The staff was very nice and patient. The line was out the door. It smells so good! I could work here for free glazed donuts. Love the cute mini donuts for the spring season. This is a drive-thru location that makes fresh donuts in plian view. Clean and good customer service.

Remember when there was a line for free donuts? No more free donut....no more hot or even warm donuts. Employees don't know the names of donuts. This location looks drab and needs updating...possibly some new landscaping? A huge tree covers the building from one viewpoint. Little to no business for such a busy location. Just drive through so the building doesn't need to be so big. Outside dining? Might be a smart idea for this location to go outdoors....a balloon attached to a pole? The donuts aren't even that special, admit it. Overpriced small selection. I'll go to DD. BYE

Haven’t been to a Krispy Kreme ever! We got to see fresh donuts being made. The staff was so nice. You’d think - huh KK it’s just Donuts. The people make the place. They have a great staff. Even though I don’t enjoy donuts I would have bought 2-3 dozen🫣. My sister stopped me.

I ordered the new M&M's special donut box via the app, and the ordering and pickup process was smooth and easy. However, the chocolate frosted M&M donut (below center) only had three M&M's actually topping it, barely registering that there were any there at all. The others were good, though. Additionally, the app strangely didn't include an option to order iced coffee without any milk. I included in the "special requests" portion to please make it black with no milk, but it still came with milk despite. For me, it's just a taste preference, as opposed to an allergy, but between the app and the store, that's an issue that should be addressed.

Loved being able to watch the donuts being made. The different flavors were awesome too! More than just regular flavor to choose from.

First time I ever went to a Krispy Kreme it was a pleasure experience. The drive-thru line move through smoothly. The cashier was kind and courteous and very helpful. The donuts were extraordinary.

Stopped by to pick up a dozen donuts and coffee... spacious and clean place.. place smelled good.. friendly staff... only taken on is my coffee was not as hot as it should be.

Donuts are always delicious. Do yourself a favor and get the original glazed when it's hot and fresh. It literally melts in your mouth. Today we went to try the limited edition Apple Spice donuts. The cake one is sooooo good! Staff is always fast and friendly at this location. 🙂

Haven’t been here in a long time but I recently started to come and I’m so mad I didn’t come earlier. There was a really nice employee who made me feel welcome and was kind and fast. The doughnuts are amazing! Not to mention, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, their iced coffees are better than Starbucks. Only thing is the large looks like a medium:/ either way the prices are great and I’ll definitely keep coming here😋

A donut shop that doesn't sell donuts. Came here on 2 separate occasions only to discover that multiple items were not available. When I inquired why, the generic response was "we don't have those". The staff are fine, donuts are good whenever they decide to sell them. Don't waste the gas coming here unless you want to look at menu pictures of donuts you can't buy. You're probably better off going to a family owned business.

Picked up an order for doordash and Tamika was very friendly and welcoming. I joked with her saying I couldn’t work here I’d eat all the donuts! And she offered me one for the wait. It’s good to know there are still nice people out there! Thanks Tamika!! Keep shining your good energy on people.

Employee put a new glove on before handling donuts. Friendly, slow paced but we didn't mind ( however others might mind slower service) donuts were super cute and yummy! Prices are a bit higher than I remember but everything is going up.

Ordered online for a kids birthday party at school 3 dozen donuts. They only delivered 1 dozen for a classroom of kids. The kids had to cut the donuts in half and share. Only giving 1 star because the donuts are good, however the employees did not care at all.

Did a online pick up order, when I reached the store they hadn’t even started my order which wasn’t really a problem. But then they didn’t have the ingredients to make my latte. So I accepted something else. They weren’t very welcoming to that made me the most horrible coffee I have ever had in my life and gave me much attitude when giving it to me. I ended up tossing it before leaving the store and wasted my money. I’m very disappointed. Especially since I love Krispy.

Very nice workers! But the donut is too sweet! The coffe I couldn’t drink, funny taste and overly sweet. The strawberry lemonade chiller is so sweet I also couldn’t finish… it was like a syrup… unfortunately not for my taste

Great place to take the kids to watch the donuts be made! They have a nice viewing area for everyone to see and enjoy, with fresh donuts coming out every min! Frozen drink machine is broken every other time which is a bummer. But the kids will enjoy the most!

It was super busy. Ordered on line. These fabulous people moved it along so quick. I made it to work on time ....love them AMAZING!!!

Drove all the way to the location at 7:30pm expecting them to be open, doors were locked. Online said they were open until 9pm- now have to find doughnuts for my screaming toddler who I already told we were getting them. Usually love coming to this location due to the experience for my kid. I’d definitely call before heading out to make sure they are open.

I love that they have donuts! 😂 Every time we go to Tim Horton's or Dunkin, they never have any donuts anymore, only chocolate donuts. Krispy Kreme is the only one guaranteed to have more than one kind of donut and they are fluffy! But be prepared for the possibility of long lines. Well worth the wait though, and the staff is friendly!

Got the Scooby donuts. They tasted great. The only thing that I didn't like was that they ran out and we had to come back the next day to get them.

Drive through only, no way to get them when they are hot and fresh - even though they have Hot and Fresh hours listed on the website. Donuts tasted dry and hard, even with glaze, icing, and sprinkles.

Me and my sister came in from Ohio for the dispensary lol. Well, we stopped and made a little trip to the Krispy Kreme because they don’t have any in our hometown. We walked in to a very friendly atmosphere. I was like a kid in a candy store🫶🏼 The workers were super friendly. We were given a free, fresh hot doughnut, that was the most amazing donut I’ve ever had in my life. We get to check out, and the woman waiting on us was such a sweet woman. So kind, I truly enjoyed our experience. Watching the donuts being made from beginning to end was amazing. Thank you to the workers. It truly was an amazing experience- We came in on November 4 roughly between 10 and 11

I went here yesterday. I absolutely love this place! I hadn't been here in a few years and the people are still just as nice! Of course the donuts are nothing short of AMAZING! I just wish that there was a location closer to the Detroit area🫤

Ordered online to get promotion. Didn't see regular coffee option in online ordering so ordered hazelnut latte. It was served tasting like syrup. The promotion was buy any dozen, get free glazed dozen. My daughter came out with only the paid dozen, had to go back to store for rest of order and to fix drink which still was extremely sweet the second time as well.

Fast service, great doughnuts! The office was very pleased! Stopped by 6/27/23 for my husband's birthday doughnuts. He got a free dozen and they were freshly cooked! Love this place!

First experience at this location. Placed online order, gave extra time and still had to wait for my order to be made. Was told they were busy and have new people. Well, don't accept online orders if you can't complete them in over 30 minutes then customer has to watch you rush and mess up the order anyway. Ordered a full dozen of Halloween donuts for the kids, got zero. Got reg assorted instead. Was also missing a whole other box of dunuts, had to ask for it. Super disappointed about my Halloween donuts what a waste of time and money.

I saw these beautiful Christmas Donuts from the famous Krispy Kreme that I just had to have. The closest one to me was 45 minutes away so I made the drive. I ordered ahead of time, only to arrive at the shop that was closed on the inside, so I had to wait in the drive thru line which was about 10 cars long. I waited 20 minutes in line before I decided to call and cancel the order because I was getting weird vibes about this whole process. When I called, I was told they would unlock the door so I could come in and get the order. Once I got in, the staff was rude and irritable. I paid $18 and drove 45 minutes away to the closest Krispy Kreme just to get a dozen of beautiful Christmas donuts. What I got was 12 donuts that were not an even variety….some of the advertised Christmas donuts I didn’t even receive, the icing was very sloppy and you could tell they were tossed in the box…..some even had finger indents where you could tell they had to squeeze the donut to get it in the box. They did not taste fresh at all, I’ve had Krispy Kreme donuts from Kroger that tasted fresher. Just overall a huge disappointment. I was only able to get a picture of one donut……

Great fresh donuts. Unfortunately I wanted Apple fritter donut for as long as they have been available but can’t ever get one. First time they said. They said the material r out of stock. 2nd time. They r only on Friday. 3rd time I go on Friday. Sold out. 4time I go they r sold out by noon apparently. It’s the inconvenience I don’t like . Hopefully people who got to try them liked them.

Now the donuts were good so I would definitely given 5 stars but when I got them they were cold as hell. What if I wanted to eat them in the car? I mean i won’t because of COVID, but what if? lol I just hated that.

Very lovely place, Donuts are great, but when we got to the drive through some lady inside was too busy yelling at the worker and couldn't give them a chance to give me the donuts. Felt bad while eating the donuts, but it didn't sour the taste. The donuts are filled with instant joy.

My friend and I went to a Krispy Kreme last Saturday. We were looking for the new soft cones but the one we went to they said they don't have them yet. I looked it up it's in a bunch of other states. The staff was nice took our orders I enjoyed the strawberry chiller beverage with the whipped cream on top and some red sprinkle design. All in all it was a nice time. I love the outside big spacious parking lot at the one at Southfield and Ecorse or Allen Road is it in Allen Park. It's a nice scenery in the front. It beats Dunkin Donuts that's for sure

The donuts are great here, totally recommend. I've been ordering for years, they've got great service and their prices are fantastic. You can also sometimes get deals to get a whole glazed dozen for a dollar, which is really awesome.

Drove half an hour to get Krispy Kreme and they were closed until 11:00 am. Hey Krispy Kreme corporate, maybe your stores could operate during the entirety of your business hours if you paid your employees more than an average of $10 an hour. Probably make more money if people could actually buy your products. Just a thought. Nothing wrong with this location or the employees, I entirely blame the business as a whole.

My kids and I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts! This location is at least 20 minutes away from our home, but it is the nearest Krispy Creme around. They have great doughnuts and the worst service in the history of doughnuts! 🤣 They have some young ladies there that have the worst manners ever! Be advised that they do rush you in the drive thru to place your order and they do it very loud and unpleasantly. If I could give them zero stars then I would but it would not give me the option to. If you do venture out to this location please pack your patience and try not to catch a case!

We drove over an hr to allow our kids to experience watching making the donuts and have breakfast. After arriving, an employee knocked on the window and said drive thru only. We checked the website before leaving the house and the selected location Allen Park, MI showed dine in available. Normally I wouldn’t do a review on this but after having two upset children, I didn’t want others to have the same thing happen.

Great service and the doughnuts are good. Just not as good as the neighborhood bakeries of my youth.

The last 3 times we have went the doors are locked. Drive thru only. My son likes to pick out his donuts. So we took our business elsewhere. This is very inconvenient for your customers that have quite a drive to get there and can't come inside.
