So easy. So quick. So efficient! I frequent various locations of HFHS clinics due to the size of my family and the needs according to timing and the location nearest me determines which one I go to. However, this location by far has been kind, engaged, and the team has a true north type of view! The process was lean and not fragmented... flowed smoothly. The staff worked well together seamlessly, and the quickness to be seen and the visit completed put a smile on my kid’s face because we were off to get the medicine needed. Thank you! I’m glad you’re close to home!

When you are really sick but put off going to the doctor, then you have no choice and it's after 6:00 pm, expectations are not high when going to a walk-in. My experience at this clinic from walking in the door, to picking up my prescriptions (called in ahead of time!) was great. Everyone was kind, professional, efficient, more than competent and treat assertively. I prefer this clinic over my primary care office. In fact I wish they were my primary care office. I'm pretty sure my experience was real and not a delirious fever dream as a result of waiting to long to go to the doctor's so I recommend it highly.

I ended up being pretty sick in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. I was hesitant to go to a walk in clinic but felt like I didn't have a choice. I tried another clinic first who told me I needed to go an urgent care. I checked in online and waited less then five minutes before being taken back. Dr. Brown listened to my concerns and was able to quickly diagnose what the problem was. They gave me some medication to help me while I was there and also sent prescriptions to my local pharmacy which were ready for pick up on my way home. Highly recommend them if you are unable to get in with your regular doctor! Hopefully I don't have to go in again but would without hesitation.

This was the second time that my husband visited this facility. The people were extremely pleasant from the personnel at the door to the young lady at the check-in counter. The Nurse Asst., Siobhan, and the doctor were very pleasant and very helpful. We will continue to use and recommend this facility. It was a great experience today.

Was easy to make an appointment online, and there wasn't a very long wait compared to my experiences at other urgent care or walk in clinics. I was very pleased and would definitely try them first over other walk in clinics going forward. Staff, Nurses and Dr were all great to work with.

I scheduled a last minute appointment at the clinic and was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in 40 minutes! Yes, I said 40 minutes. Even at the end of a long day, everyone I encountered was so nice. I will definitely use this urgent care clinic in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Dr. E. Johnson was very rude. I didn’t catch the name of her medical assistant as she or the Dr. did not introduce themselves , but she was also very rude as well. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected in my entire life with medical staff. I was sent In by my PCP and was treated like less than. I am also a medical profession and Cottage Urgent Care is the prime example of how NOT to treat patients or others in general.

Dr. Malik very patient and professional; thorough explanations. RN Betty friendly, professional and thorough. Receptionist very professional and friendly. Pleasant environment. VERY MUCH APPRECIATE chairs placed outside the waiting room so TV is NOT an aggravating distraction.

Have been here many times with great experiences, but today was horrible. Made an appointment online, didn't matter, we sat waiting for over 2 hours. We were patient and understanding. Until we got to the exam room and the doctor was so short, snippy and unprofessional that I will never be back. Dr. Ethelyn Johnson needs to find a different profession. She didn't even bother to examine my daughter properly, but cut her off when she was explaining her symptoms, and said "it's viral". Didn't other to look at her ears and nose, and when I asked about it, she condescendingly told me that looking at her ears "wouldn't tell me anything". When she asked my daughter if she wanted to get a Covid test, and my daughter looked at me, the doctor said "how old are you? you can answer me". We walked out, and will go anywhere else but here from now on! The only reason I am even giving 1 star is for the nice people at the desk.

Perfection! Signed up online and I was attended right away. The staff was swift and wonderful. The doctor was great! He identified the issue immediately and prescribed antibiotics.

Compassionate staff. I have a strained knee and in a lot of pain, the staff focused on making sure my pain was managed. In and out in less than an hour that included x-ray report that took just 30 mins. Very well done. Jayant

New to town and my insurance hasn't kicked in yet. I went to this clinic since the reviews seemed nice and I really needed some medications or advice to kick this cold. I have extreme ear pains, green mucus, and a sore throat (I barely have a voice). My issue isn't that they wouldn't give me antibiotics, it is was that Dr. Muhammad was dismissive to my concerns. I went and paid out of pocket to go see him for him to tell me to keep taking the same medicines I have been. Felt like a waste or my time and money.

Friendly and helpful Doesn't get any better than this. Everyone was efficient and knowledgable. I feel better already😊

On Easter Sunday, 2021, at approximately 8:30 am, I had to visit this Henry Ford Walk-in Clinic. I was really sick. The staff at this Clinic was amazing. The staff was very professional, accommodating, courteous and compassionate. My time to wait to be examined, was '0' minutes.

Was dealing with a tough cold that i could not shake off. Couldn't get in to my normal doctor and did not feel bad enough for urgent care. The folks at the desk got my info fast, waited only 5 minutes and got in. Nurse was super nice, the doctor too. Had a great time.

This Walk-in Clinic is the best one I have ever used. The staff is kind as well as professional and efficient. The medical care by all the staff top notch. They listen and respond. I am very thankful for the treatment I have received there.

It is wonderful to have such a great alternative to either going to a crowded, expensive emergency room or trying to get an appointment with your regular doctor, which takes way too long for urgent, but easily treated, problems like a bladder infection. I've been going to this clinic for years now. I can get an appointment within a couple of hours, and Have always gotten great treatment. One time I even got a follow up call back when later test results called for a modification in my treatment.

I was seen in the Pierson walk in clinic for treatment of my asthma. The staff was very attentive to my needs. Even though I was quoted a 6 hour wait, I was seen in approximately 1.5 hours. They even checked on me in the lobby. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff is so efficient and friendly and they made it so easy and quick. I would recommend this place to anyone. We will always using it in the future.

The walk-in doctor visit was Best customer service ever, Thank you Dr. Zimmer and the Nurse, and the Registration Receptionist, they were very kind and compassionate.

Made an appointment on line and they were very prompt. Good service; both the nurse and Doctor were courteous, efficient and competent. My wife and I have gone there numerous times and are always satisfied. Better service and wait times than emergency rooms and other urgent care facilities in the area.

By far the best walk in clinic in town. Quick check in, not a long wait and the doctor is in quickly. Unfortunately I’ve been there several times this winter and have nothing but good to say. The doctors, especially Indigo Brown, DO work with you, listen to you and send you on your way well taken care. If only my primary care doc and his staff worked this efficiently, he doesn’t.

The service was fast. Arrived a couple minutes early and was called to the back shortly after. Everyone was nice as polite. Doctor came right in and was able to assist me right away. No long waiting time. Walked right down the street to RiteAid to fill my prescription I was given and was back home within the hour. Would definitely return if I can’t get an appointment with my primary doctor.
