I usually order mango smoothie from this place but it’s not always perfect but today the girl name Jena she made my smoothie so good that I had to call her back at the store and I told her how good my mango smoothie she made !!! I will always order it from her! Keep up the good job !!!

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HERE ARE SOME BEHIND THE SCENES OF THE STORE AND THE OWNER IS EVEN WORSE !! Donuts are made at a factory and delivered the night before and sit all night on a rack with plastic wrap where flies sit over night there’s spoiled milk constantly in the machines, Moldy ice tea disgusting build up all over the store and dishes just sit in the back and get moldy And spoiled it needs to be shut down and they short their workers checks do not come to this location I repeat save yourself And do not come here !!!!

Save the frustration and skip this place! Ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich and hash browns. The bread I got was not sourdough and the hash browns was 6 round small microwave warmed up non crispy lumps of potatoes. High priced even on top of it!! Slow service. I'd have had a better experience at mcdonalds!!

I ordered two dozens of donuts to pick up, the staff told me there were 4 of them out of order so I told them that replacing those with any others would be fine. After I arrived home and opened the box, only 7 donuts in one of the box which was supposed to be 12...... Is this how they ran the businese? Absolutely rediculous!

Nice young lady took my order and gave me part of my order. I had to go back to get my coffee and that was a wasted trip. My coffee had so many coffee grounds in it. I thought that they sold me a bag of coffee. I will not be going back to this location ever again. Buyer beware of your coffee.

Had to tell the employee our order at least 5 times, made the chai latte wrong and the other 2 drinks were bad, bagel was inedible - hard as a rock. The employee was nice but terrible experience. We went to the Tim Hortons’s down the street.

How can Dunkin donuts not have a selection of donuts? We went in on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30 and there was only four or five different selections of donuts they only had one person working and the poor guy was going back and forth between the drive-thru and the walk-ins. He was friendly and did an amazing job but management needs to have people in there if they want to survive

I was in Detroit to see the Tigers game and on my way back I stopped at this location to get a coffee and some doughnuts, the store seemed very clean and they share the building with baskin and robbins, coffee and 🍩 were fresh. The only thing is that they are doing construction outside the store and there was no place to park. We wanted eat in but (the entire strip mall parking is under construction). all in all everything was 👍🏽 good!

Tried to use GM discount, barista claimed it wasn’t a thing and wouldn’t help me try to figure it out. Very disappointing/unfriendly customer service. Would have placed a $30-40 order and ended up getting nothing because of this.

Dunkin doughnuts, Coffee, and Baskin Robin combined... service was slow. There's construction on this site so it makes approachment difficult. Selection limited....

This is my go to Dunkin' Donuts the Ladies here are Awesome 😎. Special shout out Bre.. she's always nice every time I go there and she makes my coffee ☕ right. I appreciate it cause I've had problems at other DD.

They have good foods and drinks. Drive-through needs to be some improvement like faster response.

Usually the order is correct & coffees taste great depending on which server is attending. One just doesnt care, drinks are leaking, too much sugar, wrong donuts Incorrect labels!!!. Now the other server is perfect. All coffee choices & food is perfect.

I ordered on the Dunkin’ app. They said they were opened. When I went to the store and they were closed. Lost out on money

They have no idea what they are doing. I was picking up an order for someone else , which was a hot drink. The girl working tried to give me a cold drink in a hot cup. I had her remake it because I didn't want to be held responsible for her mistakes. New one barely even felt much better

The worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Both of my frozen cappuccino’s were not frozen whatsoever and half empty, my ham and cheese croissant was almost frozen in the middle. Glad I wasted 40 minutes in the drive thru and $20. Not sure why they’re open if the one employee they have can’t do their job.

Please get the lady some help in the mornings. (6:00 am) She moves too slow to be on the drive thru; that line should be moving quickly, knowing people have to get to work on time. I love me some Dunkin Ijs

Whoever was working the drive-thru on April 20th at 3 was completely clueless bro unprofessional knew nothing what he was doing didn't tell me my price and was just all around unfit for this organization I don't recommend this place this is not iced coffee this looks like tea this is disgusting

This is the closest location to my job and for some reason everytime I seem to go the food is terrible and they never have anything. I stopped to get a coffee today and it tasted like muddy water and peppermint. There were a ton of coffee grounds in it and they forgot my whipped cream again and I couldn't go back because I had to go back to work. Officiallydone with this location now.

I order coffee from Dunkins everyday but I usually go to the hall rd and mound location where my coffee is perfect everytime. I stopped at this location because I was in the area and strapped for time. I order the same thing everytime. I spent $5 on a coffee and had to throw it right in the trash. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. It was DARK, very dark and tasted like literal mud. I brought it to the employees attention before I drove off and he didn't care at all. He "added more vanilla flavoring" but did not add more cream or sugar like I ASKED!! Terrible customer service. That coffee was OLD, probably from the day before. I sat in a drive through and paid for trash. Wasting my time, money and gas for nothing. I will NEVER go to this location again and I will warn everyone I know because I don't want them to spend their hard earned money on trash. The right thing to do would be to have remade my coffee but the employee refused. I have a huge social media following of over 45. Thousand local followers and I will warn them all. This is not the first time this has happened at this location but will be the last. The guy also argued with me that the coffee was made right😂😂 this place is a whole JOKE. Spend your money elsewhere!! If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn't order a coffee from here if it was free!

Coffee is good! I dont know if I'd feed the food to my dog. I've taken the chance multiple.times here and from sandwiches to bagels ...everything is rock hard, over or under toasted. Bagels are never toasted, rock hard and typically you get cream cheese with a side of bagel (it's a mess) get a coffee and your breakfast elsewhere you are welcome in advance!
