    I’ve been working with Pierre at GIVE Fitness for the past year, and he continuously pushes me toward my fitness goals! He encourages me to keep going, applauds my success, creates meal plans based on my goals, is very accommodating with my schedule, and always reminds me why I started. I’ve worked with some of the other trainers at this gym, and they are all dedicated to seeing you meet your personal goals. Their services are very reasonably priced, and the value of the experience is far greater!

    Training with Pierre at GIVE Fitness has helped me lose 60 pounds and the best part is that I've kept it off 5+ years! I couldn't have done it without the help and motivation from Pierre and his staff. I originally started training with Pierre to pass an employment physical fitness test. I was overweight, hated exercise, and wasn't sure how long it would last. Pierre kept me motivated over the years to keep exercising and keep reaching for more. That's the best part about GIVE Fitness is that they won't give up on you and they won't let you fail! I now have way more energy, feel happier, and couldn't be more proud of all that I accomplished! Pierre is a very energetic trainer and he always comes up with some new and fun exercises. I would highly recommend GIVE Fitness to anyone who wants to improve their health and wellness!

    This post was from 6 years ago below! I am still with Pierre. I do the zoom classes. There is a wide variety for me to choose from so I don't get bored. I have come a long way from 6 years ago. Pierre keeps me encouraged, supported and on task. This is an investment in my long term physical health, my brain and emotional well-being. Thank you Pierre for offering these classes. I benefit greatly from them. This place is the best! 30 minutes box and burn is challenging enough for every fitness level. I like that it's all shapes, sizes and ages are there. Box and burn is great, when you think you can't do anymore, the time is up! I have been going for more than a year, all the instructors have helped me reach different fitness goals. When I hurt my foot and wrist, they customized a routine for me so I can still participate. Working out takes a lot of motivation, but this program makes it easier to keep up your goals to get strong.

    I've been coming to Give Fitness for 2 years and it's one of the best choices I could have made! Its is a great place to work out. The trainers are attentive and push each person to their personal fitness goals...and further. Pierre designed a personal training program tailored to my fitness and weight loss goals. It's a comfortable atmosphere and I've met so many great people while working out here. The facilities and location is convenient, just outside of the downtown Detroit. I've recommended Give Fitness to several coworkers and friends and they are just as happy with the services. Highly recommended!

    Give Fitness is a great place to work out. Training with Pierre has been a great experience for me. He designed an amazing program for my special needs, to help me stay active while pushing me just above my comfort zone. It's a comfortable atmosphere not too crowded but fun. The facilities and location is convenient just outside of the downtown area. Highly recommended!

    Training at GIVE Fitness has been life changing for me! Before I met Pierre, I was at a plateau and limited by old sport injuries. Pierre's knowledge and motivation helped me completely repair and strengthen my shoulders. I have put on more lean muscle mass than I ever thought i could. I have trained with the GIVE Fitness staff for many years now and really look forward to my weekly appointment. So happy I found this place!

    Give Fitness is a great place for those looking to achieve their fitness goals. Pierre is a superb trainer. He mixes his deep knowledge of physical fitness with constant motivation and his innate positive energy. The varied workouts are challenging but also fun. And the Meal plans contribute toward your wholistic regimen. There is no harsh judgment here - only thoughtful tools to help you and your body feel good.

    Very organized with app scheduling making it easier to workout on a consistent basis. Pierre is very knowledgeable and led me to losing over 25 pounds in the fall. It is a fun, nonjudgmental personal training facility. I highly encourage if you truly want to hit your fitness goals

    I have been working with Pierre for about 3 months now and the transformation that I see in myself mentally and physically have been outstanding. The training sessions are just enough to push you beyond your comfort zone and in to results! The other members are a pleasure to workout alongside (a mix of young and mid age professionals) and we encourage each other! Very glad I stumbled upon G.I.V.E. fitness, as it has been a perfect match for my busy lifestyle.

    I have been going to GIVE Fitness since January 2022. After 2 years of not doing any real fitness (thanks pandemic!), I had to get real and I am so glad I found Pierre and GIVE Fitness! Pierre specializes in designing programs for the client based on their needs, medical conditions, limitations, etc. He pushes me just hard enough that I feel the results, but I am not having to lay around the rest of the week to recover from my workout. And I'm definitely feeling and seeing the results. The gym is a well-stocked boutique gym. If you do PT, it is semi-private, meaning that there could be up to three other people in the session but they are in their own area, working their own program. It's very easy to schedule PT in the app and you can see if other people are in that session (I can often find a slot where it is just me). In addition to PT, there are also group classes which you can go to if you are a PT-client or you can go to just as a class-only member. You can schedule for the classes in the app too, I think those have a 6 person limit. There's "Box and Burn", "Body Burn", and good ol' "Thighs, Butts, and Guts"! 100% recommend Pierre to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

    I have been going to Give Fitness for about six months. I love the classes especially the Box and Burn. It is challenging and so much fun. My personal training sessions with Pierre focuses on my specific goals. I have more strength, endurance, and my body is shaping up quite nicely.

    I began attending sessions in November 2018, in the beginning I struggled to keep up but eventually I got the hang of it. I love the boxing sessions the most, the Give Fitness app allows me to conveniently schedule my sessions, the notifications keep me informed, and the newsletter is an added bonus. I recommend to anyone that has had weight loss surgery because it will help you tone and increase your fitness level.
