Just wanted to say this coffee is amazing and very fairly priced. I don't think you will find a more authentic shop around. There is no commercialization and this truly is a "hidden gem". The gentleman who makes the coffee is Turkish and roasts fresh coffee every day. No chemicals or nonsense in his coffee. As a matter of fact many restaurants in the Detroit area use his coffee. Also he ships to many people across the United States. This place should be on the food Network!!

Excellent coffee! My wife and I spent a whole week sampling different coffee beans from Starbucks to other local stores and none produced the same rich flavor that Qazzaz did. The owner is very professional, responsive and passionate about his brand. Looking forward to each and every cup of coffee/shot of espresso thanks to the quality product.

I can't think of any coffee roasting shop around that delivers the same experience and quality as this place does. Very genuine people and amazing fresh coffee. From single origin to their special blends, turkish style or drip, they have it and best of all it's very cheap!

Hidden secret of Dearborn. Freshly roasted coffee.. They fine grind it for me with roasted cardamom for turkish coffee and I got some whole beans to grind for my everyday use. Proprietor is a walking coffee encyclopedia.

When it comes to coffee, I am serious. And the beans here are SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS. I bought the light roasted beans and they are great for home brewing (I do pour over using Tetsu Kasuya’s method). It tastes so good and fresh. I was told that my beans had been roasted just 1 day before my purchase and it was true, by looking at the blooming I could tell. In terms of taste and flavor, it is kind of herbal and spice, not really sweet for the after taste (perhaps because I used the light roast, next time I will try darker roast and see if I can squeeze some sweetness out of these beans). The owner was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of his beans. No hidden recipes, pure quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Amazing quality and care that goes into every roast. The smell alone can be bottled and sold. If you are looking for over processed and burnt coffee you will not find it here. Think Turkish, think cardamom, think luxury. Friendly service, great pricing.

I’ve tried so many different beans and none have been this good. As soon as I opened the bag I can smell that I would love them. They smelled fresh and delicious and when I tasted them they were fresh and delicious. I use the Breville barista touch and they worked great with the machine. Going to stick to getting all my beans from Qazzaz.
