My
experience
at
this
Gym
has
been
so
very
good
that
I
am
still
coming
here
after
3
months
of
starting.
Anybody
that
knows
me
will
know
that's
a
pretty
big
deal.
I
have
been
to
gyms
in
the
past
and
I
have
had
two
separate
kinds
of
issues:
1)
You
go
to
a
gym,
you
get
a
personal
session
(usually
a
free
introductory
one)
and
then
you're
on
your
own.
For
someone
new
(and
usually
self-conscious)
understanding
what
to
do
and
if
you
are
doing
it
properly
becomes
challenging.
2)
You
go
to
another
gym
and
they
have
a
program
led
by
an
instructor,
but
it
is
usually
a
HIIT
type
place
where
after
about
a
month,
you
may
feel
great
but
are
always
exhausted.
Can
your
body
handle
this
type
of
a
workout
in
the
long
term?
Mine
can't.
I
tried,
not
very
hard,
but
I
did
try.
So,
after
all
these
experiences,
I
found
this
place.
You
come
in,
all
nervous,
and
you're
greeted
by
a
friendly
smile
and
get
approached
by
strangers
asking
about
you,
in
a
very
warm
and
welcoming
way.
Ooooh,
maybe
this
is
a
social
club
more
than
a
workout
place.
Then
the
actual
workout
kicks
in
and
you
realize
you
can
actually
feel
pain
in
places
you'd
forgotten
you
used.
At
the
end
of
the
session-
smiles,
high-fives
and
encouragement
from
staff
and
your
peers.
Two
weeks
in,
the
pain
fades,
four
weeks
in,
and
you
begin
to
feel
like
something
is
off
on
days
you
don't
go,
three
months
in,
and
people
start
to
tell
you
about
your
new
look
(muscles
baby!)...and
I
can't
wait
to
see
what
happens
six
months
in.
All
in
all,
if
you're
looking
for
love,
come
here,
cuz
baby,
no
one
will
love
you
more
than
yourself
after
a
few
months
here.
If
you
are
already
in
love,
come
here,
cuz
you'll
see
a
new
way
to
live
and
spice
up
the
games
with
all
the
new
things
your
body
can
do.
Can't
recommend
this
place
enough.
Stop
reading
and
start
joining.
