excellent spot to have a cup of coffee or to warm yourself up with a kettle of tea. and with such a variety of choices this is such a top spot in this area. the tea is refreshing in an entirely new way and the coffee is smooth and naturally sweet, perfect for those who cannot add sugar due to being diabetic. the sweets are delicious and go perfectly with most of the drinks here, and in speaking of sweet the staff is great and very interactive; especially with the community as a whole. from helping local artists by hanging their work in the shop and potentially having local jazz musicians come and play, to having coffee beans that are processed right here in michigan. this shop really is a wonderful place and I totally implore everyone to come and try it!

This Tea, Coffee, and Pastry Shop is a great place to get a coffee or tea and pastry. The staff here have always been very friendly and helpful. I wanted to purchase a scone with cream and jam, as Queen Elizabeth II would have it. Although they had a variety of scones, they did not come with cream or jam and offer butter instead. It was a hot summer day both times I visited. I tried the Rooibos "Red Bush" Tea and the Pomegranate with Pink Rose Petals and they were both delicious and refreshing. The macrons are also a delicious addition to any drink.

Ordered a Chai latte and dirty cold brew. The cold brew was excellent. The Chai latte was exceptionally good. Nice amount of spice! Never realized this place existed but now that I have been here, I'll definitely be back! Nice little seating area too. Loved that they also sell local art work.

My wife just brought me an Caramel Ice Coffe from this location , and unfortunately it is literally the most watered down bland flavorless coffe I have EVER had. Very dissappointing especially for a $5 beverage. Im not a complainer I really dont like the feeling it gives me , but this coffe is just that bad. There are alot of good reviews so maybe its just the coffe I got that wasnt prepared correctly? Who knows. Basically a tan colored cup of ice water. Even the caramel cant be tasted. Hooefully I keep as many as possibke from wasting money to learn that this is not a place you want to frequent.

Came here to study and the wifi wasn't posted. Not a lot of places to plug in. Chairs at the study table are rocks. Food was great snack.

I always get the worst customer service here. No greeting and no acknowledgement when I’m standing there. It feels like I’m bothering them to be in there, do better. Edit: the last 3 reviews are about staff complaints. My experience was also based on during the pandemic no one on the staff was wearing masks. I came back thinking things would have changed.

Met the owner today of sweetwaters coffee and was very impressed. He participated in the Macomb Senior Fun Festival and was very accommodating and welcoming. The coffee was delicious! Thank you, we will be bringing our next networking event to you!

Just ordered from Door Dash. My latte is good but the scone I ordered is extremely stale. Please don’t sell old or stale scones as it’s not worth $4. Thank you.

First time coming to this specific location, first time ever going to sweetwaters for my hubby. One of the employees was the sweetest, ponytail & glasses, I absolutely enjoy her. She has a sunshine personality that is contagious and beautiful. The other employee was the one who took our order and kind of seemed to just want to rush us and get us out of there. I understand that we stood there looking at the menu for a bit, which can be annoying to some people I get it, but my husband has an eye disease, so it takes him a bit longer to read & I will help read some things off for him. Again, first time, and they have a ton of tea/coffee options. I would like to also add that we were standing out of line to look at the menu and made sure people coming in knew we weren't in line yet. We ordered a matcha latte, an ice dragon, a yogurt parfait, and a sandwich. Hubby wanted a blondie as well but as he ordered it, the employee asked if we wanted it here or to go. We got confused because I hadn't ordered yet and we were like uh... I guess to go. So he didn't hear my hubby say he wanted the blondie. And he gave us the wrong sandwich when we did get our food. (Gave us turkey instead of bacon for a bacon-egg-cheese) The food was pretty good but that ordering experience really bummed me out. We will either stick to delivery or go to the other location. I'm sure it's not like that all of the time, it just gave me a lot of anxiety and felt so icky. I'm good...

Very nice very clean. Food and drinks are great. The young blonde lady who took my order was so nice and helpful. Looking forward to trying more of there stuff :)

I really loved this place, but my last experience completely ruined it. I tried to order off of their app - biggest mistake I could’ve made. I usually go to the location on Garfield (which apparently is called the Partridge Creek location even though it’s NOT at the mall), but sent my order to the Lakeside location (again - NOT AT THE MALL) thinking it was the right one since the only other locations available to me were apparently Canton and Ypsilanti. I realized the address wasn’t right and diverted to the correct location, still checking my app and wondering why my normal location wasn’t showing up. We get there - they don’t have our order. I check the app AGAIN, and it says my order is now at NOVI, which wasn’t an option for me to order from, AND I pulled the directions to the Lakeside location from my order. The girls working were nice enough to just remake our order but told us that this happens ALL THE TIME. That’s not acceptable. How is it that not all of the locations showed up on my app, and it got sent to the wrong store???

Absolutely love this location! Always clean and peaceful. Drinks are great and staff is super quick!!! WiFi is strong and they have plenty of seating.

I really enjoyed this coffee going experience, the staff was friendly and we'll informed, the drinks had obvious attention to detail which I appreciated. They had merch and names that were well branded. They even had calorie counts on the drinks -although not always scaled for the different sizes-. Overall a very very pleasant experience and I would for sure go again if I was in the area -this is around where I live really, a shame tbh, I would frequent here-

Best coffee drinks anywhere! Ever since I started coming here, I refuse to go elsewhere. It is super clean and eclectic. The manager, associates and owner are super friendly and they know how to make quality barista drinks. Very friendly place to meet friends or catch up on some work with a nice drink. Highly recommend!
