You will be happy to visit this shop. Great blended Carmel coffee Drink and the egg, sausage,and cheese sandwich on an asiago cheese bagel is so good. I recommend it for sure.

Very rude workers. When they tried to explain something, it was like they were talking to someone CRAZY. Did not like this experince at all If they had 0 stars, I would put that Will never come here again

Worst service I asked to toast my bagel they told me there is a charge horrible and they taste better from Meijer and cost less if I wanted non toasted Bagels why would I come to you anyway nasty unfriendly and will never step at your place There is place Big Apple Bagel not too far I guess me and my kids will be going somewhere else

Bagels are good but employees working over there who served me is a middle aged lady is very reckless and food she served is not hot and cream-cheese was all over the bagel and the bag. Worst server i have seen!!!

I ordered a bagel and cold brew coffee... they definitely microwaved the bagel instead of toasting, barely put any cream cheese, barely any milk in the coffee but a obscene amount of sugar. Inedible

They have a picture on the door that they will open at 11:30 – 12 noon they only do doordash orders I waited 30 minutes came back at 11:45 and I just wanted one bagel and she rudely responded we open at 12 and walked away

This location did not have access to mobile ordering. It also had huge orders for downtown Detroit. As a result, I waited 25 minutes to order a bagel and coffee. I will not be back to this location.

The place was nice and clean. The employees were nice and friendly. They greet you soon as you come through the door even the Manager, Michelle was very friendly and helpful.

They have constant issues with online ordering and their card readers that they do not address. Don't waste your time here, move along to any other reliable option

Today, as I was walking in on my lunch break, I find out, yet again, they don’t accept card, only cash because their machines are down?? As I expressed my unhappiness about this they told me to get out!! I gladly left and will never come back.

My boyfriend and I are from Ontario, Canada and we were visiting Michigan last weekend. We stopped here for breakfast and they were easily the best bagels we have ever had! The staff was so friendly and our bagels were fresh and delicious! Highly recommend to anyone. I wish we had one where we live!!

This place has not accepted card for months now. No joke. Months! The size of the bagel has decreased at least 30% if not more. One bagel is no longer filling.

Bagel was tasty service acceptable this location is still operating in a covid era mode it just doesn't make sense

Employees holding their phones, touching their faces, and eating with the same gloves they’re preparing food with. Entryway dirty. Trash all over the parking lot. 2 stars for service with a smile but someone please get the health department in there.

The food was horrible they put a lot of cream cheese on my bagel 🥯 I wasn’t oven able to eat the staff is very rude and disrespectful when talking to clients I other a lox bagel 🥯 before it was nothing like this I had to throw it away, wasn’t able to eat it ..

Earlier this week I wanted a fresh bagel...they recommended the 6 cheese bagel...OMG it hit the spot especially with the honey cream cheese...that took it over the top...the crew was very professional... I can't afford to go often but I'll be back thank you so much.

The lady was a bit rude, and pretty much forced me to tip her, and the bagels were stale.

All nighter bagel looks nothing like the picture! Definitely a catfish! And they even forgot my hash brown. The churro party bagel was always not available after I paid for it
