Pleasant staff but too few to meet demand. Starbucks coffee and treats as one expects.

Great service, nice and clean, friendly staff, but they took my favorite breakfast item totally off the menu (steak and egg wrap) without explanation to the staff on why. Starbucks has now lost 3 stars because of this.

Limited seating and they do not accept their own Starbucks loyalty points (you can also not collect stars at this location)

There are four Starbucks locations in downtown Detroit. But this is my preferred one. Staff, they're friendly. Drinks, oh boy, perfect every time. 10 out of 10!

Customer service for the most part was good…. But on my 3rd day visiting I placed an order and when I realized I didn’t get one of my coffees I asked the young lady. She snapped on me and said I set it down I can’t help you didn’t grab it. There is a word for this young lady and it starts with a B. Get your stuff straight young lady I was only asking for my coffee come to find out she charged me for an extra one so my 1 cup of coffee cost double

This is a great Starbucks. The staff is super friendlyband they'll remember your favorite after just a couple of visits. It's inside the historical Book Cadillac Hotel with seating outdoors when it's warm.

I just came from there and my service was the worst I ever experienced in my life. I paid for a carmel macchiato with an espresso and a double bacon with cheese croissant. They got my sandwich wrong with an English muffin, then they gave me a regular croissant. When I asked for a refund, they acted like it was their first day on the job and neglected to refund me my money for my croissant sandwich I didn't receive. Then, instead of remaking my sandwich the right way, they gave me an expired lemon loaf as though that would lessen the punitive damages already done. I realize I will never be compensated. Take a good look at yourselves, Westin and Starbuck's Company Founders/Presidents. You're supposed to be an upscale establishment. From the looks of things, a parakeet would have handled this transaction more professionally. Thanks for nothing.

Sadly you cannot use your rewards here! Decent environment, but not a full fledged Starbucks. Beware!

The coffee did not taste good. Lacked flavour, not hot enough. A nice venue, and kind employee.

My vanilla bean frappe😋😋😋 is EXCELLENT 👍 😍💖 every time I come here. Yummy for my tummy especially when it hot outside. Come and ENJOYYY. FRIENDLY fast service.

It's your typical Starbucks. It is right inside of a hotel, but the Starbucks itself has very little seating. However they let me chill there for about 2 hours while I was waiting for some other business to wrap up and I appreciated a place to sit and drink and snack for that slice of my day.

The Hotel needs to allow QR code scanning for payment. Its inconvenient to not have. The staff moves like pond water and they have attitudes. Dont get mad at me because you messed up putting my drink into my container. Then, when I asked for my cup back because you didnt put the drink inside, the short hispanic barista had the audacity to get mad that I demanded my cup back. Should have given it when I first asked.

This Starbucks is very good! There is a nice place to hang out. It is a nice Starbucks downtown to hang out in in the base of the Westin.

Ordered a cinnamon dolce latte and they gave me a chai? They just keep messing up my order, it’s weird.

Super delicious drink. I had the passion mango tea lemonade unsweetened....yum. I then had egg whites with red pepper for lunch! Delicious
