    Drove 40 minutes to bring my 3 month old son here due to his eczema. Seen Dr. Juzych and I am disappointed. She didn't even come near my baby the entire appointment.... um what!? She also told me that the pediatricians can treat eczema.... I am just blown away with the terrible encounter and wish I didn't waste my time driving 40 minutes with an itchy newborn! Do not recommend coming here if you have any real concerns!

    I have chronic health issues that I wanted to address with a new doctor. They gave me a 20 minute appointment slot for 'anxiety'. For my very first appointment as a new patient. They didn't even turn the computer on in the room to look at my medical history. The doctor I'm seeing today is here 'temporarily to help them out'. Yeah, you guys clearly need help. Never again.

    It's hard to fathom how negative an experience this has been: multiple scheduling errors, bait & switched from seeing the actual specialist to some random resident, appt booked months in advance changed to YET ANOTHER consultation. You can't speak to the actual doctor; it's an opaque wall of seemingly incompetent staff who will give you the run around on the phone. Attempting to seek care here literally made the medical issue worse from delays, the stress this creates + the nightmare of rescheduling bs + wasted time off work = about a year into trying to get it right we are just done with this place.

    I came here through the emergency room a little over a year ago, and come to find out I needed to stay and get surgery done turns out I had to get my appendix removed that’s the first surgery I’ve had in my life I’m (24). I was there for about 3 days and the staff was absolutely AMAZING. So I’m not sure how there’s so many bad reviews. Maybe wrong day wrong place ? But each day I was there, there were new nurses each time. All amazing. Treat people how you want to be treated. I hope the birthing center is just as special as I chose to come here for my birth

    Absolutely Terrible service. Made an appointment for 2PM but the doctor was behind so they pushed it to 3 20. No big deal. I arrive early fill out the paper work and then after 30 minutes. Nothing. I wait another 10 and they tell me just five more minutes and that this doctor is chronically late. Then why the hell would you recommend him? I'm sorry but I expect a medical professional and an adult to keep basic track of time. Then they tried to keep telling me all the doctors had big followings...nice try. They were trying to sell me. You are a number here and not a patient

    Dermatology has messed up my surgery appointment so many times that it is now over a year later and I need to seek a new doctor. No one will book surgery on the first visit, so now I have to get yet another consultation. (This will be the 5th) I booked this surgery 6 months out, and even though they messed up the appointment, the best they could do is another 2 month wait. I am still in pain and we just wasted hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Go anywhere, but here.

    I just visited the Dermatology Department for the first time. The check-in was quick and the receptionist very polite. Dr. A and her assistant, Annie, were outstanding. Calmed my nerves, explained my diagnosis after a thorough exam, tried to save me $$ on the prescriptions. A very pleasant experience.

    Called the Henry Ford Dermatology department for a refill on a different prescription then what my doctor ordered 3 weeks ago and they told me they sent a message to the doctor and would get back to me. I NEVER heard back from them and call them couple weeks later because the medication was not urgent. The person on the phone named LIZ in the Dermatology department was SCREAMING at me through the phone with a huge attitude. I told her my situation to which she responded by gaslighting me and not believing me when I said that I DID IN FACT call 3 weeks ago for a different prescription. She then proceeds to send another message to the doctor by LITERALLY SCREAMING THROUGH THE LINE. This is NOT at all how I expected Henry Ford’s customer service to be nor did I expect this from their staff. The many times that I have gone there, the staff were very friendly. I suggest MRS LIZ to not get so excited to leave her shift so early and get mad when a call comes through. THATS YOUR JOB LIZ.

    Doctors and nurse are perfect I called to reschedule my kids appointments before I finish talking to her she just hang up and last month whoever answered the phone she was so rude

    It was horrible, doctor Jaffery only saw me for like 3 minutes, when I was talking about having symptoms of depression she just brushed it off when I had stated lose of interest, stress, mood swings, weight gain, sleep problems, etc. I wish doctors didn’t rushed our visit. It was my first time doing to the doctor and it was an awful experience.

    Very thanks to all the lab staff members! I passed out while giving my blood test, and staff members helped me to recover by providing juices. But it went so bad I vomited all juices, but staff members took care of me and took me to doctors' attention. They make sure I fully recovered before I leave the hospital. Thanks All !

    I made an appointment for my son with Dr Bazzi. I took off work because my son had a problem with his shoulder. My son’s driving all the way from Landing rushing to make it on time, planning this appointment for months my son asked me to go with him very difficult him being in school in Lansing and I working. We got to the appointment, time for my son to go in, I his mother, was stopped at the door by the assistant and was told that I can’t go in with my son, per policy the assistant said. I was shocked and I told her isn’t this an Henry Ford clinic? because this is not the policy. I know Henry Ford patient and family policy. Is this a policy that you’re just making up. She said no the doctor told me. She kicked me out and closed the door. Off course after that the Doctor came and tried to clean up the mess. It was the worst experience ever encountered in a clinic in a doctor’s office. Just because my son turned 19 I wasn’t aloud to go with him discuss his medical problem. Unbelievable, some things need changing in that clinic, to treat people with disrespect and make up your own policy about the clinic unexceptionable. Never want to see that assistant or the doctor again

    Wow, I wish i would have read the reviews prior to my appointment. NEVER have a procedure with Dermatology. Predatory and deceptive billing practices on top of poor patient experiences. UPDATE: After much back and forth they removed my fraudulent charges after seeing I had an upcoming appointment booked. However, after cancelling my appointment they added the charges back to my bill ($1,200) for a routine skin examine and procedure. Previously (18 months before) this same procedure cost me under $200…

    We seen the pediatric dermatologist, Dr. Shwayder. Great guy with the kids. Every pediatric doctor should be this way. Very fun and warm to the kids and educated! Highly recommend! Why are all the best docs the specialist?!

    I think this place is so big you really need to look at the reviews for the individual doctor/unit (like I went to family medicine and Dr. Hendrick was amazing, the checkin was easy, all of the staff was great, I got in a few minutes before my appointment and was out of there on time. It was my first time going to the doctors in years, and afterwards I couldn't believe I was even nervous, it was a great experience (never thought I'd say that about going to the doctors). Couldn't tell you about any of the other specialities as they have separate waiting rooms.)

    Again, a HFHS Technician goes the extra mile! The visit was great, but I have to give a Special shout out to Ursa Romano, whom literally came out to the parking lot to tell me she would like to add a layer of protective bandage over a cut injury! Amazing! Give that Professional an Award... she's helping HFHS SHINE!!

    Keeping patients waiting is their tradition. I went there twice. The first time I wait in waiting room for more than one hour and then in the doctor office for another hour. The second time 40 minutes in waiting room and 1 hour in the doctor office. They always ask me to come in 10-15 minutes early which I did. The doctor I visited is OK, I mean normal just like all other doctors. I'm lazy to find another doctor outside Henry system. I think there must be something wrong with their schedule system or staff working around the system. If you try to become their new patient, think it again see if you could find a provider some where else.

    Worst experience in my doctor visit history, I went there for stomach issues, but doctor didn’t ask me to do physical check then charge me for physical check. I have to pay for it.
