    I love the fact that although this is a class setup the instructor is very involved with giving you one on one attention during the workout and she encourages you in a positive way uplifting you from any insecurities.

    I went for the first time today and I absolutely loved it everybody was very professional and the class was absolutely awesome

    What a great place for a workout! The trainers are great, the workout includes cardio, boxing and core exercises. I'm addicted!
