Have been a member for 18 years. Just started back after a long hiatus. Facility was quiet and clean. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here.

Clean and convenient! The stand up tanning beds are new! I got a lil burned at 9 minutes. If your not super dark, go for less time.

This Fitness 19 location is by far and away the highest quality gym I have been to. The facility is always clean as can be no matter the time of day. The variety of equipment available makes this gym suitable for all types of fitness; cardio, core, upper and lower body focused lifting. Another important thing I like about this gym is the members and staff alike are friendly and outgoing, making it a great environment to workout in. The gym also has a good variety of beverages such as energy and protein drinks available and members even receive a discount from the Clean Juice bar located below the gym. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!

My wife and I wouldn't go anywhere else but Fitness 19 to work out. Justin and staff do a tremendous job. They provide a very friendly and accommodating atmosphere. They keep the equipment and surrounding areas SPOTLESS! We highly recommend Fitness 19 in Rochester Hills.

I’ve been a member at this gym for going on 3 years. Staff is always friendly and greets you by name. Surfaces constantly being cleaned and wiped, you can tell they put effort in here. Would recommend this gym to anybody!

I’ve been a member at fitness 19 for about a year now, it’s been a great experience. I’ve had memberships to other gyms that give off a flashy sort of appeal, but don’t deliver. Fitness 19 has all the equipment that you need to get your workout done, as well as a staff thats very friendly, Professional, and personable. During Covid times, they’ve done a great job of keeping their clients safe, as well as making sure the gym is cleaned and disinfected all the time. I’ve been working with a trainer their name Sebastian for about the last 10 months, he’s pushed me to become more active and the workouts he puts me through have definitely started to pay off. They will cater work out plans to you to fit what you are looking for, whether it be losing weight, adding muscle, or anything else. It’s a great gym to be a part of, and almost feels like you’re a part of a community at fitness 19.

I was very pleased with the abundance and also availability of the different exercise machines at this gym. The staff is very helpful and the place is extremely clean. There is plenty of natural light coming in from all of the windows so that you don’t feel “trapped“ inside. I also love the fact that they are taking extra precautionary steps to keep their facilities safer right now by having a professional disinfectant company spray all of the equipment weekly.

This Fitness 19 is AWESOME!! It is everything you want in a gym. The staff that are helpful, welcoming, and truly care about you and your needs. They are also well educated; this makes the personal training experience well worth the already low rates! SHOOT OUT TO THE STAFF, YOUR GREAT. The gym is SUPER CLEAN... I mean seriously it's clean; they take sanitary to the next level! The atmosphere of the gym is very comforting and non-intimidating which makes work outs more enjoyable for everyone. Finally, there are many discounts and incentives that go on throughout the year which makes this place even more affordable then their already low rates. Fitness 19 has done an amazing job at making me feel safe coming back to workout. The gym is super clean with staff cleaning equipment and mainting the cleanliness of the gym which I really appreciate in these time. The staff is also really friendly which is a plus too!

First time gym goer. This is a great non intimidating atmosphere. Staff is always willing to help or show me how to use a machine I'm unsure of. The place is spotless. The daycare staff is great and I don't worry at all about my 2 kids while I am in the gym bettering my health. Definitely recommend the personal training. In particular, for me the buddy training has been amazing. I get to workout with my best friend and learn from a professional proper form, full body workouts, and even ways to better my eating habits outside of the gym. Everything we learn in sessions is kept in a folder we can access even when we aren't training. The trainer Josh is extremely knowledgeable and has an answer for every question we have.. and gives us a kick ass workout you can't get anywhere else. Fitness 19 has enabled me to be a working mom and student and still make time to get in shape. I make a 30 minute drive to go to this location and it's worth it!

I have been a member here for several years and the gym is fantastic. There is a wide variety of equipment, a wide variety of people/members and it works for all. The entire staff is caring, and keeps the place clean and with a friendly atmosphere. I hope if you are someone who is reading reviews to decide if you would join, this makes you decide to do so- it is a great gym.

Every time you walk in the staff is very welcoming! By far one of the cleanest gyms I have seen. There is never a time where it is overly crowded, which makes it easier to get your workout in. From the selection of workout equipment, free weights, and cardio equipment you cannot beat how affordable it is. Josh and his team have definitely turned Fitness 19 around and go above and beyond the expected. Top notch gym and one I would definitely recommend joining if you are not a member. I am confident I am speaking for many of the other members as well.

This gym has everything you need at affordable prices. Staff is always friendly and I’ve never seen the gym not clean. Caters to everyone from casual gym goers to experienced lifters. They also just went 24 hours which has been an awesome addition that I have been taking advantage of.
