be short staff when they have so many sick patients waiting for treatment. If you feel like spending your entire day at the hospital then Henry Ford Hospital is the place to be.
