A
year
ago
if
you
told
me
that
I
would
genuinely
enjoy
going
to
the
gym,
I
would
have
laughed
so
hard
you
would
have
had
to
take
me
to
the
ER
to
get
a
sedative.
I
never
really
saw
myself
as
a
gym
kind
of
person,
I'm
very
self-conscious
and
never
thought
I'd
be
comfortable
in
a
gym
setting.
Yeah
I
enjoyed
long
walks
on
the
beach
and
getting
caught
in
the
rain
(although
oddly
I
don't
like
pina
coladas),
but
gyms
always
seemed
so
daunting
and
intimidating.
I
felt
like
you
had
to
go
to
the
gym
to
get
fit
but
also
you
had
to
already
be
fit
to
go
to
the
gym.
I
decided
to
take
a
chance
to
try
to
find
a
women's
gym
near
me
because
I
though
that
it
would
maybe
have
a
better
vibe
and
less
judgment
(or
perceived
judgment),
and
boy
was
I
RIGHT.
This
is
one
of
the
most
upbeat
and
supportive
places
I've
ever
been.
Not
only
is
the
staff
amazing,
but
the
members
are
wonderful
too.
It's
where
everybody
knows
your
name
(da
da
da
da),
and
they're
always
glad
you
came.
I've
never
heard
an
unkind
word
here
and
the
staff
offer
nothing
but
encouragement.
The
only
thing
more
supportive
is
a
bra,
and
who
wants
to
wear
one
of
those.
Some
more
specific
things
that
I
enjoy:
-
Membership
fees
are
VERY
comparable
to
other
gyms
(even
the
chain
gyms
like
anytime
fitness)
-
You
can't
take
photos
or
videos
out
on
the
gym
floor.
I
especially
appreciate
this
as
I
don't
want
to
be
all
red-faced
and
sweaty
in
the
back
of
someone's
tiktok
or
abs
selfie
-
When
you
sign
up
you
get
three
free
circuit
training
sessions
where
they
teach
you
how
to
use
all
the
weight
lifting
equipment
and
give
you
a
recommended
workout/machine
rotation.
They
teach
you
how
to
set
it
correctly
to
your
height,
how
to
know
the
right
weight
to
set
it
at,
and
how
to
properly
lift
the
weights
(I
had
to
re-learn
how
to
breathe).
During
the
first
session
I
didn't
even
know
you
had
to
set
the
equipment
to
fit
you,
but
by
the
end
of
the
third
I
was
feeling
confident
enough
to
come
back
and
do
it
all
by
myself.

All
classes
are
included
in
the
price
of
membership.
I'm
personally
more
of
a
go-at-your-own-pace
person
but
I
absolutely
LOVE
the
zumba
classes.
There's
a
large
variety
of
classes
and
no
matter
what
fitness
level
you
are,
you
will
be
welcomed
and
encouraged
through
the
whole
class
There
aren't
not
enough
words
or
room
on
the
internet
to
praise
this
gym
to
the
full
extent.
I
highly
suggest
that
you
set
up
and
appointment
to
at
least
check
it
out.
The
first
time
I
went
in
I
was
just
going
to
look
around
and
decide
later,
but
I
ended
up
immediately
getting
a
membership.
If
you
don't
like
this
gym
after
you've
gone,
feel
free
to
come
back
to
this
review
and
yell
at
me,
but,
as
a
warning,
I
will
defend
it
to
my
last
breath
(although
if
you
catch
me
after
zumba
I
might
not
have
much
breath
left).
