I was in the upstairs weight room today and a man who I believe to be a personal trainer kept trying to give me unsolicited advice about how I should be lifting my weight. I never asked for help. I then asked who he was and he called me rude? I come to the gym to enjoy myself and work-out at my leisure, not to be critiqued about my posture or how I should be lifting. Very unprofessional. I'm in fine shape by myself nor did I ever ask for assistance. I mind my own business and don't need to be called rude from some one I never even provoked to talk to me. Some people are self-conscious and shy when going to the gym. People like this scare off customers. I normally really like this gym but I'm extremely offended.

Very friendly staff. At this point in time gym equipment is a bit older. They have been updating a lot which is great! Squash court fees for members is ridiculous... almost $10 to play a person even if you are already a member at the "squash AND fitness" gym.... the only time it is free is after 9pm... I would pay more a month to play when ever I want for free instead of almost $10 every time on top of my membership...

I'm used to dealing with pests in my line of work, but it is the exact opposite when it comes to Windsor squash and fitness. They are so cool here I can't believe it. Everyone that worksout here is cool, staff is cool as well. All around great place.

Friendly staff and members. Has all good amenities but the steam room and suana is down half the year. Got new machines and lots of fun stuff going around. Steam room has been down for more then 3 months which can be a downer for someone who loves using it post excersize.

Please fix your basketball mesh. It is more important to fix the exorcise equipment than to load up on beer and alcohol at a gym

Friendly staff and patrons, but not overly friendly. Decent variety of group classes. I don't have much of a basis of comparison, but I felt comfortable here, which is why I signed up. Only dislike: beautiful wood sauna is not for steaming. But there's a steam room, which is neat.

Josh rankine is by far the biggest stud to ever work the front desk. Extremely helpful! Always has a towel ready for my sweat sesshhhhhh!!!
