Gym…
Where
do
I
begin?
I
signed
up
at
the
St.
Clair
Shores
Club
with
Ava.
I
was
immediately
drawn
to
her
energy.
She
quickly
got
my
oldest
son
and
I
signed
up.
We
both
were
unsure
of
our
fitness
journey
ahead
but
knew
we
needed
to
start
on
new
goals
and
wanted
it
to
be
with
MAC.
My
intuition
is
strong
and
I
know
when
I’m
in
the
company
of
good
people.
My
son
enjoys
early
morning
workouts
right
around
the
corner
before
school.
I
took
some
incredible
group
fitness
courses
with
Debbie
@SCS,
I
can’t
recommend
her
enough.
It
was
when
I
ventured
to
the
Mt.
Clemens
location
to
try
the
Armageddon
class
(INSANE
:)
that
I
connected
with
Garry
and
set
an
appointment
for
my
newly
established
goals.
He
set
me
up
with
Josh
Jackson
and
that’s
where
the
value
of
joining
MAC
truly
changed
my
entire
outlook.
It
wasn’t
because
I
wasn’t
knowledgeable
in
many
subjects
pertaining
to
fitness,
nutrition
and
health.
It
was
because
Garry
matched
my
energy
with
someone
who
is
the
only
type
of
person
that
I
am
able
to
successfully
learn
from
and
be
inspired
by.
Josh
not
only
has
an
incredibly
calm
and
welcoming
demeanor
but
he
excels
at
the
subjects
I
lack
and
teaches
them
to
me
in
a
way
I
not
only
understand
but
I
never
feel
foolish
or
defeated
while
doing
so.
Only
encouraged
and
supported.
I’ve
always
been
curious
about
weight
lifting.
But
I
never
needed
to
learn
and
have
help
gaining,
like
I
have
now.
I
look
forward
to
every
Monday,
Wednesday
and
Friday
with
Josh.
The
calm
to
my
storm
at
the
end
of
a
busy
work
day.
I
come
stressed.
I
leave
stronger,
more
capable
and
inspired
to
reach
my
goals.
I
don’t
think
there
is
a
session
where
we
haven’t
had
a
good
laugh.
Which
is
also,
oddly
important
to
me.
I’m
a
38
year
old
single
Mom
of
two
boys
and
I
work
full
time.
I
may
have
more
knowledge
than
most
but
I
joined
MAC
to
to
teach
me
what
I
don’t
know
about
the
only
thing
keeping
this
train
successfully
moving…
my
health!
