the lady who served us was really great! super friendly and provided good service. I ordered the lemon and strawberry combo as per her suggestion and it did not disappoint! the gelato was very tasty.

I love coffee and am a sweet tooth! And to satisfy my cravings this morning, this shop caught my eyes right away. And to my surprise it was indeed that kind of place to be. Many people, well all men actually, outside just hanging out with fellow friends. I am guessing they are mostly patrons. They were all nice though . As I entered, I already liked the ambiance, the friendly atmosphere and of course the aroma of the coffee. Oh, they do have gelato too with a variety of their one of kind flavours. But I decided to get their cannoli. It was delicious and something that suits my taste very well. The food/drink, place wouldn’t be perfect without the staff/workers. And for that I would like to commend JOHN1 for being one of the best I have ever met around Windsor ! Very pleasant, kind and funny! The attention and attitude you gave to the customers was above par! Hope you’ll be around as I grab another cannoli and coffee on my next visit! He was also nice to my little dog and so as the other customers! Happy experience altogether!

Best coffee in town! I usually get cafe latte You can bring your own dairy free milk and they can make you the cafe latte-dairy free It's as good as the dairy cafe latte. Staff are friendly and the coffees are reasonable price Street parking is right outside of the shop. Highly recommend this place

Best cafe, best coffee, lovely people. The only place I'll ever return to for coffee in Windsor. As I tell everyone I know, their coffee was a game changer. I come back to buy packs of their coffee beans every time I'm in town. So far, no other coffee is comparable to their signature blend. I have yet to find a better cup of Italian coffee in Toronto. Tried their in house gelato for the first time and their quality did not disappoint. The barista was so kind and made me the loveliest cappuccino. Very welcoming little neighbourhood spot in Windsor's Little Italy. Gennaro's is the one place I will always recommend to anyone I know, whether they are coffee lovers or just looking for a great local spot to visit. If it was possible to give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Thank you for bringing joy to the community you serve and topping my list of the most memorable places I've discovered during the pandemic.

A lively and quaint diner environment. My partner and I were greeted by a lovely and patient server, she was running the whole show gracefully. Coffee was outstanding, grounded to perfection the only unexpected part of our visit was that the Doppio was not served with a shot of water. Lastly this is a lovely spot for gelato, many yummy flavours to choose from.

Civic holiday trip to Windsor was amazing and good espresso was needed on the way back. This was the first café Google had suggested and we went there... Located in Little Italy, nice, clean and cozy. Many locals were inside and outside, enjoying Gelato and coffee. Enzo ( I hope I'm correct) has offered to try cold espresso first and it was good. After we had our double espressos, Enzo asked if we have espresso machine at home and what type. Since we have Bialletti, he gave us a sample bag of freshly grounded espresso, so we can enjoy it at home. They make you feel like part of their family. Highly recommend this place to visit.

This is one of the friendliest coffee shops I’ve been to. The owner , Enzo , does a great job. Their green pepper and onion pizza that they sell by the slice is delicious

I love coffee and ice cream here! I had the best afogato at this place. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that every time I wanted to spend time at this place to have my coffee in and relax or even work on my laptop, there are people watching football and the sound of the TV is so loud!!! I would like to spend more time at Gennaro’s, please make a better atmosphere

Have had the pleasure of someone introducing to this Café. It is without exaggeration the best coffee I’ve ever had. The customer service is above and beyond. My dad and I were there today and the staff was amazing and accommodating. The owner even thanked us for coming. Lots of respect for you guys.
